Sometimes, one's plan for the day goes beautifully smoothly. Today, having discovered that my bike needed repair and with ten days of holiday in which to put it to good use, but with two shops I tried being either closed or had moved, I was very lucky to find SENACRE CYCLES. I arrived early, before opening, on a Saturday, but was welcomed in and assured he could complete by the end of the morning. Sure enough by midday, there it was, properly serviced and with a very reasonable charge to pay. I went home and tried it out. Brilliant. I can very strongly recommend the shop and the owner.

Great service. Very helpful when deciding what to replace after not using my bike for a few years. They are very flexible with collection helpful for anyone who’s very busy

Senacre Cycles Brilliant local independent cycle shop that really care about their customers. Always willing to listen and advise on the best solution thats best for you doesn’t matter if its a small or large project they will help and find the best Solution you can even have a free coffee over your chat or waiting for your pride and joy. They have a mixed team at the shop to cover all areas of cycling needs from bike fits road, mountain bikes and now the E bike. Guys a big thank you for fixing my drive chain

Brilliant local bicycle shop that really care about their products and customers. They didn’t try selling us the most expensive or bikes that we didn’t want only what we needed. The bikes are a little more expensive than larger shops but they wouldn’t give you the personal service and the bikes are better.

What can I say about the team at Senacre Cycles - Fantastic service I purchased a new "Giant" bike from them recently and the customer service was exemplary, the bike was also set up for me to match my height and flexibility by the in-house guru Cedric, on arrival i was kindly offered a coffee whilst I waited and I also purchased a few accessories from the great range of products available - Nick the boss went through everything with me on the bike, socially distanced of course and all the staff were wearing masks during these COVID times I would definitely recommend Senacre as a great place to purchase a new bike from or indeed to get your old bike serviced - great independent shop brilliant team, I'll certainly be back guys Thanks Stewart

Went in for a bike fit, never had one before as not been cycling all that long. The customer service here is simply excellent, everything was explained throughout the process. While in the shop I saw several customers come in and was surprised not just at the knowledge the guys but the way they never tried to sell the most expensive part or product, giving customers the best option for them, first class.

Having been able to use the Cycle To Work scheme I hunted round for a bike shop that seemed to be customer friendly and able to tolerate a novice such as me! After research on the web I chose Senacre Cycles. As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place. I was approached politely and then guided through the whole process of choosing the correct bike for my planned use and then the Cycle to Work scheme itself. When I collected the bike I had chosen once again I experienced excellent customer service with a full fitting service to include seat height, gear/ring operation and such. To conclude I highly recommend the guys at Senacre Cycles; you'll not regret being one of their customers!!!

Went in to buy a couple of entry level bikes, the chap was knowledgeable and good humoured especially with putting up with our 3 year old too, brought helmets too, pleased with the service and would recommend highly, thank you.

Senacre cycles wete very helpful when i needed guidance on what full suspension bike to purchase, they went so far as invite me on a ride and i tried a few of the groups bike and settled on the giant trance. Since my purchase i have recieved great support from the shop with any questions no matter how big or small. Adam, Nick & Paul are always polite and ready assist :) I have since recommended many of my friends and family to the shop who are all happy with the sevice they recieved and even bought a second bike. Top shop rans by a sound team.

Best bike shop in Maidstone area by far. Super knowleagble, friendly staff , who will take the time to help you out. Highly reccomended for professional bike fits too. These guys have helped me get back into race position after injury more than once. Most importantly, these guys ride the bikes they sell. This is not like a big chain where the staff may not even be into cycling at all. These guys have knowledge and passion and they are happy to share it.
