Panos Cycle service is a hidden Gem . Absolutely brilliant job done on our bikes that have been sitting in the shed for a year. My handle bar was completely rusted and he went out of his way to make it look as good as new.Extremely professional and a very genuine person. I recommend going to Panos. He offers a great service at a reasonable price. Professional, knowledgeable, communicative, as well as kind and helpful. I took the bike in on short notice for a brake adjustment. I realised on the way there that it had a few other issues as well. Panos checked the rest of the bike over and figured out what repairs needed to be made. He patiently explained what repairs were needed and why they were needed. I told him to take his time with it since he was busy, but he got back to me quickly and made the repairs faster than I expected.

We’ve been taking our bikes to Panos for over a year now and cannot fault him (have had several trips due to crashes/accidents as well as regular servicing). He’s absolutely brilliant, always does his utmost to fit us in and gets our bikes sorted in no time! Very reasonable prices and always discusses what he is going to do before ordering parts etc and tries to source the best value available. When I got knocked off my bike he did an amazing job checking it over and repairing it. Always really responsive and professional. We would highly recommend!

Wow!!! Can not thank you enough! I knew Panos from a cycle repair event and I valued his opinion and work on my bike. For a few weeks I had been getting frustrated at a noise from my bike which people were telling me must be my breaks or that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. It was driving me crazy but as I was cycling home from the school run i bumped into Panos and he was fantastic. He stopped, looked at my bike and said there and then it was one or two problems and he kindly took my bike and found what the problem was. Replaced the rear wheel and now its perfect. No noise, easier to ride and most importantly it makes riding to and from the school run enjoyable again (apart from the recent weather Hahaha) Thank you once again. Super nice guy, looked at my bike and was very honest about what needed doing and what didn't (which can be hard to find!). Panos was great, very responsive. I took it over to him to quote the day after I first got in touch via WhatsApp. I left the bike with him after we agreed what needed doing and then 24 hours later he had completed all works! My bike was rusty, clanking and grinding before. Panos identified exactly what I needed and now it rides like a new bike! It such an enjoyable ride now. The day before my sons 4th birthday, I was attempting to build his first bike and got into a world of trouble with the brakes. Not only did Panos save the day, he did so with next to no notice. Fixed the brakes up a treat and corrected all of my other mistakes too, and he did so without pointing out how useless I was!!! Fixed in no time at all and incredible value for money. Birthday saved! After initially bringing in my Carrera road bike to sort out my brakes which I couldn't manage to fix, Panos rang me and explained there were other issues that needed resolving (New chain and big ring). He was very helpful in sharing the info about why it needed changing and laid out the estimates before he started the work. Asked Panos to do bottom bracket change and fix a few spokes and he ended up sorting out cables, brakes, indexed gears and sorted a few dodgy bolts and didn't ask for any extra payment. Lovely person and great service
