Last not the least only one suggestion from my own experience at the end of the review if possible to add new feature of Side indicator lights would be appreciated in future E bikes 🚲 as it is hard to ride in nights without indicator lights. Thanks 😎
N. J.All the staff including mechanic have been so great and very helpful. I never had this much welcome experience from others. They are just simply great highly recommend the place when u look for renting a bike. U get a long distance and a strong bike

H.Wow l! what a service these guys are great any problems with the bike simply book in or give them a call and they sort it, and if they can’t sort it they hand you a new bike without any fees or charges and the America guy in store is always happy to help and generally goes above and beyond, definitely the best E-bike rental service I’ve ever used! So glad I found these guys would highly recommend!!! 5*
L. A.Zoomo bike is a great alternative for commuting.. the bike itself is very robust and can handle rugged roads.. battery life could be better but it is great..
Drawbacks: speed limited to 15 miles =25km per hour and it does not have any throttle in order to give it a kick starting off traffic lights and uphills...
The staff in manchester branch is awsom and very helpful especially Jorden. They always go out of their way to help and assist.

J. T.I had a few issues with renting the bike at first due to a problem with my online banking. I thought this would be an issue I would have to resolve myself, but the Zoomo Manchester branch were very helpful. Especially a lad called Connor, who helped me through my whole ordeal and even chased the problem at his end. All in all my experience there was great and thank you to Connor for helping me out as much as you can. Would highly reccomend!
