I called just before closing, and he squeezed me first thing the next day as I had my first Cat 4 race in an hour!!!! Tom worked his wizardry and I had a brilliant race, only made possible by his can-do attitude and obvious commitment to customers.

C. G.First time customer and a casual cyclist. Went for a basic service as my bike had been sat dormant in the garage for too long! Usually go to Halfords for such maintenance, but thought I'd give Twelfth City Cyclery a try since it was only up the road. It did not disappoint!
Tom was friendly, honest and knowledgeable, with great communication throughout.
Will definitely now be my go-to place for any bike related issues I have doing forward!

I used the govt free £50 bike voucher so it was amazing value and easy to do. Would definitely recommend and so nice to have a local bike workshop we can use in future.
