Superb service and expertise! Rob services bikes for pro riders right through to recovering that find in the shed for a once in a blue moon rider! All with the same care and attention. After undertaking all sorts of fixes for me, I can highly recommend Rob’s services. It’s a pleasure to go to someone with a good personal service and there isn’t a local shop that will spend the same time and info with you anywhere. (He sells parts too - so think twice before visiting Chain Reaction and Wiggle and pop in).

Took my bike into Rob following a deraileur snapping off during a ride. Was expecting a huge bill to be honest but he managed to repair it along with a dropper post issue in no time at all at an unbelievely low price. You cannot put a price on having a reliable and honest mechanic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Rob is very reasonable and is the only guy I would trust with my old bike. He is cheaper than Halfords which is way overpriced. He recently changed bearings, tyres, sorted brake problem out and found a good solution for increasing height of handlebars which were too low for my height. The bike is now a pleasure to ride again.

Was a bit dubious about using a guy I knew nothing about to work on my bike. Those doubts were put to bed straight away son as I met him. Rob knows all there is to know about bike maintenance and swiftly fitted derailer chain and cassette followed by a bit of adjustment to the gears. My bike is running super sweet now and at a fraction of the cost I would of paid anywhere else. It’s definitely the only place I’ll go now.

Rob serviced my old bike once with no issues and when I did a TT build from scratch Rob did it with me teaching the how as he went. Spent the best part of an afternoon and charged me peanuts. Has since serviced my bikes again and I see no reason to go elsewhere
