Unbelievably accommodating bike shop. I needed a pretty rare part for my bike which I couldn’t find anywhere on the island, tried 3 other shops first and they took one look and sent us away. So glad we came here. Jeff didn’t have the part but he spent time and together we came up with a solution. My friend is a bike mechanic and he let us into his workshop and gave us access to his tools. Without his help I would have had a horrible time getting home. Recommended above all.

Took my eMotion in as was having problem with the gear change, got back a beautiful machine that had had a proper bath, updated software, working gears, display that was tied on with wire properly affixed onto the handlebars. Great guys to chat to and look forward to checking out the shop once the café side opens. Well situated close to the Red Squirrel Trail and easy to get to via bus to Merstone to pick up the bike if like me you don't have a car.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We chose here to buy our new e - bikes and so glad we did! First of all they offered us a great deal on our new bikes including PX! Jeff the owner was friendly and knowledgeable and Andy work tirelessly to get our new bikes ready with chosen accessories to ride away! After a complimentary cuppa and a nice chat we were ready to ride off with our amazing new KTM e-bikes! The service we received went to another level however as on the way home my wife’s bike suffered a bad puncture! Jeff came to the rescue quickly in his van and fitted a new tube! TEN star ⭐️ customer service chaps you now have customers for life! DO NOT HESITATE TO GO HERE FOR EVERYTHING BIKE!

Excellent range of bikes and the biggest selection of eBikes on the island. Andy was really helpful in guiding me through the different bikes and I ended up with an amazing KTM machine. I used the Cycle to Work scheme (effectively makes the bike tax free) and it was easy to do. Good selection of accessories too.

Absolutely fantastic service. Needed my VERY rusty chain replacing, after much neglect of my bike. The owner did it the very next day and advised and fixed other parts which were a bit unloved. My bike is like a brand new bike, without the massive cost!! Great value for money, very polite and keen to help. Nothing is better than fantastic customer service!

Just going to say my Ebike chain is going to be fitted today happy days, really appreciate this company getting back to me very soon call it piece of mind not having to worry. The owner Jeff has very good quick response of customer service then other mountain bike shops i have dealt with over the past few years. Very pleased that i brought my first fully electric full suspension KTM Kopoho of them dispite the mishap of the chain and the bike is a very good quality too why would you buy elsewhere. Utterly fantastic service from beginning to end. They fitted us in immediately after I had managed to damage my own valve on the first day of a trip. They fixed that and a couple of other problems in just a few minutes whilst giving great advice about routes around the island. Jeff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We bought a ebike sight unseen from Wight Bike Eco Solutions and after taking it my wife found that the saddle was too high even at its lowest setting. We went back and Jeff changed it for a slightly smaller version that worked fine. There was no fuss about the change and Jeff couldn't have handled it better. Good old fashioned customer service. Had a slow puncture whilst visiting the IOW. Rang Jeff for advice, which he gave freely and willingly. But decided to go down to have it checked out. A very small hole, almost undetectable, was found in the tube so a repair was undertaken. This turned out to be an epic, with the tightest rim and tyre combination Jeff had seen for years. After an hour, I left feeling confident and ready for my weeks cycling around the island. And all at a very reasonable cost. Thanks again Jeff. Would recommend to anyone, and with a great selection of bikes in store.

Visited here today and was warmly welcomed by Angus the dog and Geoff the owner. We went to hire some bikes out for the day... amazing service and knowledge. Gave us a map and told us all the best routes. Couldn't reccomend highly enough to go here for bike repair, a new bike or to hire for the day! Thank you. I had a total failure of my rear derailleur and Mark put together a perfect workable solution from an old Tiagra component and heating and bending my rather damaged hanger. Basically he got me going again and allowed me to rejoin friends doing the RTI and he was brilliant. Total legend.

Had a puncture in the rear and these guys were close to where we were staying. Went round the next day and I and my steed were dealt with straight away all at a sensible price. They were "nice" guys that made you feel welcome and you could have a coffee while you waited. They had years of experience and could fix anything. So if you have a cycle problem and need a speedy solution I would highly recommend these guys.

After buying a ebike from Hargroves cycles had battery fail on a 4K bike which had done 112 miles which I had taken back to be sorted out under warranty which took them a month and a half for me to go and pick up my bike only to get back to island to find no charger lead 😬 so after popping into Jeffs offered to lend me a lead only to find out charger was not working after going back to Wight bike eco solutions there tried one of there chargers which worked Jeff then offered me to use there’s till Hargroves’s send me out replacement can’t thank the bloke enough top shop 👍
