My wife and I were very satisfied with the services you provided. Your staff member always had a smile on his face. We found our bikes ready with their attachments the second we arrived. Staff even offered to lend me a bag and look after my belongings by the time we came back. The child seats were super comfortable for the kids, and my oldest son weighs 15kg. I was rather hesitant about requesting a child seat or a trailer, but I can say from experience for a 15kg kid a child seat is definitely suitable. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend it.

Positive experience of communication and rental itself. I wish the bikes gears were serviced better but when we got the flat tire twice they managed to bring us another bike to the middle of nowhere within 20min.
