If I could give 10 stars I would, Excellent service from Simon at a great price. I'm quite wary about letting any one work on my bikes but no worries what so ever with Simon. Not only was my bike 100% spot on mechanically wise but a very neat and tidy and pleasing to the eye job.... Simon has also been really helpful in the past with quick jobs on my bikes and info on question I've had about parts etc for my bikes ..... Get the job done right ....This is the place .....Top guy top job ....

Norfolk cycle workshop is a small and friendly bicycle repair business, also selling spares and few bikes. Simon is willing to give your bike a complete overhaul or just to simply repair the front brakes. Great value for money I can't recommend him enough!!

Would highly recommend Simon, very professional and personal service. Have had my bike serviced in several bicycle stores around Norwich and they don't come close to his ability or price. Well worth the 20 minute drive outside of Norwich to get peace of mind that your bike has been looked after. Just remember to book in advance as he's a busy chap, but always willing to squeeze you in!

Simon impresses me each and every time I visit his shop at Reepham Station with his knowledge and advice. Simon is very friendly and listens to his customers with equal respect weather they are a complete novice to cycling or an experienced cyclist. Really rate the work Simon does. He knows his stuff, only does work that is needed (& doesn’t add extra bits to bump the price up) and very reasonably priced. I’ve heard numerous examples of him fixing issues caused by other ‘cycle mechanics’ who didn’t do the job properly in the first place. Would definitely recommend.

Simon consistently impresses me with his knowledge and ability. He is engaging with everyone who comes into the shops from small jobs like punctures to total refurbs... and for a '1 man band' possesses the ability to out perform even some of the biggest cycle shop in Norwich. Simon is probably the most knowledgeable cycle mechanic in Norfolk, with years of experience working in the cycle industry, both for multi national, independent and now as an owner proprietor. I would have no worries recommending him to anybody, as his work is exemplary. His biggest problem is that there is only one of him so he is always busy, but will try his hardest to accommodate everyone.

I always like to pop in and see Simon when I'm near Reepham. He's normally working on something interesting and has a wide range of cycling interests. I can recommend his repair skills having worked with him in the past and more importantly he's a top chap, pop down and give him a try, bike shops are not so interested in repairs as sales keep them open and a repair workshop will give consistent good results without the hard sell.

From first meeting Simon way back in a previous life! It was obvious, the wealth of experience and knowledge. In the past, Simon has built up 2 x complete bespoke builds for me plus an major upgrade of my Giant Hybrid. Varoius other jobs undertaken on a few other uilds. In addition 2 x sets of wheels built up. All perfect and expertly finished. There are only a two people I would have touch my bikes. One is most definately Simon. He will be doing another upgrade on my Giant Talon 2 that we have already talked about. Why would I take it anywhere else. Learned his trade well. The reviews speak volumes.. His prices have always been very fair and besides Simon is not your normal high street sell it quick merchant. More akin to the cycle inns of old. Worth a visit!! I say. Nice one Simon...

Simon is top class. Personable, professional, extremely knowledgable and really talented. My ORRO Gold had a nasty noise that could not be diagonosed by a previous engineer. On calling in on Simon is dispair having avoided using the bike this summer, he downed tools, dedicated his attention to my bike and having found the problem he made the repair and also checked over the machine for me. Having used Simon many years ago when he was previously at Ped Rev, I am so pleased to have caught up with him again. All my servicing and repairs will be carried out at Reepham in the future. A professional experienced mechanic, who understands the nuances of every side of the sport. This reflects in work done. Has a great grasp of varying budgets but still completes all servicing and parts work to high standard. After travelling and racing abroad for a number of years and having varying mechanics work on my bikes I always struggled to find a mechanic back home that I felt worked to a professional standard, that’s was until I came across Reepham Cycle Workshop. A recent undertaking was a restoration of my 531 steel frame using parts sourced by myself. Before that another example is when I came in with a rear gear cable on a high end Pinarello that had snapped out training and solved the issue within 15 minutes. The shop is also conveniently located for country dwellers like myself easy to reach on bike. Has saved me from heading into all the way into Norwich time and again. 10/10

A workshop full of necessary components, a mechanic who is competent with extensive knowledge of bikes, both road and mountain, and rides himself... what more could you want? Fantastic service - he fixed a problem with my gears in 15 minutes that I had spent 4+ hours trying to DIY via watching countless YouTube videos and tweaked my brakes. Really nice guy - would recommend and use again for a full service as seems great value too.
