Brilliant service. Dropped in with a broken chain, bit of a show stopper, they had the bits and the tools on hand. Sorted in 10 minutes. Really friendly service and competitive pricing. Very highly recommended; I wish my local service centre was as efficient. PS thanks for the Scirocco handbook, it’ll get put to good use.

Fantastic bikes, fantastic service and great advice too. The provision of pannier bags, bike locks and emergency puncture kits made it all feel very well provisioned and thought out. We didn't need any puncture kits though as the trail bikes were well set up with good tyres and kit and we had loads of fun exploring. Highly recommend this place to all.

Could not recommend highly enough. During a school cycle tour passing through Wells next the sea we had an exploding tyre moment! New tyre and tube fitted and even gave the bike a once over in no time at all. Helpful and brilliant service. Thankyou
