I highly recommend Crankys services. Tris is the only person (apart from me) in 20 odd years that I have let work on one of my bikes. amazing attention to detail with fantastic customer service = an amazing all round experience. Today he sorted a particularly annoying rear wheel bearing, last time he faced my BB shell, he can even sort your ebike! Thank you again

I great local service! I'd usually go to Decathlon or Halfords for my bike parts and service, but due to the pandemic and trying to keep local, I took my bike to Crankys instead and I couldn't be happier with the service offered. Tris offers a really professional service, with clear pricing and a super quick turn around. Parts fitting are high quality and my bike feels brand new after being serviced. It's great that Crankys is local and just around the corner too!

Tris is very personable, but obviously a bit of a bike geek too, which is no bad thing. Very reasonable prices, and lets you know the cost before embarking on any work. Just getting back into cycling and was reassuring to have a good service on my bike before doing so. Such a good job I took my wife's bike to him the following week.

Great job, great value for money, great customer service, nice bloke 👍 Road bike was set up and serviced, 8 years of use, made like new. New ish hardtail, hard use, setup lovely. Full suspension bike, old and used, an economical repair, really good communication as to best way forward. No surprises. Another good summer's worth of use
