Austin is great with bikes. My bike had become like a really old bike and was not running very smoothly. After a service and some new bits from Austin its now running so, so much better and is like a new bike again. Last time I went biking the chain came off so I couldn't continue my ride, and the brakes were making a horrible noise. These issues are now sorted. I have much more confidence that I'll now be able to do my cycling without problems and if I get any issues I can go back to Austin for advice so I'm glad to know he's there.

You can imagine how I felt when falling off my brand new bike😥😥 and repairs were required. Having read reviews on the internet I contacted Austin who assessed and repaired my bike the following day. Had my gear cable break on the way to work, popped my bike in here at lunch and was fixed before I finished my shift. When fella told me how much the repairs would be I was so shocked at his rock bottom prices that I asked him if he could do more! Gears feel good as new and I swear are better aligned than they were when I bought the bike in the first place. Top job.

Had to post a positive review after having my new MTB fork upgrade fitted here. Work was completed earlier than estimated and if I'd done it myself it would have cost a lot more and I wouldn't have had a solution to a small issue with the fork. No wonder he's busy

I took my Cube to the Cycle Clinic in Ruddington for a service after several recommendations from cycling friends. Austin did a great job of getting it back to what feels like brand new condition. I’m pretty lazy when it comes to cleaning and bike care so I’d probably done 3000 miles in the year I had had it without doing too much to it, but Austin had it sorted in no time. As well as doing an amazing job, he is quick, friendly and well-priced, I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

Reccommended to me by a friend. Took the bike in for a full service and an annoying creak that could not be fixed at two previous bike shops. Austin and the boys not only made the bike feel like new ,but eradicated the evergreen creak . All at a very respectable price. Would definitely use Cyclinic in the future .
