I contacted Cycology Mobile Bike Repair in the hope they could help and I was delighted that I was able to get an appointment for a home visit relatively quickly. The quality of the service was fantastic - a friendly, professional, responsive and technically brilliant service and so convenient bearing in mind Kiam comes to your home to do the repair and service. Fantastic service, Kian serviced 2 bikes for me (A Mountain Bike and a road Bike) arrived on time, was friendly and did a bang up job on both bikes, re indexed gears replaced brake cables etc and they both ride like a dream and was super cheap too! Honestly Can't recommend enough!

Knowing absolutely nothing about bikes I called the gentleman that runs this business, explained the issue. He gave me a FREE inspection which included things I didn't even know were a part of a bike. He was very kind and professional, explained what had to be done and even offered to buy the parts I needed so he could install them when they came (obviously I'm paying for the parts.) Overall I was extremely happy with how my bike turned out, with it being second hand its never ran so good and honestly I think it is really good value for money. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very humble guy and excellent service. They even do free repairs on Sundays in a 2-3 hour window. I got my bike repairs done for free. They charged £5 to change pedals which is next to nothing. Highly recommended.

Went above and beyond. We were on a bike packing trip and broke a spoke just outside Nottingham. He was with us within 10 minutes and trued the wheel for us to carry on and said he would meet us on the other side of Nottingham when he had sourced a bladed spoke. He met us a couple of hours later, fitted new spokes, trued the wheel, replaced a cable, re-indexed the gears and gave the chain a quick clean all for a fraction of what it would have cost taking it into a bike shop! We would likely have had to abandon our trip had it not been for this exceptional service. Lovely guy, very knowledgeable and attentive- would 100% recommend!
