Recently purchased a new Raleigh Pioneer Trail bike from Experience Raleigh in Nottingham. Very pleased with the whole process. Sales staff and Workshop staff extremely knowledgeable about their products. Answered all my questions and had my bike ready for collection on agreed date. On top of that great service they had the bike I wanted available and it is great. Big thankyou to Experience Raleigh!

Visited the new Raleigh experience centre this morning with my grandad as he used to work there years ago. He loved seeing some of the vintage old bikes whilst one of the assistants provided us with tea and coffee. Fantastic experience, definitely recommend giving a visit!

By coincidence I had just bought a Raleigh bicycle. It looked great but had a couple of issues. When I read a news article that this was transforming to a Raleigh shop, I was delighted. I watched as it was fitted out. A couple of weeks ago, my bicycle broke so I walked it to the Raleigh shop just a few days after it opened. Great timing! Greeted by a very friendly team. They welcomed me in and listened as I talked of my drama. They offered me a coffee. I really like that it feels more than just a shop. On my return to pick up my fixed bicycle, I had a look around. It's great seeing the history of Raleigh. I am involved in a few cycling projects. It would be brilliant in the next few months maybe to organise a meeting in the shop. Impressed.

I can't thank you guys enough, great respect and helpful attitude.. I came in negatively and went out positively, is that not something we all need. I am sincerely thanking you for being kind and helpful in my very difficult time and fixing my bike on the spot...

I had a puncture on my front wheel of my mountain bike in late afternoon. It was getting dark. I could not cycle back home on a flat and risk not only damaging my wheel rim but skidding and hurting myself. Fortunately NATE, a highly experienced cycle repairman came to my rescue. l was greatly impressed by the fact that he had 26 inch x 1.25 inch inner tubes in stock, which usually mountain bikes do not use. They normally use 26 x 1.75 or 1.95 inch inner tubes. Add to that, Nate literally fixed my front wheel puncture within 7 minutes while an assistant offered me a cup of hot tea. That is what I call timely service. The alternative would have been to painfully walk all the way back home about 4 miles away. Very well done, Nate! Full marks!
