E-Scooter service. Spoke with Edward one of the Technician guys by phone on Friday and arranged to bring my Inokim Ox Super e-scooter in for service and repairs on the Monday. He checked beforehand that he had all the parts he needed in stock as I was travelling in from Cambridgeshire. I arrived Mon a.m. as agreed and despite having 2/3 members of staff off with Covid-19 at short notice and being extremely busy Edward turned the job around within 90 minutes as he was mindful that I'd travelled from far. These guys are so professional, helpful and nice and Edward went above and beyond what one would expect as a customer. British company with American Customer Service!! Gold Star 🌟

The young man who served me listened to me; gave me advice and never put me under any pressure to make a purchase. He arranged for me to try two bikes and helped me to evaluate them both. We brought the scooter in as it was showing an error code and despite the fact that it was almost closing time Adam, Finley and Edward were incredibly helpful and repaired the scooter there and then. Staff are always amazing and helpful, been in plenty of times, purchased 2 e-scooters, and had plenty of check ups, repairs and services. The service here has always been great and something to talk about, but it was phenomenal this time. I had a number of issues with my electric scooter and was expecting to wait a long while to get it fixed. Lee, Edward and Rich took the scooter, and managed to get it fixed within two days and gave great friendly advice. Honestly some of the best customer care I have experienced in such a long time. I dealt with Edward, cannot praise him enough. He answered all of my questions and guided me to a product that suited me perfectly for what I required. I did have a couple of issues with the product when I got home and took it out of the box but they replaced damaged parts immediately and free of charge. My wife and myself had been talking about getting e-bikes for ages but never got round to it! We were visiting Nottingham Castle last week and on the way up we spotted the Pure electric showroom! So after a few hours at the castle we popped in! So glad we did! Marc and Matt could not have been more helpful,they explained all the different types of bikes and what they did! I cannot fault the service provided at Pure electric. I called with a long standing issue from the manufacturer regarding my locking mechanism. I had tried and failed several times to get the manufacturer to fix it. They advised going to a local shop to get the issue sorted and they would refund the costs. Spoke to Richard who told me to come down and they would see what could be done. Edward the little genius, had my scooter fixed within 30 minutes with minimum fuss, no problem at all, really very impressed with the speed that it was dealt with and they deserve the review! Beyond the usual standards! I was first helped by Richard over the phone, this guy had all the time for me in the world, answering all my questions and offering great advice. I needed 2 tyre replacements for my scooter and so I was made aware of the covid protocol and I set off to the shop in the centre of the city. It took me over an hour to get there but I was met by End who created me with enthusiasm and kindness, they even spent some time exchanging jokes :-) After looking over my scooter they said it would take 2 days max then I could go and pick it up; but after I had told them about the lengthy journey I had just taken with my 4 yr old they looked at their watches and said "we are gonna team up and get this done for you right NOW to save you traipsing back" This saved me around 3hrs of my life and I couldn't be more grateful. Whilst I waited, they allowed me to entertain myself by testing out new scooters and giving me even more valuable advice about maintenance etc. Its safe to say they went above and beyond the norm with their service. One thing Edd said and it was so nice to receive such a positive attitude, he said " Ive had a bad day, and so if he can change someone else day for the better he would feel better and put the world right again. Ive droned on enough and this is a lengthy review but they absolutely deserve it and I can't thank them enough for their exceptional service, attitude to helping me with charisma. I think I had the better dad jokes though ha ha ha :-) Thanks again guys, brilliant service brilliant team Paul and Skyla :-)

I bought a new electric bike from the online store, Nottingham is my nearest actual store but that is still more than a 2hr drive from my home, I unfortunately have had some issues with my new bike resulting in dealing with this store to rectify the issue. They have tried there hardest which I commend them for, but I would suggest buying your new electric bike from a local supplier as aftersales service is difficult if you can't get your bike back to a pure electric store and is very time consuming.

I went to the Pure Electric shop in Nottingham and spoke to Dave. An extremely helpful and enthusiastic guy who answered all my questions. He wasn't at all pushy. I ended up walking out with a new Pure Air Pro e-Scooter. The store is very clean and organised. I was happy to see that they were treating CoVID seriously and requesting that people wear masks (even though alot of people seem to think they're exempt!). They even supplied masks for the people who came shopping without one!! Can thoroughly recommend Dave and Pure Electric in Nottingham. Really pleased with the service, oh, and the e-Scooter! :) Thanks Mark Smith EDIT: The staff in store need to be given additional training on products purchased with Klarna. I wasn't told that the 12 month Klarna payment was a full blown credit facility. This has impacted my credit score badly! I originally purchased on a 3 month plan but was told I could pay for it over 12 months instead which I did - at no time was this mentioned that it would be a full blown credit plan/search.

We love the Nottingham Pure shop. Rich and the other staff treat us like friends rather than just customers and am sure would steer us away from high priced items if the lesser priced ones would suit better. I've had two rounds of repairs with Pure Electric on Maid Marian Way, and my experience in both has been excellent. The first time, I'd stupidly managed to get WD40 on my disc brakes. But the staff were extremely friendly and non-condescending about it - and were quick and efficient in cleaning the disc, replacing the contaminated pads, and getting the bike up and running (and, more importantly, stopping) again. The second time, I brought in a couple of bikes for standard servicing. One of them had been left neglected in the garage for about a dozen years, and I mentioned that I thought it might need a lot of work - possibly a Gold service. But the workshop staff (Mark and Ed) were extremely friendly, turned the work around quickly, and confined themselves to doing only the Bronze service they found the long-dormant bike needed. If they'd wanted to, they could easily have done unnecessary expensive work - but didn't. I'd also add that prices for accessories like helmets, cleaning solutions, locks etc. are always very reasonable at Pure - an area where other retailers often add a stiff markup. Thoroughly pleased both with the service I've received here and the quality of the work.

And while the parts had to come from the EU and took ages (not their fault) the guys at Pure were brilliant. I dealt mostly with Edward and then Mark and was kept up to date with any progress and they were always very friendly and helpful...and equally importantly, honest - not a hint of wild promises! While the battery cost a small fortune and the casing another (50 quid FG'S -way over-priced Bosch!!) the cost of their service and time was very reasonable.
