I’ve had two wheels built by the bike lounge using parts I provided. There service was brilliant and prices very competitive! Dropped them off Saturday and picked up the following Friday. Very friendly and really helpful, will definitely be using again as I am local. Keep up the great work!

I Used Bike Lounge for the first time today. I used to go to school with the owner and wanted to support a local business. I wanted a bike seat supplied and fitted for my 2.5 year old. I was given professional advice before my purchase and I couldn't be happier with the result! They also serviced my bike at the same time and it now rides like new! They also use high quality items so you know it's safe.

I have only good things to say about this place. Since opening The Bike Lounge has become my main port of call for all bike servicing. It's great to have a local bike shop that is so reliable and that I feel totally at ease leaving my bike with. The work they've done on my bikes has always been excellent. On top of this, the shop has proved incredibly valuable to me in terms of offering support and advice, whether it be choosing new parts/items, planning bike routes or anything in between. Can't recommend it enough

I have been planning on getting a new bike for my lad for while, however the recent world events had made this a little tricky than normal. Stock has been spotty and picking the right one for my growing, now 11 year old was a challenge. Rodney Rouse, the owner was instrumental in guiding me and supporting the decision, to purchase a superb Lapierre mountain bike. Which he luckily had in stock and in time for my lads birthday on the 29th of December. This is a fantastic bike shop in the heart of the busy Beeston community in Nottingham. Their knowledge of bikes and accessories is second to non. All the guys there are warm, welcoming and don't make you feel like you're out of your depth. Truly highly recommended.

Although I couldn't purchase my bike from the Bike Lounge with my specific Cycle2Work scheme in the end, I wish I could have! The help from the owner was just fantastic, he was able to tell me which e-bikes he had in stock that might suit my needs via email and was able to help me understand the bikes better including trying 2 out when we visited. He was also able to order in other bikes if wanted. His manner and ability to understand my leisure e-bike needs was great (no judgement of my slight wobbles from not riding in a while). I would certainly recommend this shop!

A great find. I do try to maintain my bike myself but internally routed gear cables needed expert hands. The guys were very helpful, the work was well priced, and I'm extremely happy with the end result. I highly recommend them.

Received a puncture on the A52. Gave the shop a call and advised dropping it in anytime before 5. Got there, had it all fixed in done in no time! Quality service, quality advice - support local!

Serviced my bike at a much reduced cost compared to the alternative large corporation down the road, even explained how to maintain my bike to avoid servicing in the future! High quality service in a short amount of time and very professional. Would recommend

This is the type of 'Little Bike Shop' that has been sorely missing from our high streets. It is friendly and professional, and I wouldn't feel stupid for asking a silly question, something other stores have the ability to to make you feel. From 2nd hand bikes for those on a budget to custom built superbikes to reasonably priced e-bikes, he crams a lot into a small store. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻
