Simply love it. Great experience collecting from Nottingham warehouse, worth the trip to chat to the guys there. Really easy to set up (tri bars and pedals and plug it in!). Never thought I would get hooked on working out alone, but love it in my refurbed garage! Cup of tea brought to me half way by the misses, radio blaring out and not disturbing anyone, great challenges/work-outs/climbs on the WattBike app (no need for a subscription) - simply couldn’t ask for more (well maybe my data could be better, but the plan is the WattBike will deliver that…..!!)

Great piece of kit, but a struggle at first, why?.... I upgraded from a Bkool Pro Trainer where you put your bike on the unit, this works great and obviously has the right 'feel' and you change gears with the bike. However with the New Wattbike Atom, the resistance is a lot harder, and the gears are electric switches that don't always react quickly (although I suspect this could be the trainer software NOT the wattbike). You can actually set the resistance on Zwift, Rouvy, Bkool etc to make it easier, just set resistance at 80% or 90% (or make yourself 3 stone lighter), but you can't always do the challenges if you've set the resistance lower. However I now have legs like Clark Kent (lol), I AM over a stone lighter (in 2 months) and I'm loving the Wattbike. Just get one and save a fortune on the going to the gym.

I order a Wattbike Atom in November after some friends recommended them. The lead time was disappointing, but I still felt it was the best option for me for a large investment. Then I read some reviews and was pretty worried it wouldn't come for longer and wouldn't work well. It has just arrived a month early, delivery was next day when I got the notification it was ready with no issues, and you literally just plug it in and it works. Setup is simple and easy. Very pleased. 4 stars just for the long lead time as they expect payment at the order.

I took delivery of an AtomX in December 2020, taking advantage of the upgrade offer over the mk2 Atom available at the time. Initially I had a few teething issues resolved through a replacement Performance Touch Screen and modifications to the bike itself (software and hardware completed by a Wattbike engineer). Touch wood, following these the bike has been very reliable. Overall the bike is excellent and an invaluable training companion to my actual road cycling. I find I'm on the bike three to five days a week and so far have found the content on the Wattbike hub and the PTS itself excellent, with a wide variety of workouts to keep me engaged (I particularly like the Climb work outs on the PTS). At some point I probably will subscribe to Zwift, but so far haven't found the need (so I can't comment on the performance of the bike when paired with Zwift).
Generally, I've found the Wattbike Customer Service to be good, albeit all correspondence has to be done through email (can never get hold of them by phone), which means issues can take longer to resolve (so come on Wattbike make it so that customers can contact you by telephone).
Prior to my purchase I was in two minds whether to take the plunge on the bike, given they are expensive and the mixed customer reviews. But I'm glad I did and wouldn't be without it now.

Love this bike. Easy to set up, great feel to ride. Some of the Allen Key fixings should be quick release as my bike is used by two of us so having to alter the seat and handlebars for the right reach each time can be fiddly otherwise I am impressed and pleased with my bike. Thanks Wattbike team!

The lead time stated 2-4 weeks and the bike was available for delivery in less than 1 week! Wow a good start. Delivery was to my room of choice and next day following notification of availability. The bike was well packaged and with minimal assembly required, just the aero bars really. Adjusting the frame and saddle and handlebar heights is intuitive. The bike rides a dream. I have ridden nearly 10,000km on Zwift on a turbo with my road bike and words cannot describe how much better the wattbike is. First job, straight up AdZ. I can tell I’m going to love this. My advice if you are hovering over the purchase button is to go for it. If it’s good enough for Chris Hoy, it’s good enough for me. Thank you wattbike! So happy and I now have a direct drive turbo to sell because I won’t be getting on that again!

I purchased a Wattbike Atom Next Generation having used and loved Wattbike at the gym. There is obviously a few months wait for delivery but I was well informed of this and prepared to wait for the bike I wanted. Delivery was bang on time and very well organised. Building the bike was easy and quick. To ride I have to say the bike met and exceeded all my expectations. Its sturdy, you can match your position to your road bike and it linked up with Zwift without issue. It was a joy to use and I loved not having to take my bike on and off a turbo.
Unfortunately after two weeks seamless use the right shifter developed a fault. After some initial difficulty getting a response from customer care, I received contact and from then on the after service was exceptional. They talked me through some possible fixes, none of which worked. Without hesitation they agreed to replace the bike. A day later the bike had been swapped and I am now back riding it again. Without this issue my rating would have been without hesitation 5 stars.

Having spent a long time looking for a home training bike that would work for both spinning and triathlon training, I settled on the Wattbike Atom next gen which seemed to be the best value for money. On ordering the bike, the quoted wait time was 15-17 weeks. The customer service team at Wattbike were exemplary, sending regular emails updating on progress with manufacturing and delivery times. The bike arrived a week earlier than expected and the delivery crew were excellent, delivering in the time window they quoted.
Having used the bikes for the last two months, it is an excellent, robust device. My wife uses it for Les Mills RPM spin classes and I use it with both Sufferfest and the Wattbike app. To date there has not been a fault with the bike and it has exceeded expectations.
Like many prospective buyers I was wary about the various reviews about customer service however, given the challenging circumstances they are operating within I cannot fault the service provided. It was certainly worth the wait!

Great product, really solid feeling bike that does what I want it to do. Zwift is great on it.
Had some issues which the CS team went to great lengths to solve early on. Mostly caused at our end, so no bad reflection on them
I do hope the hub app gets some more love and updates in the months to come - such a great opportunity to build an amazing digital experience to go with the amazing physical one as well

Ordering to delivery - 2days. Easy to set up but the TT elbow pads tend to get in the way as I don’t use them. Atom is great on the Wattbike app or on Zwift, which I use. Connection to Zwift and HRM is simple. Sounds quite noisy when riding but find the noise doesn’t carry to far. As near to a real bike as I have experienced.

Great product and I notice an improvement over the Atom V1 - although with the latest firmware, the v1 is very good, but I still found that the way it responded got in the way when racing in Zwift. Hence the upgrade. Yes, there are long lead times but the wait has been worth it and not distressing (I guess as I already had something to ride!). The delivery went well and setup was plain sailing using the bike fit calculator that Wattbike provide. Many of my biking friends have Atoms and they are equally happy with theirs. Recommended...

I really wanted to love this product however it has been a bit of a nightmare. Panther who delivered the bike were rude and lazy. They were due between 2 and 4 and rang at 12 to say they were delivering in 15 minutes. They appeared 3 minutes later and didn't even want to take it upstairs.
I have had trouble setting up the connection and have contacted them twice and no reply. If you are selling a quality product you need a quality customer service. They need to pull their socks up or they will lose business to someone else.
Ok so now got things sorted a few months ago and the Atom is giving me what I wanted from the equipment. Has so far kept me sane during lockdown and the reminder on the app showing the days workout that you need to do for the plan you are following works a treat to motivate me. I can't say if the after sales is better now but they did eventually contact me and things were sorted.
As such I am reassessing the score to reflect current experience. My advice perhaps would be to get home set-up as well as the bike so someone can show you how it works and sets it up.

Really Pleased with my Wattbike Atom. The bike is incredible and supported by a great app to assist with training and workouts as well as being possible to link in to Zwift. I have been really impressed from the moment I ordered the bike. I couldn't recommend the Wattbike Atom highly enough!

I've used a very good quality smart turbo for a number of years but was recommended to try the Wattbike Atom. The difference is amazing.; the Atom is so smooth and accurate & works amazingly with Zwift. Really fantastic piece of equipment and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

This is my first experience of owning an indoor trainer and I am very impressed and satisfied so far. Quite a long waiting time but I knew that going in so no problem with that. Lots of emails from Wattbike during the wait which kept me informed with dispatch times and more about the bike. Bike arrived Xmas eve which was about a week or so longer than anticipated but I know its in big demand plus coronavirus make this pretty understandable. The bike is very easy to set up and instructions excellent if you need any help. Once you read up on the various training programs ,of which there are many, you are ready to go. My wife and I use the bike and adjusting for our individual heights is a breeze . Even using allen keys for sliding seat back and forth is relatively straight forward so no time lost with fiddly adjustments. I have rode gym bikes in the past and this bike is better in all aspects, from ergonomics to the vast array of set training programs provided ,if you don't have one yourself. Loving the whole experience so far and you are also given free limited time subscriptions of ,for instance Zwift or TrainerRoad which I haven't used yet. Highly recommend the Wattbike for all cycling enthusiasts.

My new next gen WattBike Atom arrived more or less when promised (I upgraded my order from an existing order of the older model which set back delivery). The delivery company Panther were amazingly helpful. The WattBike itself is a massive improvement for me on my old turbo setup. Seamless with Zwift, instant gear changes, very stable when sprinting, so very happy. Looks very good too and saddle is great for long sessions.

The customer service I received from wattbike and Jade in particular was exceptional. Despite a bit of a wait initially, which I suppose can be expected during this busy time, I eventually had an email from Jade. I sent over various information and diagnostics reports as requested by Jade. This process was very easy even for those who struggle with technology like myself! Within a few hours of sending over the information, Jade contacted me to arrange collection of my bike and offered a courtesy bike for the time mine was at wattbike HQ. Have used the Wattbike Pro/Trainer and Wattbike Nucleus in the gym and I own a Wattbike Atom (to be upgraded to next gen). Love this bike. Later versions connect to all variety of training apps seamlessly. And a great customer service to boot. Tried and tested. Solid built. Other bikes/trainers were not even a considerations.

I spent a fair amount of time looking at the various options for an indoor bike. I’m not a fanatic cyclist in terms of racing, neither do I ride in a club. I enjoy cycling for exercise. Having looked at various options and different cycling apps I decided that I wanted to use Zwift and have a bike that works with it. I choose the Atom because it has gears and erg mode. It is also rather sturdy and I needed that with my personal frame! The bike arrived earlier than initially quoted. It was easy to set up and works really well. Over the last couple of months I’ve gone from 2 rides a week to 5. From 10 mins rides to an hour. I need to lose weight and get my fitness back. It’s working brilliantly and it’s becoming addictive. I’m sure other apps are similar, but It’s really amazing going for a ride using Zwift as the app controls the peddle resistance and it really is like riding up and down hills. My fitness is increasing, my heart rate is coming down and so is the weight. I’ve now just ordered new pedals, shoes and cleats... it’s getting serious! So, very pleased with the bike and highly recommended.

My Watt Bike Atom has exceeded my expectation.
Before commiting to this purchase I wasn't sure the Atom was what I needed? In the end it was between this & Peloton. Not wanting to commit to a monthly subscription on top of a big outlay for the bike I decided to purchase a Watt Bike Atom.
I am pleased with the decision I made!! The bike is excellent, good quality build & technology; in terms of the way the bike communicates with a device i.e iPhone or iPad.
As soon as the bike arrived the set-up was simple. The bike immediately synced to my iPhone along with my heart rate monitor (I use polar). The sessions that are included via the watt bike app are very good! So many to choose from with a variety of effort rates. I have used my bike with Swift too, again works really well. In my opinion, subscribing to a third party, such as swift is not necessary. What is available via the hub is more than enough in saying that my teenage Daughter prefers swift. Whatever works for you I suppose.
The only area of improvement... when completing a HI session there can be a lag between switching gears/watts. In other words there is a slight delay. You can be working really hard spinning your legs at a high pace. Then the 'rest' period kicks in (maybe only 30"), this can take time for the new cadence/resistance to work. This is the only reason I have not marked 5 stars. I don't look at this as a criticism, but is a reason the bike is not perfect.
If you take a lot of spinning classes the set up/experience of this bike is different, much more like the experience of a Road Bike. Such as short saddle & low handle bars. This does take a little getting used too. Once you have completed a few of the challenges in the HUB you soon get competitive & want to improve your cycling & fitness.
The service I received from Watt Bike was very good. I had to wait approx 16 weeks. As this was the timeframe that was estimated I cannot complain. This is a quality product that is well worth the wait.

Had the Wattbike Ng for 3 months now. Has been way better than I had imagined. The bike works brilliantly which I kinda expected but the training programs have really made me step up my cycling. The bike has inspired me to read more about training programs and the science behind it and that has made me a better overall cyclist. I can really notice the difference when I go out on my road bike, my power and pedalling efficiency have greatly improved. It has also prompted me to join Zwift too, the connection with Zwift is seamless, very impressive. Only one tiny niggle is that connection with my wahoo tickr hr monitor is a bit clunky on the Wattbike training programs (but is fine when using the Wattbike with Zwift?).

Really delighted with the bike. I used to use a spin bike (Keiser M3i) with Peloton but started to get into Zwift and wanted to do more serious cycling so I ordered the Wattbike Atom Next Generation and I love it. I use it with the Wattbike Hub app (for FTP/VO2 max tests), with TrainerRoad (for structured training plans) and with Zwift (for riding up virtual hills). It is everything I wanted and I would highly recommend.

This company will take your money and not deliver a product. I even had an email "note" from the so-called CEO Rich Baker! advising the product was to be delivered last week! but it never arrived as promised and now I wait for 30 minutes to customer services to be given an answerphone.. exceptionally poor service and cannot be blamed on covid.

I recently bought an Atom+ delivered and installed by Wattbike. The delivery was delayed by a few weeks (fair enough: busy, Covid etc..). From the outset the Atom did not work (no pedal data and clunking noise). This should have been checked at factory and on installation (paid for). Nothing from customer services for over a week. Very poor for an expensive product.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DID RESOLVE THE ISSUES (AND SOME WERE USER (I.E. MY) ERRORS). ON BASIS OF RESOLUTION, I WOULD CHANGE TO 3 OR 4 STARS (BASED ON DELIVERY ISSUES AND RESPONSE TIMES).

Firstly, there is nothing I am qualified to add about the performance and quality of the Wattbike that hasn't been said by Olympic athletes, coaches and other sports professionals..It is exceptional. This is not your "class spin bike" as the accuracy of the programs and data mean you virtually receive professional training on a daily basis.
Unlike the Peloton and Zwift, this is not entertainment but real cycling and challenges. It can easily work with Zwift, Sufferfest, etc. and gives a far more reality-b tased experience than a bike on a trainer but, for me, it is the "me against me" challenges posed by the many Wattbike Hub workouts, climbs, Grand Tour Climbs, and many other simulations that improve cycling performance, overall aerobic and strength gains, and health in general.
I can not yet find any faults with the Atom NG and, highly recommend the Wattbike products.
P.S. I am also severely visually impaired and the Wattbike Hub App works perfectly with iOS VoiceOver and Magnification...unlike Zwift and other similarly "flashy" platforms.

Not received product yet, so can’t comment on it. However, 4 week waiting for delivery, given delivery date, took 1 holiday day off to make sure I’m in. Delivery cancelled last minute at about 13:30.
Edit - wattbike refunded the delivery, and send out an engineer out quickly to assist. Thank you to Beth in customer support.

I went to the showroom before buying and the experience was very friendly and welcoming and I got to try the bikes before I bought anything. The showroom looks very smart and professional and the building was very easy to find.
