Since the fit I have completed 4 rides clocking a total of over 100 miles. I am delighted with the results. My average speed on all rides, but especially the longer rides, is noticeably higher and the recovery after the rides quicker. The bike is more comfortable and the new shoes Thomas recommended are just a pleasure to wear.

This was my first Bike Fit experience and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The Fulcycle team were great, Thomas and Kiro both put me at ease and Thomas did a great job of talking me through the process and was meticulous in his adjustments and advice. I also managed to time my Bike Fit with the wettest day of the year so far (!) and there was a warm heater, hot cup of tea and even a gifted snack to see me off on my soggy cycle home. I learnt a lot and would recommend. (FYI, my cycle home was faster, and not just because of the torrential rain!)

Amazing service! Had terrible issues with discomfort from my saddle on and off for a couple of years. The whole situation got at lot worse just as the European Championships for Aquabike were looming! Thomas saw me at a moments notice and spent a lot of care and attention making sure things were resolved! Made it to Bilbao and came 8th in Europe after a gruelling, hilly 80k bike with zero discomfort wearing a very skimpy GB tri suit! Total result- cannot recommend highly enough! Arrived at Fulcycle on a soggy Saturday morning for a bike fit. Met the team and was grateful for the hot tea. Thomas carried out my bike fit and explained the process in detail. He was very thorough, attentive to my issues, and it was a pleasure getting to know him and the team. They are all very friendly and I felt at ease during the process. I was initially a little sceptical about a bike fit but decided to take the plunge and apply science to try to improve my comfort and performance on the bike. After an analysis of my flexibility (or lack of), Thomas analysed me on the bike and made the necessary adjustments which included bars, saddle and cleats. Was delighted with the new setup and I felt a whole lot better cycling back home. Was also given exercises, frame / reach measurements and more. Really recommend the team. Money well spent.

First ever time having a bike fit, figured it was a worthwhile purchase after buying a more expensive whip couldn't have been made to feel more comfortable by the 2 gents from the moment i stepped foot into the store, so friendly and welcoming, happily answering all of my somewhat rookie questions with great detail. Tom was so thorough with the fit, trying out different positions and tinkering with everything from the angle of the hoods/bars, millimetre differences in the saddle, spacers on my cleats . It was a brilliant experience from start to finish and I couldn't recommend them more, if I ever need another fit, or even just a simple service, I'd happily come back here without batting an eyelid, 10/10! They even threw in a couple of cups of great coffee for good measure, clearly knowing the way to a cyclists heart!

I'm not an experienced cyclist, however, I am about to undertake a 1000 mile tour. Thomas fitted my new clipless system & hand-held me through the learning process. My bike was reconfigured to a much more comfortable riding position. I have no problem recommending his company's excellent service. (& great coffee too!).

I was so impressed with my experience with Fulcycle. I had been getting a lot of neck and shoulder pain and linked it to the fact I was cycling a lot more so thought it’d be a good idea to get the bike fit checked. Thomas dealt with my bike fit and was very friendly and welcoming, he took a lot of time and made a lot of both big and small changes to my bike and was very good at communicating how the bike should feel. The fit was very detailed and he even noticed issues with my posture on the bike and got me in contact an osteopath to help overcome that. Bryan also gave some very helpful input - as a pair they have an incredible amount of knowledge. I was given a different saddle to try for a couple of weeks before I committed to buying and also had a good analysis of what shoes would suit me better. I returned a couple of weeks later to get the bike serviced by Kiro, this was completed professionally and I wasn’t with out my bike for too long. My bike is now going so much more smoothly! When I picked up the bike I bought along my new cycling shoes which Thomas kindly fitted the cleats to, checking they were in the correct place. Over all I am so so pleased with my experience at Fulcycle. It’s been a few weeks and my bike is so much more comfortable and my neck and shoulder pain has completely gone! Their knowledge, expertise and friendly manor ensured it was worth the cost. Whether it’s for a service or a bike fit I would 100% recommend anyone to go here.

Phenomenal bike shop, and excellent bike fitting service. Not only Thomas and Kiro are extremely professional and attentive to detail, but they are also very friendly and easy going. I enjoyed visiting the studio a lot, and got a lot of their attention and good advice worth for my money. Highly, highly recommend. UPDATE: I had to visit Fulcycle several more times: both to fine-tune my fit, and also to do some maintenance on the bike. I appreciate that I was a really difficult customer: both physiology of my body and mechanical problems with the bike made fitting challenging and time-consuming. But Thomas and Kiro were extremely patient and kept working with me until we successfully resolved the issues. Cannot recommend this shop harder, and will always use myself whenever possible.

Getting a bike fit or having work done on your bike is all about trust. You can trust these guys. I was immediately more comfortable and powerful after my road bike fit with Thomas, who was super professional and has excellent communication skills. I have also had my commuter bike serviced at Fulcycle and it came back unrecognisably clean, with sharp gear shifts and silent running. Highly recommended.

I recently completed a road bike fit with Thomas at Fulcycle, as I sensed I could be better aligned with my bike and had the occasional niggle etc. The holistic, biomechanical approach employed by Thomas, was thorough and considered. Adjustments to cleats, saddle, bars (and me!) resulted in something of a revelation. I now feel much more integrated with the bike, as though I wear it rather than being perched on top of it. A change of saddle (after trying more than Goldilocks might have) to suit sit-bones and riding style, has also proved hugely beneficial. The guys also provide excellent bike upgrades, service facilities and sound advice. Highly recommended. First class service, first class coffee too!

Fantastic service and fit on my bike. The Guys are extremely knowledgeable and as a novice, they didn't make me feel bad for asking any questions I had during the fit. I would recommend to any level, novice to advanced riders. My level of comfort and control is 100% better through this.

I got a bike fit done for a road cycle at Fulcycle. Thomas and his colleagues are truly the nicest guys you can imagine. Super patient and knowledgable and very nice to talk to. Thomas spend more than four hours on my bike (while the appointment was only meant to last 2 hours) to get it absolutely right (and because I kept constantly doubting what was best for me haha). I've been to Bryan and his team twice now for TT bike fits. They are outstanding. Not only did the fit exactly met my needs but they are a pleasure to work with. My fits were aero based and also needed to be UCI compliant. Bryan and the guys thoroughly checked my physical flexibility, shoes, protonation, before moving onto my position. They checked the bike and position carefully to make sure it met UCI regulations. But at the same time ensuring my position was aero and producing power. I highly recommend them to any triathletes or time trialist looking to avoid injury and be confident their bike set up is optimal. Excellent stuff!

I went here a few weeks ago for a bike fit. I'm pretty new to road cycling and have previously felt patronised and not comfortable with 'those in the know' about cycling. Not so here! From the outset I felt comfortable and confident. I was given a physio once over first of all to find any issues and I spoke about the issues I was getting with neck pain.
