Last month I wheeled my bike which was completely unrideable and in need of some serious work to John's place. A week later I rode home with it feeling brand new. As a one-man repair shop John obviously puts a lot of care into each one of his service jobs. He was friendly, professional, and happily talked me through everything. John emailed me updates with straightforward quotes, ordering new parts, etc., and it came to a decent price which was mindful of my budget. Couldn't ask for anything better. If I need another service I won't hesitate to come back, thanks John.

I found my overall experience with JC Bike Servicing Repairs to be very good from my first email I sent, to receiving my bike. They were responsive, communication was good and professional. My bike needed quite a bit of attention to get it road worthy and ready for the summer and certain jobs needed doing which I could not do myself. After receiving my fixed bike and now having rode it for a few days I am super happy with the results and I am able to enjoy cycling more now, than I did before getting my bike fixed.
