I have an electric bike and needed the brakes repaired, they was super busy but managed to get my electric bike repaired within the hour. Very professional couldn't really ask for more from them. Updated: I had a few spokes break on my back wheel, so asked cycle hub if they could fix them and give the bike a service clean they had to order customer spokes as mine are not the normal size. Due to having to order in some spokes it took a few days but once they had gotten the spokes the bike was fixed the same day plus they had given me the extra spokes that came with the pack instead of just keeping them themselves. This is the only bicycle repair shop in Peterborough I'll use the customer service is perfect.

Called yesterday as I needed my Moda road bike sorted out, said I could come over straight away for them to take a look; arrived, checked the bike over, did what I asked them to do and advised of further problems with the bike so I left the bike with them & said to call once the bike was repaired. To my amazement, they called a few hours later and said the bike was ready with a couple of new parts added. What a fantastic service & such really nice guys to deal with. Was happy with the price, will definitely use again and cannot recommend their service highly enough.

Just had my much neglected mountain bike brought back to life here. Amazing job, super quick, friendly and professional service. Also, very reasonable price for the amount of work and new parts. What a great guy. Called up first thing in the morning about having my mountain bike looked over, I was told to bring it in the same day and was surprised at their store. A clean and vast selection of bikes and products, the owner was a delight to chat to and very knowledgable. I will definitely be taking my full suspension back when it needs its first service. I got a tip off about PCH from a friend and after looking to upgrade my ride I popped in to store. Dan and Paul were both absolutely great through the process. They are extremely knowledgable and willing to share that with the customer so they get the best of the service. It was not pushy in anyway, talking through options that best met my needs… and what I needed was a great bike, a great fitting processes and some actionable tips to improve my riding. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I've bought 2 bikes from Dan now and I'm currently in for a 3rd. My last bike was designed using the Orbea MyO programme which I would recommend to anyone. First you playing about online then you talk to Dan and then its in your dining room. Awesome service from Dan and Ginge. I wouldn't buy a bike from anywhere else.

My old bike was in a real state having been left outside/in a shed for a few years. I took it in and left it with them, they gave me an estimated time of 5-7 days to complete but I picked it up 2 days later, in better nick than when it was new! It cost about £200 but as I said it was in a real state beforehand so it had a fair bit of work done, and it's a fraction of the price for a new bike of similar quality. Very friendly staff as well. Highly recommend

I called in yesterday to look at bikes, I was totally amazed at the help and advice that Daniel Read gave me, the time he spent with me was priceless, I purchased a pair of their branded cycling shorts, I’ve just returned from a 30 mile ride and my rear doesn’t feel like it’s been in a saddle at all. Very helpful staff with prompt, professional and friendly service. My daughter is off ill so we couldn't collect the bikes so they brought them to my house without charge. I have used these guys twice now and never again will I go any where else whilst I am living in the Peterborough area. First time was for a bike fit, the experience was brilliant. I was fitted and gained so much more knowledge about riding, from being more comfortable on the bike and also being quicker and more efficient. Second time was for a bike service, these guys will treat your bike like there own. First class, my bike had a few knocking noises, these have now gone. They Found out my chain was put on backward by another bike shop and also had a few other minor problems. These were fixed and the bike rides like new. Will see you again for the annual service next year.

It was time I bought a bike over the £300 mark as because of covid, they weren't many available anyway. My daughters boyfriend had bought a Merida and I fell in love with it, super light 29" wheels, just what I wanted. After doing extensive searching and discovering Halfords really only sell two brands which are Apollo and Carrera. Also I'd found they had bought Tredz as well, and I all I wanted was some independent advice. I called PCH from the Merida website and asked if they had the model. They did and when I arrived it was ready and waiting for me all setup and raring to go. I will from now on only go to PCH because they know what they are talking about and love cycling as it shows

It seems strange in this day and age that a company puts customer service ahead of sales. I pleased to say that it appears PCH values returning customers over just new bike sales. I really wanted to buy a new bike (no better feeling than new bling) but after talking at length with Dan about my cycling and what I was looking to achieve we went down a different route. After a review of my current riding position in the bike fit studio we found weaknesses in my set-up. With a few tweaks, a new length stem and plenty of patience on Dan's part I achieved a PR on my very next ride for power output. I guess what I'm trying to say is I could have been advised to spend £0,000's on a new weapon chasing PR's but for the cost of a bike fit assessment and a new stem I've hit the same targets. Thanks to Dan for the advice and thank you to Paul for squeezing me straight into the workshop to fit the new parts. I will be returning again and spreading the word. Thanks all

I rarely write reviews but this place really left no stone unturned when helping me fit my bike and cluing me up on cycling. I would definitely recommend!
