Absolutely love this bike shop and the service they provide! I recently took my old touring bike to them as a service was long overdue. They stripped it down, cleaned it, replaced pretty much everything, built it back up again and now it runs like an absolute dream! Other bike shops didn't want to take it on as it required a lot of work however, Redbrick's sustainable approach to bike maintenance was exactly what I was after. Couldn't recommend them more!

Really kind, friendly and knowledgeable on everything around bikes. Having brought my bike in there many times over the last year for brake bleeding and to get brake pads changed they have recommended to me maintenance advice and always tried to find time to fit me in if I had any issues with my electric bike, especially helpful as no mainstream bike shops I’m aware of work on kit electric bikes. You are guaranteed a 5-star service from the team on every visit. Thank you for your great service and I will for sure be making many visits back to you in the future.

I was looking for a place to fix my boy's bike as I am new to the area and searched on google and rang them to see whether the shop is open the guy is very nice and friendly asked to bring down the bike and he fixed the issue with no time and without taking a single penny. I was nervous going in on my first visit because I am new to cycling and have a rubbish bike and very little knowledge but they are so helpful and always take the time to help and explain things. Myself and my husband have been back a few times and we didn't hesitate to order a new bike from them. They helped us to make sure we chose the right size bike which is a mistake that I had made when previously buying a bike.

Best bike shop I've iver used / been to. I've had some issues with my orbea that I bought from a different store. Decided to take it here as they are an orbea dealer. Brillient service, dropped what they were doing to help me with my issues and get me back out on the bike. Even solved a warranty issue involving a new bosch motor. What would of taken weeks to resolve took 3 days! Amazing. Super knowledgeable and friendly. I will not use any other shop. My only regret is not buying my bike from these guys. Cheers

Great customer service. My bike is my main mode of transport so I put it in for a gold service. On dropping my bike off he had a quick look over it and straight away noticed a few parts that were in need of replacing. On picking my bike up he explained everything that had been fixed and replaced on my bike. Also explained what his philosophy was on bike maintenance and what his shop is based upon. It's nice to hear they invest in the community and in the youth. Where they could rebuild and refurbish on existing parts to save money for myself. This is now the only shop I will be taking my bike too. Great couple of guys I meet who worked there and where good with my toddlers as well.

Great cycle repair shop! At the moment, they are very very busy due to Covid-19 and everyone wanting to get back on their bikes. But the team in the shop are still very friendly and helpful, and kept me up-to-date with progress while they waited for parts to arrive. Their work was excellent.

I went to red brick cycles for a new bike, and after changing my mind several times, I decided to get an Orbea Rallon which is perfect. Not only did they set me up in the shop but they also met me at a trail to make sure my bike was set up for my style of riding. I can not fault the knowledge and experience of these guys. Great Service in selecting, buying and setting up a new bike. Started with a test ride so Tony could see my riding level / style and to check different frame sizes. Followed by Orbea's method of selecting and customising a bike on the net before being delivered to Red Brick for set up - internet value with local service. And today headed out to Tavistock Woodlands for a day on the Trails to tweak the bike and improve my riding. Plus Phil in the workshop serviced my road bike - with the bill coming in below the estimate. Thanks
