Just like to share my review on Craig and his team. 2 bikes serviced, a great service on both. Mechanic briefed me in both bikes, work done, recommendations and I felt they both went that extra mile in providing a great service.

We are off to Brittany on Monday and my wife’s ebike failed on a ride on Friday. Spoke to Craig at Bike Cellar who told us to bring it in. We did and the mechanics fixed it reset the computer and replaced what were dangerous brakes. All on the same day. We are now off to Brittany reassured that engine will provide necessary boost and brakes will stop safely. Strongly recommend Bike cellar. Excellent customer service.

Great mechanics at this shop, I had a problem which two other bike shops struggled to sort out. I had heard good things about the bike seller and decided to try there. I wasn't disappointed as they solved the problem within half a day and done a few extra bits too. Also appreciated the call from the mechanic before picking the bike up describing what he had to do to solve the issue. Will be returning for servicing and repairs in the future. Thank you.

Craig, Angela and their lovely daughter run a super bike shop and their service has been immaculate. I am cycling from London to Paris imminently and needed a bike fit. Craig did this for me and contributed the cost to my charitable cause, a profoundly generous gesture. Highly recommend the guys at The Bike Cellar. Always a warm welcome, professional advice and genuinely lovely people. They’ve serviced my road bike now for about 6 years and I’ve just picked up a Trek hybrid. Although they were unable to fix resolve my issue, as they are booked solid until may for repairs, Kit the engineer was able to remove my freewheel free of charge, and point me in the right direct for a replacement part. That was a really nice thing to do, cheers Kit 👍

Recently purchased a bike from Craig and Angela on a recommendation from a family member. I was incredibly impressed with the customer service and advise given. Nothing was too much trouble. They appear to be specialist is Trek bike. If you are looking for a kids bike don't go unless you have money to burn. Approx 400quid for a kids frame. However they offer a great service, and adult bikes seem more appropriately priced.

What a fantastic local & family run bike shop! Wife & I were looking for bikes for an event later in the year, The lovely young lady was very knowledgeable and we were able to trial a number of bikes to see how we found them and in the price range. We went away to think about it and came back a few weeks later and met the rest of the family and there friendly approach and customer service was first class. They even spent time setting and adjusting the bikes up to fit and made sure I was confident with using cleats before letting us go. Highly recommend the bike cellar for what ever your bike needs are. :-)

An absolute gem of a local, family-run bike shop. Craig, Angie and the team specialize in Trek bikes (which are brilliant) but stock loads of stuff, and their fitting/servicing is excellent too. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I'd have to say that this bike shop is first class. The owners are passionate about bikes and their knowledge is excellent. When I recently upgraded my bike and was identifying the kit and components for my dream build the suggestions and advice given allowed me to put together the components that would best suit my titanium steed. Craig proved invaluable in allowing me to compare and contrast the differences in groupsets etc. which has subsequently led me to riding my dream bike. Can't thank both Angie and Craig enough and this review will let them to see my gratitude and also allow others to gain access to this independent bike shop where the staff do really know their stuff.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful. Good range of bikes and accessories. I've left my bike with them on several occasions and was very happy with the work. I bought my first bike from the Bike Cellar last summer (a mountain bike), the advice service i received was second to non. I have called in regularly since for advice, cycling gear and water top ups, on every occasion the owners and staff have been amazing helping me out and always having time for me. I would not buy a bike, have it serviced or anything else cycling related from anywhere else than here, so much so that i have just purchased a road bike from there and yet again a truly amazing service. I highly recommend buying from here you would be a fool to go anywhere else, AWESOME.

These guys are heroes, highly recommended. Was down in Devon for a 5 day cycling trip. On day one my rear derailleur exploded, and having called the manufacturer and a few other local shops I was unanimously told that there was no chance of getting the right part in before next week. Add in the fact that there was a massive sportive happening nearby the next day and I thought my holiday was a write off. However, one shop said I should try the Bike Cellar, so I popped in. They were helpful, friendly and most importantly could get the part needed ordered in overnight and fitted by the next day. Sure enough, 24h later I was back in business. Great service, great shop.
