Turned up as promised and gave my bike a service. Lovely fellas and having them do the service at your home saves hassle. Told us to ring them with any issues which is a good sign that they value customer care. Had a good chat about motorbikes too!

Arrived earlier than expected, polite and courteous to fix my son's bike. He then made sure it was safe and sorted. He went above and beyond with excellent customer service, all without having to cart the bike anywhere! Absolutely wonderful and definitely is now the person that will have all my business for both my boys bikes. Fantastic prices as well just to make them even more awesome. Just so good! Dave is a fabulous chap. Tuned my bike up at a very reasonable cost, offered plenty of superb tips and above all, and most importantly, was a thoroughly lovely bloke. We used Dave for the first time on Friday. His service was absolutely brilliant! He came to the house really quickly, he fixed 3 of our bikes within record time and took a further one (which we thought was definitely a write off!) away to fix. So five years on from my previous review and I thought I would update. I booked Dave to carry out full services on my Racer and Tourer. We agreed 11.30 today and he arrived 11.25. One is of high value. The service, knowledge and efficiency is second to none. He does what he has to do and has all the necessary equipment and parts for current bicycles. Book him annually and have no hesitation in recommending him. Although I am envious of his relaxed and chilled approach to life and seek the same ') June 2020 2015 Rang Dave Tuesday afternoon after I had managed to mess up the alignment of my rear wheel ( I blame the internet! ) He came out first thing Wednesday morning, sorted the problem with no trouble at all. This is a fantastic, professional service and I shall be using him for all my bike servicing / repairs from now on.

Called Dave at 9.30 pm last night was a lovely gentleman told us he could be with us the next day (today) between 2-3 he was early and called beforehand to tell us he was on his way bike was being hard work but nothing is too much trouble for him he sorted it!very reasonably priced! Thank you Ace Cycles. My old bike has been sat in the shed doing nothing for the last couple of years. Dave came today and the old girl is running better than ever before.
