I have bought a road bike from those Guys. It was like this bike was waiting for me there feeling. Exactly what I was looking for. We have negotiatiated a price, professionally serviced bike, got very fair price for my bike in exchange, got set the bike to my preferences with no time and no fuss. Very knowledgeable personnel with useful advices. I can see that the aim is to provide experience and happiness, not just sell bikes! Strongly recommend.

I am so glad I found these guys. Very handy. Very local & great value. I use my bike a lot & there is always a little job that needs attending too. What do I require from my local bike shop? Expert knowledge & rapid service for a decent price. Preston Cycles delivers on all fronts. Why pay main dealer prices when you can get the work done to a better standard & a quicker turnaround & for less. Everytime I have used these guys , the job is completed no later than the next day. Thank you for providing the service you do. I cycle over 7k a year & need a quality bike shop to help keep me on the road. Had my old bike upside down for quite a while in the house without a back wheel on it. I had ordered one online. I thought I'd fixed it the other day, but unfortunately not. I took it to Halfords but they suggested that I brought it here....and I'm so glad I did now😁. There were a few problems with it but the lads fixed them all yesterday and then dropped it off at the house where I live. I have just taken it for its 1st proper bike ride...and it was amazing. So I'll definitely be bringing it here next time. Well done guys 😁👍

Just took bike in with sqeeky bottom bracket which Wallis cycles put in cross threaded, the lads managed to get it out eventually, sorted all the rest of the parts that were worn, did a brilliant job, won't be going to anywhere else for bike repairs and service.

Brilliant service. My bike had covered over 4000 miles since the last service and needed quite a lot of work. New cassette and chain, new bottom bracket, new brake pads and 2 new tyres. All work completed the same day and for just over £100. Superb. Heartily recommended.

Needed a replacement bolt at short notice, rang first and popped in. Owner dropped everything, spent time with me, testing and checking everything was correct. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn't accept any payment as it was a only bolt- even though he spent around 10/15 minutes with me , taking him away from repairing bikes. Highly recommend this cycle shop, I will be using much more often for parts and repairs.

I went in with no appointment after getting a puncture out on a ride. They replaced the inner tube and repaired it in minutes for me. Fantastic service, friendly staff and avery fairly priced. I have found my go to bike shop from now on.
