The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the bikes they sell and matched one perfectly for my needs. There was a minor issue, basically tightening of the gears after a few months of riding, which was resolved quickly. I am delighted with my bike and would recommend Wallis Cycles to anyone. Very pleased with my Planet X London Road bike service from Wallis Cycles. Really went the extra mile to fit my service in during a difficult time, great communication with regular updates on how the service was going and what parts needed work. Sourced all the extras that I wanted, and went over and above to restore my bike to better than new condition! On top of that then did a great price which I was very happy with. I'm not normally one for writing reviews, but I'll make an exception in this case. I received absolutely top class service from Martin when I took my abused and neglected Jamis mountain bike in recently. The bloke knows his stuff inside out, and is straight as a die. He made an honest assessment of the bike and phoned me back to tell me my options once he'd stripped it down prior to carrying out any work. The price he charged for parts and labour was very reasonable. 200 miles later, the bike is still perfect. I was put on to this shop by word of mouth recommendation, and after my experience would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for helping me get through this lockdown!

Great Experience. Have bought a couple of bikes from the shop for both myself and son. I wanted really high spec bike which he would have gladly sold me but having talked through the benefits versus costs I went for a slightly less glamorous version. Having owned my bike from Wallis Cycles for a few months now, I can say that I am more than happy with it. Having been mountain biking for a while, I decided I wanted a go at road cycling. I described to the staff, what I was looking for, & the type of riding I wanted to do. They were very helpful, & gave me options to choose from, to suit my pocket. The staff are passionate, & knowledgeable about cycling, they are just not trying to sell you a bike. I was measured, & the bike was setup there & then, to suit my build, & riding position. So if you want a bike, sold to you by bikers....make a visit to this place.

Excellent bike shop. Managed to source tyres that I couldn't find at other suppliers. They even went that extra mile to guarantee a delivery date from their suppliers, then called me back to give an update on when they would arrive. Very happy with the service received and will most likely be using them again in the future.

Just purchased 2 kids bikes for my 4 and 8 year olds. Initialy we went for advise and understand size options. Then we returned with the kids whom were sized for bikes so instructions could be passed to father Christmas. I then returned later and finalised purchase and secured with a deposit. I have to say the service was excellent throughout and certainly personal with an understanding of budget and the needs of our kids. There was no pressure and although it's a small shop they have access to a large range. Thank you Martin I'm sure our kids will be grinning from ear to ear at Christmas.

Had to visit Wallis Cycles on a cycling theatre tour this summer with the Handlebards South Hampton to Edinburgh . It was late on Friday afternoon. I had a flat spot on my back wheel so had had several spokes go and didn't know why. I went in to get the spokes fixed not knowing I had a flat spot. They found the flat spot. And late on a Friday called round lots of local shops to find a replacement wheel and re built the whole thing by Sunday morning so I could continue on the tour. Really lovely guy and great price too. Did another 500 miles on the bike and been cycling ever since with no more broken spokes Amazing
