I had a really great experience getting my bike serviced here. I'd been meaning to do it myself, but just couldn't find the time. These guys took it in, assessed it and got back to me with a price, and completed the work super-quick. Even came in under the original cost. Damn thing almost rides itself now, it's so smooth. I'm really grateful, and I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent service. We were cycling and we got a tyre puncture. The person was very kind and replace the inner tube very quick. 100% recommended.

Successfully repaired a hard to diagnose problem on my son's Marin mountain bike. The rear suspension bearings were replaced (we thought it was an issue with the rear wheel hub) in good time. The mechanic explained to my son what had been done and how to check it in the future. COVID measures in place are well thought out with a gazebo at the door. Thanks for the good service.

Always excellent service and always knowledgeable. I bought a Brompton from them and have enjoyed superb after sales service and back-up. Now Berkshire Cycles gets all our work with multiple bikes. Ray really knows a wide variety of bikes and their various idiosyncrasies. There's just nothing to criticise.

I had a flat tyre last Tuesday. I stopped on the off chance of the shop being open. Fortunately they were. They are closed on Mondays. The service was swift and excellent. You wait outside until someone spots you on the CCTV. They come outside (the area is covered with a gazeebo). They dealt with my problem on the spot. It was done in 10 minutes. There is parking for about 4 cars outside if you came by car and you need to wait.

I got a specialised levo 2019 and unfortunately The band broke on my motor . So I took it to my local dealer which is only 2 miles away from where I live in Gloucestershire Who are a specialised dealer and asked them if they could do the work on it as it obviously was still under warranty. They said yes no problem they could do that for me I asked them if there was any delay in parts as they did not have a spare motor on the shelf and with this COVID-19 I was worried there might be a slower service with delivery . They told me they were getting parts within two days from specialised so not a problem . So I gave them the bike and cut a long story short three weeks later still not got the bike ready for me with all kinds of excuses . And obviously I was getting very frustrated and needed to ride my bike especially to get my daily exercise in this COVID-19 situation . So anyway I do watch robs videos a lot and I’ve been very impressed in watching Chris at Berkshire cycles with their professionalism and also reading there reviews which also are fantastic . So anyway I decided to give them a ring. Well I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the mannerism and the knowledge they gave me on the phone they said to me if I take my bike down in the morning they would do it whilst I wait they had motor on the shelf and nothing was too much trouble . So the following morning I drove to them which is 75 miles away I was greeted with professionalism they told me would be about an hour so I went for a coffee waited in my car and within the hour they rang me to say my bike was ready what better service can you get then that they are very very professional well mannered and very well organised with letting two people in the shop at a time with this virus we have at the moment. So obviously I would highly recommend this company with 110% they are fantastic if you need your bike sorted ASAP and professional advice then I highly recommend again to use this company. I have to say this is an amazing experience in my life: Excellent service, very reasonable prize for repair two bicycles and willing to help me through one broken bike to collection station when they understand I have problem with transport. The more grateful was after one night I changed mind as my son wanted the broken bike back, even though they still very kindly help me find out the bike, bring to me with a happy smile! Fast turnaround for a handlebar replacement, though asked me to pay £8 (which was a discount from £15 for their mistake) for bar tape which I specifically asked not to have (and wasn’t installed correctly regardless). I've removed it immediately for better quality stuff.

Good At what they do. Can do stuff wrong sometimes. But apart from that ok. If you have a quick release wheel check as you leave it is tightened properly never usually is. For any bike shop go in knowing what you need done. Also learn about your bike and how it works and different parts makes your life alot easier
