Great people, great service. I have my bike maintained and serviced by them and they always do an excellent job. They do amazing coffee and cakes in a friendly atmosphere and sometimes I'll pop down there with my laptop and get some work done with a coffee - or end up chatting with other cyclists instead !

A superb cycling cafe. Very frinedly welcome, plenty of space for bikes and to sit, excellent coffee and cake and free water top ups. Everything you could want from a bike shop / cafe. Didn't need any repair or services but if they do these as well as they do cakes I would not hesitate to use them.

I had the privileged experience of joining Bia for one of their Bia Escapes to the Alps. It was a bucket list item and a dream come true for me in many ways. Riding with inspiring women helped me to find what Bia calls #thepowerofi and what I realise is the strength we all have within us. I don't have enough words to adequately do it justice but it was the best riding I've ever done with amazing company, great food, a beautiful chalet, incredible scenery, phenomenal support (emotional, mechanical and otherwise)...and seamless organisation from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Bia Hub, especially Marianne and Fernando who kindly changed the set up of my bike after I was experiencing back pain from an old injury. So far the change has helped enormously. Also bought some great quality padded leggings which I'd firmly recommend and to top it all, the coffee and cake tastes great too!

Best coffee in town and the best bike shop I’ve ever been to! Super helpful team and everything you need, plus some fun stuff in stock.

As always, Ferdi did a grand job and my creaky, old bike is now rejuvenated once more into a sleek killer of kilometres. Lovely job!

Warm welcome for coffee and cake. Seats in the sun when there is some. Currently experimenting with making the best use of space.

Was taken here by the Pure Motion Cycling group from West Byfleet and love this cafe. Feel the need to stop for a coffee/cake on my rides, at least the ones over 2 hours and this is just about the best there is. Top notch drinks, cakes are fresh and exceptionally tasty, and the staff very friendly. Haven't yet used the repair facilities as I live too far away, but if they're as good as the cafe side I'd certainly recommend!

When you walk into Bia you’re made to feel like part of the family. Fabulously friendly, fabulous coffee and cake. My bike was in for service last week and Mari and Ferdi went out of their way to make sure they had all the right parts in stock. My bike now looks and rides like new.

Mari was super helpful when I needed help with my bike at short notice today, as all the people at Bia always are... great service, from friendly people and a really nice place to stop for coffee, cake and more too! Thank you and see you soon.

Thank you Fernando for fixing my chain and front derailleur today! Super helpful and friendly.
I was 6 miles into a 60 mile ride and my chain snapped, bending my front mech. Thankfully it happened just around the corner from the Bia Hub, so I simply rolled my bike downhill to the shop.
Fernando was able to sort it in minutes and I was on my merry way. Saved an embarrassing taxi ride home!
THANK YOU once again.
PS see you in a few weeks for that service I booked! Reading the other reviews, I may need to try the coffee and cakes😁

Good coffee and cake, friendly staff and plenty of bike safe holders. 👍

I tried and tried and tried to fit some new pedals to my wife's road bike. Without success. But my good lady took her bike here and within 10 min the job was complete. Such a touch, no problem, frendly and helpful staff. To be fair I have also stopped here for coffee myself with the kids last month (hot chocolate for the kids) and enjoyed it in nice surroundings. Also see a fair few people stopping here on bike rides as it is in the perfect place - mid ride- out to white Waltham and surrounding area. Good bike roads. And they have ample bike rack 'parking'
So a gem of a place, well positioned, frendly, knowledgable and good coffee.
Work this stop into your ride!

Just popped in whilst car was being serviced. Nice ciabatta tuna melt, nice coffee but a little hotter would have been nice. Long way to go for me but I'll look out for it, maybe next time the car is serviced.
Like to see more spares and things on display or even behind a counter. Meant to buy a new chain, no reminder, no purchase.

Loved it, such a welcoming place and the food and coffee are top notch as well!
L. K.
Super friendly bike shop, always welcoming. V decent mechanic who was thorough and happy to tweak until everything was just perfect. Solid coffee too!

Discovered this cafe about a month ago and have visited several times since on my cycle rides. It's probably my favourite cafe stop at the moment. The service is great, the coffee is excellent and I like the ambience. There are plenty of seats and tables along with loads of bike racks inside and outside. If I was going to be really picky, I'd say some of the sponge cakes seem a bit dry but the others are fine. Well worth a visit.
Update: Definitely my favourite cafe stop whilst cycling. The team at the cafe are really making an effort during lockdown 2.0. The carrot cake, on my last visit, was excellent.

Excellent service at Bia in Twyford. Full service and new parts fitted in half a day. A good chat with Fernando about what was needed before booking the day. Great communication about availability of parts before the service, and about completion of the work. Bike riding silently smooth again.

Went to the Bia Hub this morning and Marianna did an excellent job on setting my daughter’s first MTB bike fork suspension and even set up the bike for her size. She showed us features that the bike has that we did not even know!
She loved the ride after that!
Thanks

Friendly staff and great coffee and nosh. And enough gorgeous cycling kit to make you seriously consider buying a Bianchi and a full Bia team strip.
D. K.
Fantastic service, caring staff, incredible coffee. Fernando is an excellent head mechanic and took care and time to explain everything to me.
Great place for a coffee or pit stop on a ride!

Many thanks Jenni and Adam, it was a pleasure dealing with you when my Giant XTC needed maintenance recently.
Both ultra professional and easy to deal with, always friendly and helpful, appraising honestly what did (and crucially didn’t actually) need doing and what the options were, which I really valued highly. I was really pleased with the services completed on the bike at a really reasonable cost.
I definitely will be using Bia again and looking forward to visiting the Bia Hub soon!

I work in Twyford and I'm thrilled to have bike shop near by. The coffee and gluten free shortbread is top notch and a real bonus.
With any luck this great venture will eventually open for business before I do in the morning.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely people who are passionate about what they do. Always an enjoyable experience visiting Bia.

Friendly and welcoming cycling cafe. We stop here every time we are passing through Twyford and have always had delicious coffees and cakes (particularly the brownies)! During non COVID times there are plenty of safe places to leave your bike indoors whilst you order coffee. When we stopped in today there is a new COVID secure one way system in place (entry via Station Road) for take away coffee that can be enjoyed outside. Keep up the fab work! We look forward to our pit stop every ride!

I am generally busy during the week with work, catching training when I can. My Friday rides with Bia are a wonderful end to the week when I get to go. No pressure, a friendly welcoming group with considered varied routes taking me to parts of the local surroundings I never knew existed. Jenni and Gila are extremely knowledgeable and aware of riders capabilities and are wholly dedicated to giving the riders a worthwhile experience time after time.

Discovered The Bia Hub a few weeks ago on a ride with friends. Wonderful welcome by the owner, and the staff. The coffee and cakes are just delicious. Can't wait to get a proper bike and join the cyclists' group. Thank you for being so kind, and to encourage cycling particularly at this time.

Great service from the team at Bia. Was given trustworthy advice, and all work was explained and agreed upfront. Work was completed in good time, despite the current difficulties with parts deliveries. I am very pleased to have this service shop so nearby, and will definitely be using again.
