Very helpful, purchase a bike in 2021, great service then. Struggled with a few comfort issues, great service again today working on setup. Would recommend and will continue to use. Who else also collects and re delivers 👌

Can't rate these guys highly enough. Been in twice with issues to my mountain bike and gravel bike. Both times sorted really quickly. Nothing is too much trouble and very knowledgeable. If you haven't tried them do. Best bike guys in Hampshire.

Great service from Botley MTB. Excellent easy to use website. Ordered my bike on Wednesday and it arrived on Monday via courier. I was kept informed by telephone and email of progress. I would recommend this bike shop to everyone.

Great service from John & John. Bought some kit and had a service with new Shimano brakes. I’ll be back next week for a new jacket. The service is worth travelling half an hour for 👍🏻

Had found a Mountain bike i liked on their website. Called them in the morning and it was ready very quickly for me to pick up. They did a great deal and offered some good advice. While I was checking out the bike they managed to install new chainset on my gravel bike (other shops have a long waiting list). Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Why didn't I know of this shop before? Highly recommend.

Possibly the best independent bike shop I've had the pleasure of visiting. The choice of bikes is limited to a well curated collection of excellent bikes. The staff are not only friendly but also very knowledgeable, I had the good fortune to speak with one of the owners who told me the story behind the shop, mix in with this freshly ground coffee and its a winner 🥇

Brought my MTB in for the guys to fit a dropper post. Took it in Monday midday, was told it would be on the stand on Wednesday, but 2 hours later I already had a call that it was all done! Well chuffed with the quick service! Dropper also works as it should and the internal routing is as it should be. Can only recommend them and will be back!

Had a fantastic morning with @BotleyMTB, the demo ride was a ride through a local route near to the shop with plenty of opportunities to ask for advise and help, Kevin was more than happy to answer any question and did so honestly and with a wealth of expertise, I would highly recommend and the shop will definitely be my first stop for anything MTB related.
