B. J.Kept the wheels rolling, and stopping when I really needed it at a few race events around Wales.
Assisted with minor servicing/repairs needs between runs.
Has a well stocked shop for anything you'd need. In my case I needed;
a new saddle where my rails had bent in a crash.
Then, at a seperate event, a front brake lever where I destroyed a master cylinder in a crash.
I'm sure they'd supply individual parts/spares where possible but couldn't with the latter event but was super helpful.
Supports the regional and national downhill scene.
Will no doubt come in handy for riders/racers (myself included) in emergencies at more race meets.

K.I set off on a cycle ride this morning but after an hour or so the cogs on my bike were so loose the chain kept slipping off and I couldn’t peddle. My friend googled cycle repair shops and that is how we stumbled upon DC Cycles. Well, what can I say? The guy looked at my bike straight away, found the problem and started to repair it. No fuss, no bother, nothing was too much trouble for him. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful and gave me some great advice on how to keep my bike in good condition. Then, after 25 minutes he was finished. No charge as he’d found spare bolts that were perfect for the job. I couldn’t believe it! I couldn’t thank him enough as my bike has been my saving grace throughout the pandemic. I cannot recommend DC Cycle repair shop highly enough and will definitely go back there again. Thank you so much!

C. B.I give 5 stars to DC Cycles, I went on a bike ride with my friend, when something on her bike failed, resulting in her not able to peddle. We googled this as the closest place, and went there on the off chance, the service she got from him was amazing, such a lovely guy, very helpful, explained what had gone wrong, he was very busy but still made time to fix it, so we didn't have to walk all the way home. The workshop is upstairs but he carried the bike all the way up and back down again. I would definitely recommend DC Cycles 100 %
P. C.I have used DC cycles for repairs and servicing many times over the years. They are always good value, professional and do a great job. Denham is very knowledgeable but doesn't try to baffle you with bike jargon. Support your local bike shop and they will do right by you.

The bike needed a buckled wheel fixed, recalibrated brakes and some parts replaced, since it hadn't been maintained in years. The job was done within 24 hours with reasonable prices, great customer service, and I would thoroughly recommend them :)
M. G.I always use DC Cycles for my fork and shock servicing.
This morning I had some issues replacing a volume reduction spacer on a Fox shock. The air can had moved to the end of the shaft and try as I might I couldn’t shift it. As a last resort I gave Denham a call, “Bring it in and I should be able to sort it there and then”, he said.
I did and he was as good as his word, 5 minutes of fettling, oil topped up and all good!
I was so happy.
Denham wouldn’t take any payment for helping me out! What a great bloke.
I’ll definitely be using DC Cycles for all my cycling needs in future.

N. D.When in a few weeks ago with a second hand bike I'd just bought. I knew it needed a few few things done to it so I booked it in for a service. Guys there were fantastic, I knew very little about bikes (just wanted a decent commuter) but they talked me through everything and were very helpful. I may not know much about bikes, but I can sure tell it rides a lot better than before I took it in.

I have a ten year old hybrid. It has some unusual parts and features. I've had it serviced several times and DC Cycles are the first shop to service it and get it right first time without me having to go back or get it readjusted after paying.
They were clearly knowledgable, talked me through some issues without being patronising in any way and suggested several options for keeping it on the road.
Price was reasonable and the need for every part ordered or labour charge was discussed and explained.
48 hours from drop off to collection, including having to order parts.

Not just a great bike shop but a cool place to chill and talk bikes, will give you honest helpful advice about anything bike related, from parts, coaching, local events, best places to ride…Also if you need any suspension work done, this is the place to go! i recently had my fox forks serviced there and they done a superb job! Their tech knows his stuff and they are the first 'Fox Authorised Suspension service centre' in Southampton. Cant recommend them enough.
D. W.I recently booked in my mountain bike, a Specialized Rockhopper Comp for a service with DC Cycles. Whilst the bike was in the shop a number of components needed replacing due to wear, before work was started I was advised of the different options and costs of both labour and replacement parts. The guys turned the bike around quickly and since having it back I can safely say that it rides as good as new. Highly recommended!

g. h.i have been using dc cycles since they opened and on all my bikes as well as the rest of family the servicing has been faultless.this time with the help of denham and adam my two sons choose their new frames and components and they built them up for them.they are over the moon with the bikes and the help in choosing not only the correct parts but also within their budget.as for me again with help of the guys i got my new frame, forks and wheels. the whole process didnt take long and was back on the road within a couple of days.the frames we ordered were all dartmoor and the quality was outstanding. thank you very much
l. r.I was highly recommended by a number of people to speak to a guy called Adam at DC and after taking my Fox ctd shock to him I now know why. Full strip down service, new seals and tuned for my bike. I wanted to give it a good test before writing this review. 4 months on and I can truly say the shock has felt better than it ever has done and it's still feeling great. Very skilled tech, no bs just gives you an honest straight to the point answer and gets the job done! Oh and this was done with a 1 day turn around. Cheers!!
