Fantastic experience when asking for a bike repair. The owner is responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. Was provided with all the suitable options and told what would be best for my bike and my wallet, even though it meant turning down a repair opportunity. I've had two repairs done to my (old) bike in the past few weeks: Replace rear sprocket cassette and replace back tires. First repair was ready early next day and the replacing the tires took only 5 minutes. The owner is a friendly man. Prices are very reasonable. I'm a very happy customer. Thanks!

Very reasonable prices, responds quickly, the owner is knowledgeable and up-front about all details of the bike but also gives reassurance with a warranty period. Also installed a bottle cage I bought elsewhere free of charge, which I really appreciate. Recommend to all.

The best shop with second hand bikes around Southampton. Big stock, reasonable prices! Place "must visit" if you need bike but don't want spend too much.
