Great all round experience! First trip into pure last Friday so my husband could have a look at the scooters. The customer service was fantastic, we were given loads of really good advice about all the different products. Safe to say we came home with one and we love it so much we will probably be back in the next couple of weeks to pick up another one! Highly recommend

Visited Pure Electric Southampton as I was having difficulty ordering online due to a payment cap within the Pure Electric website. I was immediately greeted with genuine friendliness by Ali despite him being busy working on a scooter setup at the time. Within 10 minutes i was walking out with exactly what i came in for, along with some great advice and a pleasant knowledge that i had just purchased an extremely high quality product that was designed and built in the UK!. Top notch service!. Looking forward to seeing more branches opening up. All the best at Pure Electric!.

If you have an Electric Bike I recommend without hesitation to take it to these people. My bike is like brand new. They also have an amazing collection of electric scooters too and at amazing prices. The customer service on the phone and in store were polite and clear with information. I highly recommend this store.

I took my bike in for a silver service as my gears and brakes were not working too well after riding through winter. Bran did an excellent job servicing my bike! It feels like a new bike and is much nicer to ride. The gears and brakes are working brilliantly now. Would definitely recomment Pure Electric Southampton!

Servicing is good, the range of products is good. The choice depends on what you need it for and your price range. Electric bikes as I see can be a benefit. The problem with the scooter’s are they aren’t legal to use on public roads or path’s. Until the law changes your stuck with the Voi ones in the city.

Really helpful service :D a big thank you to Elliot & Jordan for hooking me up spent some time with the Pro model decent scooter, but for my use case lightweight and easy to use screen makes me one happy customer! They also have a fantastic pre loved section for those on tight budgets or it was my first scooter I would’ve tried it :D. Everyone make road legal especially pure scooter #Zoom Zoom!

The guys were a great help. I found the bike I wanted and asked if I could test ride it and for 50p I could. Go and have a good ride and get a feel for it they said, so off around the parks I went. Wow so easy to use and this bike does up to 62 miles on a charge amazing. Back to the shop and I purchased it. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience. Very helpful and everything was explained. Bought my pure air 2 scooter from the Southampton store. Since i bought it i have had the most excellent service from the store, ie always promptly fixed and looked after . Just the service you need when problems arise. Nothing is to much trouble for them . I had a broken light today and it was fixed straight away as I needed my scooter urgently for work and due to the dark evenings going to work and back. The staff at pure electric really helped me out of a bind, the bolt of my seat post had sheared off whilst riding. I went in to see if they could help me as it happened very close to their shop. The staff couldn't have been more helpful , they found a new bolt and fitted it for me and gave me some good local recommendations for other parts. I had my little boy on board the bike too (cargo bike) and they were very kind to him, talking to him and keeping him occupied so we could get sorted and back on the road. Thank you again so much.

My sons 6 month old scooter completely failed to work - we were originally told this was not covered by warranty as the scooter was not in good condition - I questioned this re not fit for purpose and spoke at length with Ryan the store manager who agreed to reduce the repair to £115 from £250 (scooter cost £299, 6 months ago) then the charger failed and Ryan has said he will post one out ASAP - overall very well handled by Ryan.
