Darren’s servicing really is first class. I gave him my Giant (with Di2) to be serviced and he returned a completely different bike - or, at least, it felt like it. Everything was spotlessly clean, the whole bike ran more quietly and the electronic gear change was as quiet, smooth and slick as it’s ever been. I’ve had the bike for over six years and it’s never felt better. Can’t recommend Darren highly enough.

Absolutely top notch. I can not thank Darren enough for all the work carried out. The bike now runs like it was new. Darrens knowledge and attention to detail is absolutely second to none. I thought I would try Darren at Velocare to fit me a top of the range Cane Creek 110 headset to my beloved and expensive road bike as he could travel to me and fit it on site which suited my busy schedule. Excellent work, attention to detail and patience, I would have no hesitation in using Darren again and would highly recommend him.

Easy booking process with good communication in the lead up to the visit. Bike serviced & repaired at my house, so I was able to get on with making the family dinner.
