Have used to fix 3 of our bikes so far, each time the turnaround time has been great with helpful and honest advice about the best options to fix up the bikes at a fair price. Contacted Simon at Warsash Cycles to look at my 22 yr old Giant GSR200 bike which has a few issues and had never been serviced and riding pretty rough. Simon was quick and efficient to sort the bike out all within a great cost. Now rides a dream and brought new life back to the bike. So worth the service and repairs. Fantastic customer service from Simon. Even though he was on holiday he talked me through the potential issue and we have a way forward and the bike is booked in for when he's back on leave. Excellent service and quality from Simon. Had a bike service voucher to use for my mountain bike. We were in constant communication before bringing my bike for service, very pleasant and informative discussion about what my bike will go through with the full service and any additional costs. Replacement of Front derailleur and new chain: Brilliant Customer Service. Called Simon on a Friday afternoon to check his availability, I was able to drop the bike off at around 11am on a Saturday morning and get it back by around 3pm no problems! It was extremely useful as he not only replaced the part and fitted a new chain, but explained in detail on how I could of done it next time and answered any questions regarding to bike maintenance and general cycling. I would recommend highly to anyone with any questions or issues regarding cycling just calling Simon up as he would be happy to help!

Simon told me to pop round when convenient and fixed my gears quickly, efficiently and professionally. Great service Simon upgraded my breaks and fixed my wheel from wobbling left and right. The breaks are now super strong which is perfect for my moped class electric bike 😁 Great communication just overall happy.
