R. C.Saw a few bad reviews on here… really don’t seem justified at all given my experience.
I popped into the shop first off to see which bikes fell within my budget. The chap in store was really helpful… talked me through the various options and highlighted the bikes that were best value for money. I then called later the same day for more info and they were just as obliging.
Went in the following day after taking on their advice and checking the website. They price matched the bike I wanted to the discounted price online - and I was cycling off 15 mins after paying. Invited back after 4 weeks for a service.
The guys in store were also great and offering up some advice on local trails as I’m reasonable new to the area.
I can’t vouch for the online ordering experience… but visiting the store is great. Wide range of products at a competitive price with helpful staff on hand.
J. P.Lapierre e Crosshill 5.2. Arrived on the day promised. Only on day 2 now but the run to work (9.5 miles each way) was disposed of in just over 30 mins compared to 50 mins on my old trek ex7 mountain bike. That's unfit with a chesty cough and cold. The x35+ gives me just what I wanted. Enough so I can get to work in a respectable time and no sore bum. Looks like the car won't be used so much now. Came back the cross country route awesome on the off road bits too.

I travelled here on a warm summers day to get my two-wheeler back on the road. I was approached by a friendly tradesman who was honestly as helpful as I could have asked for.
Would recommend E-bike fixes here, re-aligned my brakes for me. Great wares for even better prices.

R. B.It would be unfair to give anything less than a 3 star review for these guys, especially after the pressure they must be under due to a ridiculous demand these days but they did seem to have a serious lack of wanting to help.
I tried to purchase a bike through their finance option, and during the transaction I was kicked out multiple times. I rang for help and they just told me I missed out as someone else had bought it. However, the transaction seemed to complete itself and in an error before I could accept and confirm the order, kicked me back to the main page and continued this loop until I asked them for help.
Now of course it's extremely possible that i did just get unlucky, but it's also possible that my transaction took the bike off the system and wouldn't let me carry on due to the error loop. Either way I wasn't too fussed but when the matey on the phone told me he couldnt be brothered to search through the days orders to try and ascertain what had happened, it just gave off a feeling that I get with a lot of bike shops, that they don't care about customers these days due to a huge demand and almost guaranteed sale on every bike.
I don't care about the error or the fact that someone else may have bought it, could have happened to anyone and could have been a number of reasons for it but the fact that he literally couldn't be bothered to help someone really wasn't good enough.
Oh well, onto the next bike shop.

J. G.Best bike repairs in town! Be sure to get there early, as the workshop fills up for the day quickly and they can't keep your bike overnight. I queued up at 8:15am and was one of the last to make it in.
