Had a couple of issues bedding in, again the shop sorted out without delay all staff very helpful and the mechanic made sure I was completely happy before leaving. Great service.

A. M.I ordered a bike online from Hargroves Cycles, it was delivered to Aberdeen in 2 days, it was packaged very securely and all parts were there. They also included a free bike tool, water bottle and socks which were a brilliant wee touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, wish they had a branch in Aberdeen!

P. H.My tubeless tyre valve broke on Saturday morning just before a ride to Malvern with a group of riders. I phoned Hargroves Swindon who were happy for me to drop in with the tyre. They fixed it there and then and also refused to take any payment. Brilliant service, would strongly recommend.

C. H.I have just received some of the best customer service from the Swindon store team! Last week I was looking for a new bike, unfortunately the two I was interested in weren't in stock, so they offered to order them both in for me so I could see them in person before making my decision. I went back in today to see them and make my choice. I asked so many questions, about the bike, helmets, locks, the works and although the shop was busy I was given time to ask my questions and make the best choice for me, they were very knowledgeable and gave some great insights. Truly remarkable service from all the staff, even helping with fitting the bike rack to the back of the car.... Which was not purchased from them, but still happy and willing to help without even being asked! Will definitely be returning for all my cycling and servicing needs!
