Hywel sorted out a derailleur issue I had with a bike I'd just bought online, and also put a new gear cable in my son's bike. He responded to my initial enquiry really promptly and provided an excellent service throughout. I've struggled to find mechanics who I trust to do a good job for a sensible price on higher end mountain bikes, but Hywel did a great job and obviously knew what he was talking about! Will use again.

Prompt arrival, far more in-depth gear servicing, stripped right back, cleaned, re-built and given a wax-lube that has left my gears cleaner than they were new.
