Excellent company! Had an amazing experience with the guys from the get go. Great communication and couldn’t do enough to help me. Had a fantastic experience with the guys here right from the start. Unfortunately there was some delays, however it's how those problems get resolved that I always appreciate. I ordered my first EMTB from here a few weeks back after hearing great reviews and also seeing the competitive prices. The email correspondence from Patrick was brilliant, he was quick yet thorough with his responses to all my questions, and there was a lot of them so also thank you for being patient. Sadly there was some delays with the bike that I ordered, but that was expected as the bike said "preorder" on the site. They had made me aware the order was due in but they didn't have a definitive date yet. A few weeks later and some more delays, I spoke to Will, and after some phonecalls back and forth he managed to source me a different bike with slightly better specification to the one I ordered. Will, then arranged for a very quick turnaround, despite me ordering Invisframe, so I could collect later that week. Thanks to the quick turnaround I was then able to take the bike up the bikepark on the weekend. The photo added is after a very muddy shesh. It surpassed all of my expectations of how capable an ebike really is. The guys here were all very helpful so I would highly recommend paying them a visit if you're looking at getting a new bike.

Ordered my new Trek Remedy 7 and was very impressed with the service and responsiveness from the whole team here. They answered all of my questions, built the bike and set up the suspension for my weight. Then delivered it to my front door over 100 miles away in less than a week.

Blazing Bikes has has always come through for me through years of both social and competitive riding. I've had several bikes from them, both mountain and road over the years, most recently they sourced me an awesome Yeti build despite the global shortage of bikes out there. Great product knowledge and advice has always meant I've come away with the right bike or parts. The main shop is located in the heart of the Shropshire hills and is a stunning place to ride from with showers, food, and workshop facilities. Can't recommend Will and the team highly enough. Rare I ever look elsewhere.

I didn't get the bike until Mar due to delays (Not Blazing Bikes fault) and was offered a free upgrade as the colour I ordered was delayed even longer. Purchased a bike from here last year, wanted to upgrade to an enduro, emailed to make sure they had the bike I wanted in stock and they kindly built one up in my size, went to view it and was able to take the bike away the same day. Best bike company ever - They rock ! When you are spending large sums of money you need to feel that they know their shiz, and that they care about you - From start to finish that is just what you get from the whole team. I had emails and calls with Will, Rich, and Patrick who worked seamlessly together they were so helpful. I went to look at an EMTB in 2016 and they allowed me a test ride on one of their Demo bikes.... I was hooked and I purchased Trek Powerfly 9 LT 2016. I returned a year later and Purchased another Trek Powerfly 9 LT 2018..... Then a Trek Rail 9.7 2019 and this year a Trek Rail 9.9 2020. The Trek is an amazing bike and I have covered some 4,000 miles on these bike over the last 4 years without any issues. When I could not collect one time they hand delivered it and set it up at my home. Excellent customer services Thank you Guys!!

Blazing Bikes have been brilliant in supplying my new Trek Rail, informative, responsive and prompt. I had a small issue with the bike which was resolved by the team at blazing bikes who were determined to correct the issue on my behalf with Trek (who also responded very well and were keen to put things right) . Its when things go wrong that you discover a company's true level of customer service and Blazing Bikes were first class. In my view they went above & beyond and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I cannot recommend Blazing Bikes highly enough. I ordered a Trek Rail 9 in early March and when this bike was delayed (no fault of Blazing - COVID strikes again), they offered me a fantastic upgrade. It's been so difficult to find somewhere with bikes in actual stock and not just pre-order, so I emailed Blazing Bikes on Friday evening to double check they had the one I wanted. Heard back from them first thing on Saturday and ordered later that day with a lead time of 10-14 days delivery. Absolutely delighted to receive my new bike just 3 days later in Northern Scotland, although I think I got pretty lucky timing it with other deliveries! Over the last year I've purchased 3 Trek's from Blazing Bikes for myself and family. As the repeat business might suggest I would highly recommend! There is a massive difference in service between Blazing Bikes and online retailers. They'll build your bike, set up the suspension to your weight and deliver in person in their own van, with their own staff who are just as enthusiastic and happy to deliver your new pride and joy as you are to receive. Most online retailers deliver the bike in a box for you to build and then need dispose of loads of packaging. Don't do it. On top of the fantastic delivery service, communication was always easy and great advice offered pre and post sale. I had the opportunity to collect in person for my latest purchase which I only decided last minute. I got in touch first thing in the morning and they kindly build and set up for me to collect in the same afternoon, by the evening I was home riding in the last of the daylight with a huge smile on my face. If I'm buying a brand that Blazing Bikes sell I wouldn't order from anywhere else.

Like the majority of biking searching for a bike in these unprecedented times I’ve been frustrated by the out of stock or pre order without any firm date for delivery - so I was amazed when in the area I contacted blazing bikes and the team arranged for a rail 9.8xt medium to be prepared ready for collection the same day. It is not the dealers fault that bikes or parts aren’t available and I can only praise the Blazing Bikes team and particularly Patrick who sacrificed his own unused water bottle carrier as none available to purchase. I was looking for a trek remedy 8 2021 for around 3 weeks. Being from Essex surrounding shops didn’t have my size. A quick online search and came across Blazing bikes with the bike and also the size in stock. Monday morning emailed to double check if it’s in stock. 30 minutes later the bikes mine. By Wednesday the bike was at my front door!! In less than 72 hours I had the entire turn around. Amazing service considering it’s a 2021 model. They even took the care to dial in my suspension for my weight! Will return when my partner decides what bike she wants.

Delivery took over two weeks and in that time I received no updates other than when I contacted them. I emailed them twice to no reply and when the bike did eventually come it was delivered without being set up for me and wasn't set up on delivery as the guy who delivered it clearly knew nothing about bikes (he was a nice guy though and rang me a couple of hours before delivery to tell me he was coming). I Have no idea why everyone else who has left a review recieved better service than I did, but I just can't recommend this shop. Having now received my bike I will say it got to me in one piece without any issues. Having spoken to Blazing bikes I will say the bike was fully assembled and delivery was free of charge even though I lived over 150 miles away. the 0% finance options were also amazing compared to other shops and to be fair like they said just over two weeks is not a bad lead time, I guess I was just disappointed because they said it would sooner.

Great availability, very nice customer service from David and really quick delivery in their own vans not TNT or FedEx who’d not give a toss what’s in the box. My only slight gripe was not being able to get through on the phone (probably busy in their defence) and only having the option to email, which at first we’re slow to be answered, again probably due to being very busy. Once David got hold of my email he kept in touch even mailing me out of hours 20:30 hrs to advise on progress and delivery. Bought a Trek Powerfly 5 (which is awesome by the way) arranged for delivery, but the driver had to return to base as his dog was ill. Robin delivered it instead, the next day, and on testing it he once here he found the chain slips in top gear. He said it was a problem with some chains and they'd send a new one. Been a month now and still waiting. So although their service seemed promising, it hasn't matched my expectation.

Well where do I start... Like millions of other Brits i ordered a bicycle (scott ebike) online. After being messed about from Tredz I fell upon Blazing bikes. Unfortunately they didnt have the model I wanted but offered me a identical bike but in a different colour. After a few emails Will informed me my bike would be on it's way to me tomorrow. Now as Will told me the lead time was approx 5 days (all other supplier's were 10-15 working days) I definitely wasnt expecting their delivery driver to wake me with a call this morning to tell me my bike would be with me by 10am. Not normally into writing reviews on here but had to make time to thank all at Blazing Bikes. Just got a new bike so put my old one in for a service as was making all sorts of noises. Will looked at my bike and i was expecting the worse as its getting old now (2012) Will said he thought it could be sorted with a basic service (£25). i wasnt convinced and said if he did need to spend more on it, it was fine. Anyway bike serviced by steve and when i picked it up it was like picking up a brand new bike (29er Hardtail) Infact after riding it that day i was cursing myself that i had spent a fortune on a new bike. Now on to the new bike (2019 Scott Spark WC) I got the bike delivered from a long way (purchased because of sale price) When i got it, even with limited bike experience I identified some significant issues. As i was taking the bike to blazing bikes to get the tyres made tubless, i asked them to check it over. Lucky i did as the rear derailleur limit screw was wrongly set and would have thrown my chain into the frame. Another Steve sorted it and checked the bike free of charge (very kind) The team at Blaziing Bikes are amazing as they genuinely love bikes.
