S. L.Had some electrical faults on a second hand Wisper Torque bike bought locally in Manchester. Was recommended by David at Wisper to bring it here to be looked at. The mechanic here fitted me a new controller and fixed the battery management system to get it all working again! He even fixed the disc brakes on the bike while he had it! Excellent service and the bike works like new now, thanks James.

Nearly half way through our Lands End to John o’Groats trip my Bosch electric bike died just outside of Chester. After trying other shops in the area to get it repaired without success ( or even enthusiasm I might add ) I contacted Bosch directly and was told to take it to Cars ‘n’ Bikes in Frodsham.
I phoned them to ask if they could have a look and was told to bring it in ASAP even though they were clearly snowed under with repairs due to covid when I arrived.
James immediately stopped on the bike he was working on to help me out with mine 😃. The fault was diagnosed quickly and efficiently, he fitted me a new battery harness to get the motor working again and updated the bosch software on the bike aswell after he fixed it free of charge!
He inspected the brakes on the bike, fitted me new disc pads and even replaced a spoke in the rear wheel while I was there. His Father even made me a cup of tea and let me use their WIFI while I was waiting!
Very professional and covid safe, they gave me a mask and hand sanitizer and wipes to clean the bike down once he was finished.
Absolute lifesavers and they turned a bad experience into an enjoyable one.
10/10 would break down in Frodsham again, we need more family businesses like this! Thanks again lads I can’t thank you enough! John.
N. R.Dropped my winter bike in for a service, and tackle a front mech issue. A couple of days later, I’ve got pretty much a brand-new bike back. The bike needed a new rear wheel bearing, the front mech reconditioning, a new gear selector cable and a full clean, all for £75.00 - an absolute bargain. This is the second bike I’ve had serviced with CN’B, and I’ll be dropping my summer bike in soon to be given the once-over. I can’t recommend highly enough.
