Needed some parts transferred from old road bike wheels (I don’t have the tools) to new (rotors & freewheel) & Matt handled the job efficiently, professionally & at a reasonable price. He delivered the wheels to my home, in the city centre, after contacting me to let me know the job was done. I cannot fault Matt’s approach to bike repairs, his communication skills and can do (quickly) attitude are second to none - I’ll be back. Thanks.

My hydraulic disc brakes were in desperate need of a service so I contacted bikes on the drive! Matt responded to my messages promptly and he had availability sooner than I expected so straight away I felt positive! Matt provided an outstanding service. He collected my bike from my house, serviced my brakes and returned it to me for a very reasonable cost. I was provided with a detailed service report on my bike with a couple of recommendations for bits I've worn out. His prices are competitive so I decided to go ahead with the extra work knowing my bike will be in safe hands My brakes are factory fresh and ready for the trails! I highly recommend and will be using Bikes on the Drive again 😁

Contacted Matt via email to book in my bike to have new brakes installed and setup, and to have a look at a sticky dropper post. Matt responded by email very quick and was very helpful to let me know his availability and get me booked in as soon as possible. Dropped the bike off Wednesday morning and picked up the following day. Super quick turn around and a great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the worcester/malvern area.
