Alex saved our cycling holiday - my wife's bike needed major repairs on the first day and he was luckily able to fit us in at very short notice, and also had time to service it. The repairs (including rear wheel bearings and bent rear axle) were tricky, and took several hours, but Alex was determined to get it right - her bike has never gone so well! Great value for money, and a really genuine, helpful guy.
