Incredible service! I was able to contact Chris through the contact form on his website, because I'm a millennial and I don't like to make calls or choose products or services that don't have a website. Chris responded straight away and we arranged the collection of my bike for the following day. Chris serviced the bike and dropped it back off withing 24 hours. Upon drop off, he explained everything about what had been done and to contact him if there are any problems. Luckily all is working perfectly. Honestly this is the best customer service I've ever had, thank you Chris, I hope everyone comes to you, I couldn't recommend you any higher! 😊

Just got back from seeing Chris to fix my derailleur alignment, he sorted it out with ease and guided me through it every step of the way, gave me some good advice and tips with other issues I was concerned about, he was happy to work on my bike even though I had converted it to electric, any work I need doing in the future you will be the first person I ask! Fantastic service from Chris. I needed some advice on how to keep my vintage trekking bike in ship-shape. Had a couple of issues, needed a wheel straightening and I couldn't get my new tyres on my deep wheel rims. Chris did an amazing job, had my wheel fixed and new tyres on in double quick time. Also sorted out my squeaky brakes and lubed my chain without being asked! Would highly recommend. Very fair pricing and a professional, very prompt service.

From the start Chris, was more than polite, informative and works completely around your schedule. *even collects your bike and drops it back* (FREE OF CHARGE) found him on google and after looking at the reviews, thought I would give him try. I have to say the service he provided is impeccable and such good value for money. Literally so hard to find nowadays. I DONT USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS EITHER BUT THIS GUY DESERVES ONE! My bike was basically fu*ked and was considering buying a new one but thought I might try some repairs first. So glad I did as it now rides like an absolute dream and it's silent no creeking or clicking noises just silence. CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH!!!

Very professional and helpful service, my daughters bike needed a service before return to school, the work was undertaken quickly and the bike feels like new, very smooth ride now and also Chris gave her some tips on how to keep it nice and adjusted the seat for her too.
