This shop offers great service.everytime I have gone here for work on my bikes they have identified the problem and been able to fix it. Their service is very good and they normally have them repaired within a few days. They are reasonably priced and the staff there are always polite and courteous.

I've had my own bike serviced and punctures fixed for years. I recently bought a lovely 2nd hand bike from TMS for younger granddaughter at a great price and they assembled a new bike that I bought for a good price. Bought this classic 1987 Raleigh City from here last year and it’s been superb for getting around Worthing. Took it back in this week for brake adjustment, new gear cable and new pins on the crank arm and it was only £25 to supply and fit the lot. Highly recommended

Outstanding experience. I took an old, battered and much loved bike to the guys at TMS and they restored it superbly. Their prices are very reasonable, their bike knowledge and know how is unsurpassed, and they still value customer service, which is a fast disappearing quality in 2020. This is everything a bike shop should be and more - proper old school. Thoroughly recommended.

I've used TMS for serving a bike for years and have always been impressed with the quality and speed of their work. Recently, after a quick call to the shop beforehand, I bought a new (used) roadbike which was exactly what I was looking for (after hours searching on the internet for something similar). As always, he was very knowledgable, polite and not pushy at all. He offered a more than fair part-exchange for my old Specialised (which he really didn't have to do) and I went home very happy. TMS is just a genuine, no nonsense business with fantastic prices and I will be using them for my bike servicing.

I've only really been reintroduced to cycling in the last year or two, and so know practically nothing about punctures, air pumping, maintenance, or what's best for my bike. The reason I know TMS is awesome is that they've never tried to milk money out of me with unnecessary services and recommendations despite knowing this. The first time I went, I didn't even know how to inflate my tyres (it was one of those twisty nozzle things). Today, my back tyre had basically split open and they replaced it while I waited. Very no nonsense, helpful, and informative. They'll be my go-to place for bike repairs from now on. I hope he never re-tyres. Ha. Aha.

Absolutely blown away by the kindness of Terry. He did exactly what he said he'd do plus more. He went through how to use my electric bike & also threw in a charging lead as I couldn't locate mine. Unfortunately alot of people would have taken advantage of my ignorance & vulnerable situation so I really appreciate the way I was treated. Apart from all of that TMS gave a very prompt service plus I was updated throughout so no chasing my end. All of that with no extra cost-how often can you say that. I'll be recommending TMS bikes to everyone and will be using them always from now on.

Absolutely sterling work from the guys here. I went in with my wheelchair/power trike hybrid, as I had issues with the disc brakes. Ot only was it fixed there and then - despite the brakes being a mechanical and hydraulic combo, it was really great value. Thanks to all at TMS, you saved this disabled guys mobility, and meant I didn't have to send it all the way back to Widnes for a service! Highly recommended!

Great service ..very helpful would highly recommend...put my fold up bike in for minor tyre repair and within half an hour was fixed at a keen price..my bike was very sluggish before I put my bike in for repair..but once had been fixed ..rode like a dream as I did also have small problems with brake pads too tight to wheels ..well done TMS bikes
