Excellent day out on e-mtbs with a route that was perfectly chosen for us by one of the helpful staff! Bikes were good value for money and gave us a lot of fun for the half day. Highly recommended. Don't worry if you're not able to get out on the red trails - just ask one of the staff and they will give you an excellent route that is appropriate for your ability. Originally we thought that it may be dull as there isn't really anything between red trails and fire roads, however by the end of the day we had been over loose stony ground, ancient Roman road (allowed us to go at 60km/h!!) as well some fast flowing snaking paths with fantastic views all around!

Took a tumble on Gwydir Bach and my shifter broke at the start of our week biking. Gutted . But stopped in here on the off chance they could help. So glad I did. They went the extra mile to get me back on the trails . Super grateful - Thanks!

Super helpful & cool owners ! Nice sloop geometry on traditional bikes, & bosch e bikes for those with not much time or fitness to fully enjoy the trails around Betws y Coed. As a mixture of the above... I took an ebike; expect tough terrain in the red line, take the advise and map given at the shop seriosly !!!! Enjoy !!!

Excellent bike hire in Betws-y-Coed. Really good quality, well-maintained mountain bikes, friendly and helpful service from Louise and Graham (who let us take the bikes at the end of the previous day enabling us to have a lovely extra evening bike ride). Couldn't have been better and we would thoroughly recommend them. We'll be back!

Had a great bike experience with my girlfriend, very lovey and friendly staff, talked us through the bikes an how it worked, the standard bike and the electric which was helpful. Also gave us a mal trail seen it was out first time in the area which was great. Has a lil crash on the bike and they where so understanding there where a few things broken and because they where fixable he did offer to try and fix it him self and Hopefully it hold up. Great place to rent a mountain bike would 100% go back there again in a blink of an eye. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Great Bike Rental in Betws-y-Coed. The wide and I had an absolutely amazing experience. The bikes and equipment on offer was high quality and the rental & deposit charges were more than reasonable. The gent who got us set was brilliant and very knowledgeable. He seemed genuinely interested in our experience for the day and not just interested in our money. We rented 2x Electric Mountain Bikes & a Garmin Bike-Nav. We embarked upon Route 9 (See Website) and whilst we consider ourselves quite fit we were very appreciative of the E-Bikes as it was rugged at times. The price for the rental was very reasonable and saved us the hassle of having the bring our own bikes and worry about the storage etc. The E-Bikes and Nav also allowed us to better appreciate the surroundings and this great slice of Wales. I can't recommend Beics Betws enough.

Great quality and well maintained bikes, we asked for a route and they gave us a brilliant scenic route through the forest with some nice trails and an exhilarating downhill run at the end. I thought climbing Snowdon would be the highlight of our trip to North Wales but this takes the edge. I'd reccomended to anyone!

Three of us hired electric mountain bikes from Beics Betws for half a day for a blast around the Gwydir forest. The bikes were fantastic, great fun, the service was very friendly and easy going and the price was good. Absolutely no complaints at all, really enjoyed the afternoon and looking forward to another go!

We used Beics Betws to hire 4 electric mountain bikes and the owners really went out of their way to provide us with everything we needed for a fun and enjoyable ride! They recommended a route for us and we rented a Garmin to direct us along the way which is a great idea so you don't have to keep stopping to check a map! We all really enjoyed using the electric bikes and will definitely hire from here again next time we are in town. See you next year!

Did the Gwydir Mawr trail on a miserably wet day as a complete beginner... as recommended by beics betws. all i can say is what a blast! had an awesome day, that i shall not forget. Great views despite low visibility, high octane and a fantastic workout. when i got into the hotel spa at the end of the day it felt 100% earned. I thoroughly recommend throwing caution to the wind and doing the same even if conditions are bad. The bikes were really good quality and i was provided with safety gear and repair materials included in the extremely fair price. Do not pass betws y coed without a day on mountain bikes!

I was on a mountain biking weekend in Betws-y-Coed last November and my front wheel lost its quick-release nut in transit. It was off season and no one was around to help. Things looked bleak. I called the mobile number at Beics Betws and Louise answered the phone. She was in the area and could come down to the shop just to help me. She sorted out a spare quick-release skewer and gave me the nut off it. She only charged me £1 and I was back in business ... Weekend saved! Thanks so much to Louise for saving the day!!! Hopefully will be back this year!!! :)
