Excellent service every time! As the staff ride bicycles themselves, they understand the desire to get bikes back on the road as quickly as possible! They have a huge focus on safety which we have always appreciated and they have advised us on this previously. The knowledge they all have is fantastic and we have some really good conversations. Just picked up my son's bike. The customer service was great. The price was good and the order came very fast. The shop was smaller than some bike shops but the attention to detail was great. A shifter failed on my road bike 72 hours before a Sportive I had trained months for. Other bike shops said there was nothing they could do - Haxby Cycles fixed it with 24 hours to spare! Very impressed at the service and a very reasonable price too.
