C. O.Best price I could find for the spokes and nipples I needed. Jon was really helpful when I just wanted to double check my calculations and if the spokes would be appropriate for the wheels intended use. Ordered at 2:20 and they came the next day as well! Would recommend for spokes 100%.
M. G.It's been two years since I bought a pair of very light Lark wheels from JRA. They've covered around 4000 miles over plenty of London potholes and are still completely true. By contrast, I recently bought a pair of wheels from another bespoke wheelbuilder and both wheels went out of true in less than 100 miles. Will definitely stick to JRA in future. Great product and great service.
A. H.Jon and his team have built me multiple wheels over the past 4-5 years. I originally chose there wheels for the measurable parameters- weight, cost, replacement parts. What just riding along also offer is superb support, the rims all offer excellent bead retention, strength with the hubs bearing being superb. Finally managed to race my latest wheels (carbon traildog) to a podium at the national series which were faultless. Keith brontrager says you can have 2/3 price, strength, weight. JRA offer all 3.
