After my beloved Cube had been stolen I was desperate to find another great bike, but I didn't want to buy a new one. Chris and the Spokey Dokey crew came to the rescue with this little gem of a bike, although at the beginning it needed a bit of attention, "The Overhaul" service in fact. They did an awesome job gathering the parts, mounting, painting, tuning. The result is an impressive ride experience, smooth and very enjoyable. Chris expertly advised me at every step of the process, going out of his way to fulfil my requirements. The delivery time and competitive price are the cherries on top of the cake. 11/10 would run to them again.

I had an issue with my bike I couldn't fix using my knowledge and tools and discovered Spokey Dokey. I used the collection service for ease and it's well worth the money. My bike was collected and then returned on a day I was free with the work carried out, and both staff members I met were friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent service! - Bike was collected and delivered back (somehow much cleaner that when I sent it in!) within 48 hours! In this avaricious world it's good to find honest folk to deal with - on inspection Chris found that a £25 new part was not necessary and advised me accordingly: He was then able to effect a very professional repair thus reducing the original estimate, which had been fair and reasonable anyway. In conclusion - Chris knows his bikes! - Spokey-Dokey is Okey-Dokey!

Excellent service and value for money . Chris definitely knows his stuff and provides a very honest service , even keeping and showing me the old parts he had replaced . I have always wondered in the past why bike shops never clean a bike as part of a service, but this time it has been returned to me clean and thoroughly checked. Very happy indeed and my winter bike is now booked in for September too .

I had a great experience with Chris. He answer all my questions throughorly and picked up my bike and brought it back when he was done (which was Soo handy as I work during the business day and find it hard to do things like get my bike looked at!). He kept me updated with progress and let me know what work he had done on the bike which included sending a checklist of things he did/checked. And he made sure I was ok with the price for the service and gave me a heads up of what work might need to be done to it next time around. All in all a very great service and I'm a very happy customer.
