We were holidaying in Borth and we always like to shop local when we go away. Popped in there and was really impressed with the produce. I bought some pork and herb sausages (which were absolutely delicious and didn't shrink very much). We also bought some lamb steaks which, again, didn't disappoint. Before we left for North Wales I went back and bought their pork and black pudding sausages which are currently in the freezer - looking forward to eating them as I know they'll be lovely. Owner was extremely friendly and and welcoming. A little gem of a shop!

(Translated) Wonderful discovery, we asked for lamb chops and to our surprise the butcher went to get a whole lamb in the fridge !!!!!!! he boned the lamb and what a treat this meat !!!! (Original) Magnifique découverte, nous avons demandé des côtelettes d agneau et à notre grande surprise le boucher est allé chercher un agneau entier au frigo!!!!!!! il nous a désossé l agneau et quel régale cette viande!!!!
