Reviews of Becketts Farm
D. B.
My Polish girlfriend loves it here. The food is great, we go every week!
D. C.
Convenience is key to the success of many businesses. Becketts farm has a deli, butchers, bakers, restaurant and cafe all under one roof.
From what I could gather, the customers are either people with young families or retired folk. With its mass of indoor seating and outdoor benches, Becketts aims to bring a sociable atmosphere.
The large shop has a mix of local fresh produce and artisan foods. Prices look reasonable too.
S. G.
This place was so much bigger than expected. I could easily have spent a fortune. Limited myself as this was my first visit and I wasn't expecting to want to buy so many things. Looking forward to getting back and buying more.

We joined the Orange Kitchen cookery school for the Christmas dinner course. Cooked a good selection of food, chicken Wellington, sprout gratin and pigs in blankets, alongside learning some knife skills.
The course was well organised with stations being cleaned whilst watching Paul’s demonstrations, cooked tasty food that we could try once there and took decent portions home, enough for another 2 meals!

They have a delicious selection of cakes. Their tuna, mayo and salad baguette is delicious. They also have some good gifts in their shop there. They are very expensive though (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). They are near the country and they have a restaurant and a selection of shops
L. C.
Came to see the field of sunflowers which was amazing. The shop was was very tempting and attractively laid out then had a late breakfast in the restaurant which was the best I've had for a long time.
N. C.
Really impressed by the range of produce on offer. Fruit and veg looked superb, as did the butchery section. We nipped in for some of their freshly made sandwiches, which hit the spot nicely. Will definitely be back soon
R. S.
Food is lovely there and generously portioned. The full English is eithermeat or vegan but can add items too. Coffee and tea top ups are offered by the staff. Great place to go and is a popular choice. The shop attached has a wide selection of items. Nice place to visit.
H. B.
Fantastic well stocked farm shop, lots of fresh fruit and veg, sandwich bar, delicatessen, butcher, hot food counter and restaurant. Very reasonably priced and well laid out. Well worth a visit if in the area.
R. P.
Expensive but overall great quality food and farm shop.
I have recently taken my daughter to the sunflower farm behind Becketts farm and she loved it.
B. M.
Had a children's party here today and it was brilliant! The kids had such a fantastic time and I would really recommend. Everything was well organised, well labelled, really good hygiene and the staff were very good at directing and helping the children. Each child came back with their treats in a labelled bag so all was kept together. Thank you for such a lovely party.
A. C.
Had lovely lunch with family. A bit crowded felt that tables could have been spaced out a bit. Service was ok but they were very busy and had to wait for one meal. Good food and not oversize portions so no waste.
T. C.
The sunflowers 🌻 were beautiful. Nice place to be with a coffee and cake after.
T. O.
Had food at the restaurant and did some shopping in the farm shop.
Food in the restaurant was fantastic and really reasonable priced. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The farm shop is big and has a lot of stuff, like that they label the fruit and veg to tell you were it comes from. I recommend the bakery, lovely bread and tasty treats.
j. f.
First time visiting Becketts farm quite impressed at the cafe and the grocery store I will go there more often
S. P.
We had a lovely sunday meal for 3. Great portion size and very tasty. Only negative ,food was warm not hot.
A. P.
Nice cake and coffee, but tables are a little uncomfortable. (They are setup with little space and almost in the way of people queuing to order food.) The staff are really helpful. Prices are okay.
E. F.
Glad to see ingredients listed on the bread etc now I can shop easier. Staff lovely and helpful and coffee is great with a good selection of alternative milks xx
I. C.
Went for breakfast which was excellent and the staff were all really friendly. The farm shop feels massive! There’s a huge selection of high quality items with a dedicated bakery, deli, hot sandwiches, pasta/salad bar, butchers as well as plenty of gifts, sauces and preserves
A. P.
Pit stop here today cafe was busy, no scones. Food was nearly 30 mins wait and average at best. Farm shop was nice but strawberries I opened at home were already mouldy.
D. “. B.
Always love coming here. Food is great to eat with most of it being from local farms.
Restaurant is equally as great especially the quick service even when it's busy. Prices are a bit high when it comes to some of the produce so just a case of shopping around to find out what's worth buying from here and what you can get from the supermarket.
Overall, a great place to go to if your in the area or want good quality food.
Recommend the burger and cider from here, such a fantastic pairing!
L. C.
My favourite restaurant for breakfast! Amazing, quality food every time! Great team too, who are always happy to help.
d. c.
Lovely, friendly and attentive staff. Fabulous breakfast. If that doesn't set you up for the day, nothing will!! Highly recommended
C. K.
The business buffet has a good selection including gluten free. Unfortunately it's whipped off the table so quickly no-one had time for seconds. I understand its then thrown out. Perhaps it's a good idea to offer doggy bags.
M. M.
Loads of things to see and do. Farm shop sells some of the best cakes.
The sunflower field is a nice sight.
M. D.
Excellent place, wonderful selection of fruit, vegetables, raw and cooked meats. Amazing place, definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended
Y. V.
Had a fantastic experience yesterday. Gorgeous sunflower field for free. Our toddler absolutely loved it and there's plenty of parking (be warned - it's pretty full by about 10:30 ish). The farm shop is well stocked and has plenty of goodies to guy; cakes, meats, sweets, breads, pork or turkey baps. A fantastic place. 100% will visit again.
H. A.
We have visited the place for breakfast and do some shopping there as it is a farm shop with some good farm produce, but when we went the attendant he told us that we have book as it is fully booked until 11:30 am but on the other hand we noticed that some tables were empty. We left then. Their farm shop and green grocers were good and they have a small bakery too. It is a good place for families.
A. W.
Had afternoon tea in the restaurant, was very nice. Very clean and staff are lovely.
One complaint is the ladies toilets are not very clean, two of the doors don't lock properly which can be embarrassing.
S. B.
Fantastic shop with fresh bread and meats, extra special food products, although on the expensive side they were well worth it as the quality was excellent.
Novelty and gift items were again mainly good quality and a bit different from normal high Street shops.
It was also well layed out for disabled customers giving me a chance to experience a nice shopping trip without the normal barriers faced in many shops.
M. C.
Went for the first time ever today and was impressed. Had a few problems, ordered a breakfast which was a long wait and then came out cold however staff were extremely friendly and rectified the problem with a new fresh one which was delicious.
Bought some lovely produce from the farm shop though dissapointed that the grapes are full of mould and some of the strawberries are manky too.
Pricing could be better in the shop as some things had no prices at all and ended up paying more for the sweetcorn than I thought it was as it was advertised as 60p.
Overall I would happily go back and try other things from the shop and would have that breakfast any day.
A. L.
Service was great happy friendly and helpful staff. However food left wasn't great Eggs were over cooked and the food wasn't hot, definitely had better breakfasts. Would have sent it back if they hadn't been so busy.
j. p.
Overall very good, great looking veg, everything very well presented,
Disappointed that you stock Mister Dave's curries made by a local company that uses chicken from Thailand, not a good look for a farm shop
J. B.
Need more seating area. Not cosy. Girls did clean tables when collected used trays. The Flower shop good. Farm shop ... so much to choose from. Staff friendly every where.
My coffee to strong but others like strong.
J. B.
Amazing breakfast and friendly service - just as well for our waistlines we live too far away to make it a regular thing! But next time we are in the area we will definitely be back.
R. J.
Becketts farm lovely walk around sun flower trail.uplifting to see so many sunflowers in bloom.popped into farm shop to pick up picnic lunch.excellent fresh food.eaten on benches outside.
Farm shop full of excellent produce bet you can't go without picking up some fruit and veg.Deli as great choice of hams and cheeses.you can also pick up a few gift in the gift shop.beers and wines for your choosing.wheelchair friendly.washroom facilities in aquatic shop.there is a restaurant on site not eaten there yet.keeping it for another day.
Very busy today but you can still find places to park and play safely.
J. T.
Loved the food in the restaurant and the cafe if you have less time to spare.
Great choice of ideas for Christmas presents for all the family, including those that are a bit challenging in the ideal gift department.
D. E.
We used the conference room for a meeting at work. Great food thanks to the local providers.
Staff friendly and welcoming.
S. W.
We called for breakfast recently as we were staying overnight at the Caravan Club site nearby, the building and restaurant area is pleasant and clean, the food is very good but the service is nothing more than barely acceptable; with some of the staff clearly demonstrating that they did not want to be there, paying the bill was difficult as we couldn't get the attention of the staff, who rarely lifted their heads to see that their customers were being looked after, eventually I approached 1 member of staff to ask for our bill, overall not the best experience we have had and doubt we will return the next time we're in the area, which is a shame as this place clearly has potential and just needs quality staff and effective leadership to really be a place worth visiting.
S. P.
Have loved going here for years but now with the sunflower field to have a gentle walk around, I may save a bit of money as not in the shop so long, ha haaaa!!!!!
There are so many nice things to choose from in the farm shop & the restaurant is also very nice as had many a meal in there too.
Will keep going back as not had a bad experience here yet.
Other shops, facilities & crazy golf etc on site too so can make a day of the visit all in one 👍🏼
V. E.
Great place. Very nicely stocked, and really pleasant to walk around.
They also do a marvellous breakfast. Recommend booking in advance though 👌
D. H.
Welcoming, excellent service, excellent food 👌
I. D.
Went there for breakfast, we had the "old faithful" which was lovely. The staff was respectful and friendly, just like you would expect. All in all , good experience. Will definitely go there again.
T. O.
Went to see the Sunflower Field. .beautiful well worth a visit
R. J.
Hot pork rolls £4, worth a trip there just for those 🤤 aquarium and reptile centre also very good
G.
Lovely but parking was stressful. Sunflower farm was worth seeing though.
P. M.
Saw the sunflowers and had a lovely breakfast in the farm shop. 👍
L. H.
Was just in briefly picking up the Christmas meat I ordered. Was very happy with the meat at a very good price and looking forward to going back to have a proper look at everything they offer
A. D.
Great cakes and really enjoy the freshly made baguettes. Lots of other stuff available too like fresh fruit and veg, as well as a butcher and deli counter. Would definitely recommend a visit
V. B.
Lots of parking. Great for work conferences and business breakfasts. The farm.shop has lovely freshly baked items. Does need a bit of modernisation as it does feel a bit dated.
V. F.
As I work locally I hear good reviews for the breakfast.
Attended on a Saturday morning and was very busy. We had to get our own cutlery, sauces, sugar etc. No communication from staff on refills although enough staff around maybe just down to training.
Will try again for breakfast. Love the farm shop though and the butchers.
l.
Nice field of sunflowers. Some sheep and goats by the car park. Kids walked round shirley aquatics after to see the fish.
Farm shop and restaurant were quite expensive.
S. C.
Really enjoyed the sunflower fields.
Cafè experience was very poor. One person only serving, other staff cleaning etc.
Staff were uninterested. Only outdoor seating available
The queue was in my opinion unacceptable and I did request additional staff help serve but to no avail.
1.5 hour wait for a table in the restaurant
Recommended eating/drinking elsewhere.
J. L.
It was lovely to go see the sunflower field. The farm shop was busy but the staff there are so efficient that the queue soon moved, so don't let it being busy put you off. The cakes are delicious as are the sausage rolls.
D. H.
Adore the farm shop, always great quality and staff always helpful and give great service
Not tried the restaurant, judging by reviews definitely worth a visit next time I visit the farm shop
One complaint I never have a enough money to buy everything I want lol
Well done to the team at Beckett's 😁
K. T.
A farm shop that has everything. Restaurant, cafe etc. The veg is very good and priced nearer to supermarket levels rather than farm shop prices. The cakes are not that brilliant though - taste cheap....
T. E.
Really stunning when the Sunflowers are in bloom, easy to get to, just about enough parking.
We went on a Sunday and it was really busy, short walk to Sunflowers, cafe and farm shop and restaurant all busy but thoroughly enjoyable and expected as we visited on last weekend of 6 weeks of summer holidays.
M. G.
Farm shop has great range of fresh produce and foodie gift ideas. Restaurant serves all day breakfast, open steak sandwiches and delicious salads.
G. G.
oily food, wholesome food, homeopathic snacks, and sitdown/takeaway. Great spot to have a bite, not amazing but worth trying once!
S. W.
Nothing super special about this place. The cafe shut early for no reason the day we were there, even the shop staff didn't know why.
G. C.
Great selection of fresh food at a reasonable price. Good parking. Great breakfasts. Best to book as very popular.
K. S.
Lovely place great products. Loved the sunflowers
M. W.
Excellent bacon sandwich & coffee. Always pop in here if I'm on the way to our Kings Norton office.
J. B.
Good selection of fresh produce. Very helpful and attentive staff who helped out my pregnant wife who were very knowledgeable about the produce.
In addition, the sunflower field was pretty and a good place to visit.
d. g.
Had a lovely afternoon here with my 9 year old granddaughter. She thought the sunflowers were amazing !🌻 it was quite busy, & the staff in the restaurant were clearly working non stop, but were so friendly & pleasant giving 1st class service . Well done to you all ! 👍🤩😍
L. N.
Staff very friendly, restaurant was busy but didn't have to wait long for takeaway drinks. Drinking chocolate was amazing. Easy to park and the sunflower field is exceptionall
T. E.
Vastly expanded since my last visit some years ago, with some very appealing fresh produce. Sadly I encountered problems in the cafe. Hand sanitiser empty. Area far too cramped & surfaces, esp chairs appeared to be dirty. In fact, the Sainsbury's cafe I visited last week was far cleaner.
Toilets were cramped with no notices suggesting one at a time, taps not working, again no sanitiser outside, I actually felt dirty when I left and was very relieved to get back to my car to sanitise my hands
T. L. (.
Fantastic selection of fresh fruit and veg. The cakes also looked great.
J. T.
To be fair we visited late afternoon.... not much selection left in cafe. Was not impressed with their disabled toilet ... having gone through double doors to find it, then had to go back to tills to ask for a key to unlock... once in, the toilet was small and cramped, definitely not suitable for a wheelchair and care assistant helping as space is so tight. Trying to manuvre my wheelchair bound mother who has dementia and couldn't be left unaided in such a confined space was virtually impossible. This really could do with being addressed.
M. M.
Amazing Sunday roast and lovely family run large farm shop and restaurant.
Everything is made in house from scratch except for a couple of sauces and you can taste the difference.
Sunday carvery is popular so book ahead!
Save room for pudding!
e. p.
Was nice. but local produce just can not compete with the globalist bigboys ... in times when people are watching money . Lidls aldi etc etc will always win .
It was better when I was a kid .👍🇬🇧🏴
P. C.
A absolutely outstanding restaurant with first class service, a friendly face and well cooked food goes a long way these days.
I would whole heartedly advise people to come and try the breakfast and food served here.
A. P.
The best farm food experience. Great produce and vast range on offer. I Iove the cup cakes and the 'proper' hot pork and cracking sandwiches.
N.
I LOVE this place its fresh produce is just GREAT! I couldn't wait to get there on Monday. The workers were so friendly and extremely helpful. Awaiting to hear back now for the cookery classes so looking forward.
Meats, veg and fruits I will be purchasing from here.
So tasty and fresh!
R. F.
It's a lovely farm shop with everything you need fresh cake shop a restaurant lovely products bit dear but quality stuff well worth the price love coming here
M. B.
The old faithful. Lovely breakfast however used to come with free coffee refills, now it's an additional £3.70. Greed at its finest. 3.70 for a rubbish coffee.
B. H.
Had a fantastic all day breakfast at the restaurant. Really good food, and superb customer service
I. E.
Absolutely love a visit to Becketts Farm. Meat, Vegtables, Salad, Deli Counter, Bread, cakes and so much more. If you don't mind paying a little extra for quality produce, give the supermarket a miss. Of course, if you fancy a hot sausage roll, fresh sandwich or hot pork bap, this is the place. Staff are friendly and so helpful.
J. B.
I love this places staff are so pleasant and helpful I love having breakfast and shopping in the farm shop specially the cake section
D. S.
Much bigger than we expected, lots to look at, some nice gifty bits too. Not as pricey as we expected.
S. L.
Great breakfast in the restaurant, very generous. Farm shop is large and has a good variety of fresh and packaged produce.
k. p.
Lovely visit. Did a bit of shopping whilst and booked a table as it wasn't free. I was given a small machine that would vibrate once the table became free and also just incase you loose track of time.
C. B.
Good range in farm shop and good value. Shop 4/5 stars.
Restaurant ok with big breakfast focus. Food was ok, service pleasant.
C. D.
Fabulous lunch with friends, including a wheelchair and support dog, service was excellent. 5 stars
L. C.
Just back from a bakery party. Could not recommend enough. The 2 staff were brilliant with the kids and adults alike and great fun was had by all.
l. m.
A lovely ti.me wondering round the sunflowers, was worth a visit .
d. h.
Good quality produce bread still warm if you shop early, staff always polite and friendly, butchers has a great selection but is a little pricey but great quality.
S. M.
Lovely food. Excellent friendly service. There can be some waiting time but totally worth it.
The platters are amazing, good quality and good portions. Eggs are really nice poached fried or scrambled. Bacon and sausages are made to perfection so are the hash browns and the mushrooms.
Perfect for breakfast, lunch or brunch 👌🏼
J. F.
Well presented and wide stock range ,reasonable prices, easy parking, I would say very easy at any time.
P. S.
A fantastic place for breakfast. Well located with plenty of parking available. The staff and service was great. The menu has everything you’d want. Thoroughly recommended.
N. A.
Food was average. Taking 2 prams seemed to completely throw the staff and made to feel like an inconvenience despite there being plenty of space!
E. G.
I visited your farm shop yesterday and went to the sandwich bar. I received fantastic service and one member of staff went above and beyond that. Having such friendly service makes a massive difference when shopping at any place. I found the staff in general were all very friendly so well done Becketts and keep up the good work.
The sandwich bar has so much choice and all looks lovely and fresh prices very reasonable too.
D. J.
Always a delight to choose from a variety of meats, fresh vegetables, fruits and made to your requirements sandwich subs. Also a good place for an unusual gift and cards. A great place for a meal, coffee, catch up with friends and family
C. B.
Great for fresh bakery, fruit and vegetables. The deli section has a wide range of products locally sourced. The meat counter is excellent quality. Dining in or take away the food is excellent, all day breakfast is a must..

N. M.
Always such an interesting and lovely place to visit! Staff are friendly and helpful and all the counters are well manned. Delicious bakery items. Very tasty deli sandwiches. Some nice gifts too.
J. H.
Very extensive, lovely farm shop. Purchased some very tasty fayre for meals for the next couple of days in our caravan. We forgot to take into account how little room there was in the caravan fridge though, lol
V. R.
Went there with our grandson Rhys and daughter Jessica for Breakfast it was good portions and excellent service and the staff were great definitely will go there again
L. S.
Excellent range of products, best egg custards I've ever tasted! 👌😊
M. S.
Farm shop with great choice of fresh food, cafe with good snack menu, and a restaurant recommended by friends.
C. C.
Had 3 takeaway cream teas to take to friends that I haven’t seen since before pandemic, I was absolutely delighted, they were delicious and my friends thought they were delightful. Shall definitely get them again 😊
D. W.
What a hidden gem. Lovely farm shop selling local goods. Well worth a visit. Extremely fresh food. Love the bakery and deli counter. Also serve hot food to go. Never used it as live a bit further away. But the are always people there for it
S. B.
Didn't visit the shop or cafe, went to the sunflower farm. Absolutely beautiful, big massive field full of gorgeous sunflowers. Well worth a wonder around if you are passing.
D. M.
Oh I really did love my first visit there today and has so much choice. After veg section they will bag it up for you with price and saves time on check out. Great quality, great bakery and very large butcher section there under 1 roof! Quite nice and I am looking forward to when their cafe reopens after Covid! Very popular today, I will go back again most definitely.
S. M.
Good choice on meat products also frozen kebabs good lamb and beef bakery bread cakes but gluten free didn't find outside on complex is a field of sun flower and wild flowers nice to walk around cheers one up

Love Becketts, and the Sunflower walk was lovely, thankyou. & Breakfasts are delish....
However, I puchased a cupcake for my grandson whos 6..The Cupcake looked amazing!!.. But how dissapointed he was & im Sorry to say, the frosting overly sweet and sickly and had no taste what so ever, the cake its self was very dry and tasted synthetic... & again no taste!
Im not suprised he didnt eat it!!
Z. J.
I went here for the first time yesterday. Wonderful selection of fruit, veg, olives, cheese, meats, and baked goods
Lots of parking onsite, card accepted, Covid Rules followed.
Staff were amazing, polite and patient with me and my partner asking a million questions about cheese haha.
Beautiful purchases made. I'll definitely be a returning customer and recommending them :)
The shop is about 30 minutes from where I live, but it was very worth it.
M. D.
Good retail park, well worth a visit if you're in the area.
J. S.
Love the eggs benedict but whites were a bit runny sadly, but it was the 1st time I've had any complaints great staff.
a. r.
Booked in and had a breakfast there today. The food was fresh, hot and very tasty. Staff were friendly and quite helpful. Would recommend this place. Great to see all covid track and trace are in place.
D.
Super farm shop, restaurant and cafeteria. Good quality local produce and an excellent cheese, cold meats and butchery counter. The bakery is impossible to walk past without loading your trolley or basket with the bread and cakes all made on site in their bakery. Assistants are unfailingly polite and helpful. Restaurant and cafeteria both excellent. Plenty of parking.
B. V.
Was a little disappointed that my Favourite Breakfast has been taken off the menu BUT the Rise and Shine was lovely! Hot when served and very tasty!
Staff were also friendly and efficient :)
R. M.
Good for a couple of hours to see the animals and walk around. Great shop on site with restaurant too offering breakfast lunch and dinner. Yes it's pricey but doesn't get fresher than this
h. m.
Such a lovely shop. Clean, friendly and amazing quality. The cakes are totally scrumptious! Since lockdown we've become regular visitors. Highly recommended.

J. T.
I had a breakfast here and couldn't fault it. Service was very quick.
A. S.
Easy to get to, lots of parking. Easy access for wheelchair chairs and prams. Good selection of fruit and Veg. The meat counter is outstanding. The older gentleman, was extremely helpful and knew what I wanted, vacuum packed my mince so it lasted longer, what an absolute gem he was. The only down fall is it can be a bit expensive but worth it when it came to quality. Nice for treat
T. T.
The sunflower field is memorising ...it's a small field and so beautiful !!
M. C.
Bought cheese and other stuff, cheese subliminally wonderful as was the bread. However coffee was very English in it's construction.
I did enjoy the veg buying experience due to the unique way of paying for it...(I did some impersonations and got it free...)
M. J.
Nice bacon sandwich on fresh baked bread and a lovely cup of tea great start to the day
S. D.
I love visiting becketts farm whenever I visit from Wales they do some amazing food, gifts, and a selection of mead which I love
K. W.
Probably go back when less busy, sunflower fields beautiful , had afternoon tea, staff really helpful and friendly, the only disappointing thing was that the cakes didn't se to be home made like the ones in the farmshop, would go again and try something else on the menu as looking around the food looked tasty
M. C.
Lovely shop great staff and loads to eat. My first visit makes me wish I lived closer.
C. T.
Lively cafe with a wonderful atmosphere. Coffee and cake were both great.
D. H.

T. S.
We went there to the sunflower field. It was quite busy with families many taking photos, perhaps to enter the competition to win a £1000 voucher ! There were some goats 🐐 beside the field, they cane to be fed and petted.
J. C.
Great farm shop, food is amazing and reasonably priced.

Great place to get your everyday fruit and veg but also to get those special treats and unusual foods. Sandwich bar is always great. Hot food counter is fabulous. Great selection of cakes. Staff always friendly even at the busiest of times.
A. H.
Not the best, the food was wanting in my opinion and didn't feel cozy there at all, sorry.
A. A.
My wife and I recently visited the farm shop a few weeks ago and it's a great place to buy English fresh produce. Fresh bakery, sandwich bar, hot foods and restaurant. We go to it once a week to do our veg, fruits and bread shopping along with our regular places nearby.
If you want to enjoy quality English produce then definitely give it a visit. The prices are decent and rivals most superstores. Of course, you still get a selection of produce from outside countries that are in season and plenty of other products produced by local companies and independent brands.
B. P.
Great farm shop handy for the M42, with very reasonable prices.
C. L.
My daughter treated me and my hubby to afternoon tea to celebrate my retirement. The covid precautions were well executed and made us feel at ease. Service was very good staff friendly and attentive.. The sandwiches and cakes were nice but we were a little surprised to only be allowed one choice of sandwich filling each.... normally places offer you a variety.
Having said that the overall experience was good.

S. F.
A friendly polite welcome on arrival. Good food and service.
A. C.
Lots of luxury cakes and biscuits freshly made plus fresh veg and fruit
S. H.
Quite simply the best sausage and bacon sandwiches you're likely to eat. Can be a bit chaotic
F. R.
Lovely little find!! Great shop & cafe! Would definitely revisit when in the area!
P. S.
Extremely noisy room due to the apex ceiling. Could not have a conversation.food was mainly breakfast variants. Sorry not for me. Staff efficiant and friendly
D. T.
Really good place, lots of good items in Beckett's farm shop and nice restaurant and coffee shop.
Also lots of other interesting shops.
P. F.
Excellent produce at a reasonable price definitely going back
J. G.
Restaurant back to its normal buzzing atmosphere. Good service and breakfast.
P. S.
Not the cheapest produce but first class quality and freshness. Helpful polite staff plus excellent anti covid facilities in place.
If not your everyday shopping place, you should certainly try it out for something a little special. ....and right now we all are in need of a treat! @
A. B.
Great selection of local produce, in house baked goods and speciality produce in the home and larder section. They also have a sandwich bar and cheese selection as well as a lovely little flower shop and cafe with scrumptious cakes!
O. B.
Good lunch in the restaurant- though gave 'breakfast ' a miss this time. The jacket potato with brie, bacon and cranberry was delicious.
L. N.
Real farmhouse good range, farm fresh foods, not cheap, but worth it.
s. s.
Lovely breakfast here, cooked to perfection.
M. H.
Walked round the beautiful sunflowers had coffee in coffee shop then went round farm shop brilliant but as we left it was getting packef
M. T.
Yeah it's ok a bit corporate and plasticey but the food seems gpod
S. W.
Love Beckett's, lots of nice gifts to choose from, and wonderful food
R. C.
Perfect service. Perfect banoffee latte & biscoff latte. 😁Thanks.😊
A. J.
Massive farm shop selling a great variety of items. Advise is to get there earlier on in the day as some stuff sells out pretty fast. Prices are a bit more expensive than your average shop but you pay for what you get.
T. M.
If you want a sandwich or breakfast bap, go inside to the shop, it's quicker and tastier.
If you want a desert there is a great counter with plenty of choice from the bakery.
Vegetables etc are good quality also
Lots of the rest of pre packaged stuff is overpriced as you would expect.
P.
Take away breakfast is questionable at best but dine in full English is a must.
S. m.
Good selection of food at a reasonable price
S. M.
Always a pleasure visiting Beckett's Farm. Lovely food, hot and cold. Great cakes and hot pork baps. Staff nice and the business is apparently owned by a very nice gentleman who looks after his staff. This care is reflected in customer service.
D. A.
Superb food. Lovely helpful staff.
10% discount for caravan club members......nice touch.

Lovely place just stopped selling my favourite pickle. Heartbroken.
G. H.
what a fantastic high tea we had it was bought has a present 18months due to Covid unable to use
no issue with length of time its has taken to use
the restaurant itself was really impressive
staff very nice and helpful even took selfie for us
High tea out of this world in fact we could not eat it all was given nice box to fill and take home
we highly recommend this venue
J. D.
Really nice breakfast
Highly recommended
Go after 11 if you want a quieter time on weekends
A.
Delicious food and good customer service.
G. M.
Lovely coffee, great prices and vegan options
S. G.
We went today for the first time, had Sunday lunch, staff were good, my husband was given pork instead of turkey, but the dinner was so tasty, we didn't care. Prices vary in the farm shop I thought, some we dear and some were cheap, but a really busy and popular place, would definitely go again.
n. o.
The farm shop was interesting, the carpark was packed and we could not find out where to access the sunflower field. A bit of a disappointment
M. S.
Wow what a experience. Always heard about it so though why not pop in. The selection of choices is great. The bakery section is just amazing btgey do really good fresh produce. The staff are really nice and friendly.
F. G.
Had lunch on a sunny weekday & then visited the shop, a very pleasant couple of hours
K.
Nice place for cakes, food and breakfast. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.
A. P.
Lovely place, beautiful animals ,tasty food :)
J. M.
We just turned up (didn't book a table) had a warm welcome and was told there would be a 20 to 25 min wait. So walked into the shop and wandered around looking. Bought 4 cakes, had 2 baguettes made for our tea with a sausage roll and a steak pie for my dad. While paying in the shop, the meal buzzer went of (which gives you 10% off anything you buy in the shop as well)
So I enjoyed the ploughman's plank ( scotch egg, pork pie, 2 types of cheese, salad, pickled onions, chutney, piccalilli served with granary bread and butter, and the hubby had the lasagne with garlic bread. Both where very nice but too full for a dessert but we did have the cakes 🎂 waiting to be eaten later with the baguettes for tea.
Yes we would go again, as we have eaten there many times before as its on the way there and back from visiting my in-laws
M. F.
Superb Experience! Very Clean and Welcoming, food is lovely and best breakfasts around, large accommodating car park, friendly and helpful staff! Certainly got service with a smile down to a key 👍 would recommend 100%
J. B.
We go for Shirley aquatics as not local, they do have the best fish equipment. I'm sure that the other places such as the farm shop is really good but never visited that.
E. B.
Recently refurbished in 2018. Has a restaurant, farm shop and cafe. You have to book a table in advance in the restaurant.
R. P.
Nice place to take the little ones for a day out plenty of things to do and see
S. P.
Went for breakfast, tasty but a bit costly I thought. A very nice place to eat your breakfast. The staff were great and the service was excellent. If eat there again. The farm shop part of it all was well presented and had plenty of variety.
J. M.
Excellent breakfast would recommend!
s. b.
Great place, quality products, polite and friendly staff.
J. M.
Restaurant lovely breakfast well spaced out friendly service. Shop stocks all local produce good variety bakery always has a lovely array of fresh cakes biscuits and bread. Sandwich counter a vast variety of different sandwiches rolls baquettes salads hot food delicious

M. B.
Good hearty food and lots of it. Great service and nice people
J. B.
Excellent service quality food 💃👍
M. L.
The cottage loaf I could stop eating and the cakes are lovely a bit dearer but well worth it. The meat have hardly any fat and the hot pork baps smelled lovely
K. R.
We called in whilst out walking. Ordered two Turkey Cranberry and stuffing Baps. £3.99 each. Sat on the bench outside and enjoyed the meal. Beautiful produce for sale in the shop.
T. f. s.
Only popped into shirley aquatics. It was awesome. Pics are in my other review titled: Shirley Aquatics
B. H.
Great freshly made food in the cafe and restaurant, friendly staff and good service. Just loses a star as kids choice is limited in the cafe and restaurant and that is important for me.
The shop is full of local produce and is relatively well priced. The butchers are really helpful (especially if you are used to buying from the super market) and the meat is worthy of the price (if you want cheap and cheerful fruit/veg/meat go to aldi)
S. J.
Glad I booked, friendly staff great food
e. c.
Extremely impressed today at Becketts restaurant. After of 6 months of shielding I was not looking forward to entering a restaurant. .most impressive the way the seating has been arranged I did not feel at all compromised. As usual the food was really good standard service excellent and everywhere so clean. Well done Becketts. See you again soon.
E. O.
Very helpful staff. Could spend a fortune in there. Not cheap but good produce. There's a butcher's, greengrocers, preserves and biscuits.
J. C.
Great produce at good prices and sun flower field that's free entry to top it off
j. c.
Nice shop, clean, well laid out, nice fruit and veg, lovely bakery. Good deli, well stocked cheese counter, nice looking meat in butchery department. Lovely, but expensive, fancy gifts, sweets, treats, wine, household accessories. Prices vary from good to gasp! but it has lots of customers buying stuff so it can't be so bad. Prices lost it a star.
S. B.
Nice range of gift style products, particularly for women, cakes are excellent, as are the sandwiches, but watch out for the fresh fruit and veg because they won't last long once you've bought them. The longevity on their fresh produce is much shorter than from a supermarket.
S. S.
We like the grocery, bakery, sandwich bar (especially) deli and shop! We go to the restaurant as an occasional treat too, where ploughman's lunch is so freshly made, the scotch egg is still warm!
I live in b'ham and visit often, sending my friends, customers or visitors there too as they head off towards the motorways.
D. D.
The staff were really lovely but sadly our food was cold and the sausages, although we're assured we're cooked, looked undercooked and very pale, we returned our food and when it came back it was piping hot and cooked much better. Saying this, we would go back again as this could have been a one off although it was not very busy. Again we cannot praise the staff enough as they were attentive, polite and very friendly.
S. C.
Freshly made food, fresh produce and great gifts x
B. b.
I pop in for the bread and a coffe from time to time.
Great bread lovely baked onsite.
Thanks the the Bakers and there team.
Keep up the good work guys and gals.
M. B.
Pre-booked a table , with a friend , so as to ensure a seat. Welcoming approach, good variety of food choice, good quality of produce.
Would recommend.
Fancied a breakfast this time with my daughter, and tried to book, but due to lockdown, fully booked. Went anyway and waited with a provided buzzer for approx 25minutes . With social distancing between tables/with helpful service and calm atmosphere, put my mind at ease.
Turned out more of a Brunch, which suited us and the breakfast was enough for two!!
Enjoyed the experience and would return.
C. H.
Fantastic food all freshly produced with friendly staff and quick service.
d. m.
What a lovely place to go to have a good look round, proper fresh food, fruit, veg, homemade fresh bread, excellent cream cakes. Cooked meats, cheese counter, salad bar. All the staff are nice & friendly happy to serve you & talk to you. You pay a bit more but its well worth it. They got a restaurant there as well didn't go in a it was very busy that shows how good the food is.we came yesterday again had pork babs yum yum 😋 spent over £30 pounds yet again excellent customer service. We are coming to get everything for our Christmas & New year Dinner so that proves how excellent the food is.we actually went the restaurant today excellent breakfast, service was brilliant. Still went the farm shop & had cake yummy.
g. c.
Great breakfast nice and friendly staff
P. C.
Nice butcher, greengrocers and bakers, we didn't visit the restaurant though.

A great place to visit. Loved the sun flower field. Highly recommended 🙂
c. g.
Lovely place to visit and look around.Nice to go for a coffee and cake.
D. G.
A great selection everything from fresh fruit and veg, lovely bakery and butchers and many other products. There are also many other outlets on site as well, and before you leave visit the restaurant you will not be disappointed from breakfast to teatime everything is covered.
H. B.
Lovely place! Farm shop sell quality local food and the restaurant is lovely. Well priced menu and the food is delicious! The staff are brilliant and so accommodating. I visited with my heavily pregnant sister and my newborn baby and the staff couldn't do enough to try and make us more comfortable! I will definitely be visiting again.
A. S.
Went here for a pizza prep birthday party for a 7 yr old. Party very well organised and enjoyed by the kids, but the facilities for waiting parents were a bit limited.
Parents were not allowed to watch their kids during the party and so either had to sit in the coffee shop or restaurant.
If dining here, food is wholesome and more traditional than contemporary. Farm shop has some good quality produce and reasonably priced. Take away fresh cream cakes were very nice!
M. D. M.
Always good quality. Service is excellent and has been all through lockdown...friendly knowledgeable, courteous and fast. I haven't used the restaurant since lockdown but have visited for sandwiches, hot drinks, food etc and have always been more than happy with the counter service.
B. L.
Always gorgeous food and lovely staff.
j. k.
Okay but staff at tills could be a bit pleasenter
A. W.
Excellent experience with the sunflowers, restaurant and shop. Brilliant day out.
S. p.
Fantastic few hours out, kids loved it and only a £1 to visit animals
S. C.
Below average food.
Extremely noisy environment.
P. R.
Great farm shop and nice place

Went to the restaurant today, waited an excessive amount of time for food and the customer service was beyond terrible. We were seated by a lovely attentive waitress who then finished her shift.
When food eventually came to the table there was an item missing (I had to approach the waitress who bought the food out) my eggs were cold, black pudding inedible and myself and the person I was dining with were left thirsty.
No one asked if our meals were ok, even after we had finished. No one offered us anymore drinks - needless to say that the waitress wasn't left a tip as she hadn't earnt one. Based on this experience I would not eat here again despite being a regular at the farm shop.
The farm shop itself has a wonderful selection of food and gifts, good value for money and nice quality products. 5 stars for the shop and 2 stars for the restaurant.
J. F.
Perhaps a little expensive but it has a good bakery and you can get a hot pork bap. The restaurant is always popular and does a very nice breakfast although it has been a very long time since I ate there.
A. H.
This is a regular haunt for our family... but can only really comment on the excellent breakfasts served in pleasant, friendly surroundings. All breakfast items are sourced within a few dozen miles, and service is efficient. There seem to be many other non-breakfast offerings later in the day, but for some reason we've never sampled them. Really must put that right! The accompanying farm shop is very neatly stocked - and the bakery is excellent. Prices are what you'd expect from a quality farm shop - so not cheap, but the quality makes it worthwhile. Gets busy for breakfast, so best to book. It doesn't look much from outside, but is a bit of a local gem.
S. D.
The market itself lacked certain items one might expect to find like sourdough bread... The range of offering could be better. The restaurant doesn't have many vegan options...
J. P.
Variety is so good, can't fault it.....
s. S.
Plentiful car parking, great place to stop for good food before motorway services become the only option. I only deduct a star because if you have any money to spare on entering then its quite easy to have spent it on exotic chutney and hand crafted doorknockers by the time you leave with the sandwich you came for... the sandwich, however, will not disappoint.
S. M. D.
Great food and friendly staff thank you enjoy r night
S. F. (.
Fantastic breakfast experience, beautiful food.
J. S.
Love this place. Its a really lovely cross between a classic farm shop and a more modern offering with a lovely restaurant tagged onto the side. The bakery here is wonderful and the hot savouries (pasties, sausage rolls ext) are the best around. They have a wide variety of fresh fruit and veg available and the butchers counter is always well stocked.
You can also buy cheese and deli meats/snacks here, there is a sandwich bar which offers freshly made sandwiches and baguettes to order and they have lots of gifts and other bits and bobs too.
Definitely worth a visit
E. D.
Excellent shop, bought food which was reasonable value for money. Coffee shop coffee was tasty, but another where it's not really hot. Bacon in Bacon sandwich was only just warm, pity because the bacon itself was top quality, really tasty and plentiful. Didn't try the restaurant as the meat in butchery was so good we decided to get some, some veg from the farm shop, and cook our own tonight. After having had bacon earlier, we will share a sandwich from there for a late lunch, but the bread seems really fresh and the filling is definitely full. So, a five if the coffee and bacon had been hot.
S. B.
Great Sunday carvery, served by the chefs. Great choice of veg to go with it. Superb service by the staff. My one little comment is that we went into the farm shop looking for soup to have later in the day..only heinz tinned on offer. Still 5*, but if you make soup for the restaurant could you look into putting some on the deli for takeaway? I think that was the one and only thing missing.
G. W.
Lovely food hall, so much baked food, deli, fresh fruit & veg and more.
R. L.
Pre booked organised event. Got everyone seated quickly enough but table service was perhaps a little slow - but got there in the end. Quality of food & drink = excellent. Always is. Made several bookings here. Good disabled facilities and access
G. G.
Went with my work residents... Love this farm.🚜🐝🍀🥰
M. G.
Really like this shop, they have a really varied collection of different food and drink. Its not the cheapest but its quality food. The cafe is good maybe a little over priced (that's why 4 stars)
D. R.
It's a very nice place lots of fresh products and gifting etc but it's very expensive for what it is however you can find something different the take a way hot chocolate very nice but three pounds seventy five pence quite la lot for old age pensioners
A. J.
Great quality. A little expensive but not enough to avoid going there. I would recommend
M. L.
A great breakfast if maybe a little large. You definitely won’t leave hungry. These is a reason why you have to book to guarantee a table. The staff are friendly and helpful and service is top notch. The food is all sourced locally. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and happy to answer questions. Definitely worth a visit just make sure you remember to book.
K. R.
The food is excellent, although the premises itself things me of a chain food pub like a Harvester. Staff are great, very accommodating and definitely baby and child friendly. So, don't expect ab upmarket atmosphere but do expect good food.
The farm shop is excellent, it's really well put together and stocks unusual brands that give the impression of premium as well as very well stocked cakes, cheeses and meat sections. Definitely worth a visit
N. T.
We went today for the Sunday carvery, excellent food, the staff were friendly and helpful, we had 2 young children with us and the staff brought children's plastic plates and cutlery which was great. The desserts were delicious and very big (easily share between 2 people) will definitely be coming again.
S. B.
Great service and great food in the restaurant. Great atmosphere on site, in general.
S. Y.
Fresh fruit and veg is great but disappointed yesterday as the busy shop was mayhem. Too many floor displays to maintain social distancing and no clear directions. Not even clear where to queue to pay. People practically shoulder to shoulder. at times.
M. T.
As ever, top quality food, reasonably priced. Friendly professional service. 👍🏾
A. H.
Terrible egg custards from the bakery. Very little flavour. Prefer Tesco ones.
W. H.
Gorgeous food in the restaurant and lovely attentive staff. Would recommend booking a table as has a 45 minute wait on a Saturday lunch time but spent the time in the farm shop which is excellent. Will definitely be returning.
D.
Takeaway.
Afternoon tea for two, hot drink included. Lovely! A wide variety of sandwiches & cakes which were very well presented in a nice box.
P. G.
Lovely breakfast! Book early - very busy!
J. R.
We like visiting Becketts Farm. It is though a tad disappointing that the prices in the Farm Shop are somewhat more expensive than they should be given the standard of the premises. It has the look of needing a refurbishment in places. I would stress that we are referring to the Farm Shop building and not necessarily the other units on site
K. D.
The range of food and drink at this farm shop is fantastic. They make their own produce with delicious cakes, sausages, bacon, kebabs to name but a few. There is also a vast range of fruit and vegetables, as well as a florists. Haven't eaten there, yet.
P. F.
Lovely food and good service
B. B.
Lovely for a day out even with the kids. Plenty for them to see, in the aquatic centre. Lovely quality fruit, veg and meat. Yet to visit the cafe but i could only imagine it would be to he same quality as the rest of the farm.
c. g.
Very nice bit expensive..if you are on a low budget
G. P.
Great variety of foods, a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and never been disappointed yet.
S. K.
Amazing place, the displays just tempt you to buy. Dont try and ignore the cake section, they are worth the calories
D. P.
I love it, staff all very friendly and helpful. Ideal place to meet and have a lovely breakfast and spend time wandering around the shop - very tempting.
L. D.
Book ahead for the restaurant as there will be a large wait!
The cafe bit only has tables for 2 people. I didn't see any higher that 2 due to social distancing. There are a few outdoors table just not for the restaurant
M. B.
The breakfast us the best around and the farm shop is excellent though a little pricey but you do pay for what you get!
P. M.
Great sandwiches, probably the best value around.
Everything else is excellent as well and the choice is amazing.
Y. C.
This place was so cute.
S. S.
Great food , the cakes and pies baked in store are just delicious 🥧, can never resist an apple and blackberry pie. Hot food counter is also great ,fresh hot beef bap , mmmmm , in fact I want to go back right now for another 😂👍
A. C.
It's one of our favourite places 😍 good food pleasant friendly staff we go there quote ofton
S. “. W.
Nice place with good food, basic layout. Unlimited food when purchasing carvery, even the meat.
Gravy was a bit runny but nice. They have beautiful honey roast parsnips. Carvery on a Sunday is £13.75 per person.
K. J.
It might be me but the old faithful breakfast didn't seem to be the same as it was pre covid.
M. W.
Lovely food lovely staff great place to eat
P. F.
What a lovely afternoon tea ,a lovely treat and 1st class service 😊
J. M.
The first time we had eaten here was a busy bank holiday, booked online before hand for 6 people. I would recommend doing this to avoid being dissapointed waiting. We all enjoyed our meals, the all day breakfast was brilliant. High quality food in a nicely decorated restaurant. Brilliant staff, who were all working extremely hard to keep a full restaurant happy!
A. M.
Really nice way to spend an hour...wandering around the sunflowers and feeding grass to the goats.
A. E.
Hi we brought loads off meat here to freeze and hoped it tastes as good as it does. It did better than we thought, everything is delicious and much better than sainsbury. They sell lots of home foods a cakes which so far all are fantastic. Highly recommend and not to badly priced for the quality.
L. E.
Always like popping round this place. The deli has great food and the restaurant serves great plates of food. Beware of Sunday lunchtime their carvery is great but you need the appetite to go with it. We had the cod dish which was great but needed more veg.
R. M.
Virtually none of the staff particularly behind the deli counter were wearing masks, and were not social distancing. These areas also had no protective barriers. This being restricted to the tills. Customers were all wearing them to protect staff but not reciprocated
J. F.
I have been buying my bread from you for the past three years. Unfortunately you decided to increase the price of a small farmhouse loaf by 10p. This means a small farmhouse loaf is £1.25, while I can buy one down the road at a local shop for 80p. Being a pensioner I will no longer be driving, which is an added cost to buy my bread from you, which is a shame as I do prefer your bread.
Jacqueline Fellows
M. T.
Omg they do the best breakfasts ever here. Enormous as well. My other half can really polish one off whilst I enjoy an eggs Benedict. Highly recommend, but made sure you book especially on a Sunday morning.
T. P.
Great sandwich and salad bar. Lovely cafe for sit in or takeaway coffee and cakes. Their cookery classes are great! We had so much fun making bread and pasta.
K. O.
Very good selection allround with nice helpful staff thanks
J. B.
Absolutely brilliant place. Has meat counter, fruit & veg area. All the meats look in excellent quality and so do the fruit & veg. Lots and lots of things to buy. Some really present ideas for xmas. We ate in one of the cafe's and the food was excellent. The service was friendly and welcoming.
M. h.
Great food. Fantastic atmosphere. You must try.
F. A.
Good selection of foods from local area
d. j.
fantastic really enjoyed the food and staff were great
N. B.
It's an extra large farm shop and restaurant. Plenty of fresh Veg, fresh bread from the Bakery, fresh Sandwiches, Cold meats, Hot foods and Raw meats, (frozen & non frozen). They also have restaurant with great reviews.
M. L.
Scrummy breakfasts but make sure you book a table because they sure do get busy. Nice friendly staff too :)
I. M.
Well worth a visit a good selection of breakfast's with a good choice of drinks would recommend you make a booking in advance to avoid disappointment have been many times would recommend to all book and experience for yourself
C. B.
Its layed out well. Staff are very welcoming and always got plenty of stock. Food is excellent. Well worth a visit or two or three.
j. s.
Always nice food and coffee only reason not 5 stars is pricing can be on high side.
T. 8.
The resturant is a clean environment with Friendly staff and is Family and wheel chair friendly.
The breakfasts are nice, not your typical greasy breakfast. Well cooked food, presented nice.
The farm shop/deli can be a bit pricey at times..but they sell some lovely things.
a. w.
Ok ,bit on the expensive side.but ok for a visit
A. C.
Wonderful food and first class service. Highly recommended.
A. B.
I highly recommend a visit here.
Excellent farm foods and gifts reasonably priced. lovely staff. The baguette that I purchased from the shop was fantastic, really tasty and fresh. The best I've ever had. If your not sure which one to try ask for a taster. A vast selection of fresh foods to purchase.
Well worth a visit. A good stop off point. Big car park and picnic benches. there is also a restaurant and toilets. A new aquatic centre is also opening soon.
About 3 or 4 miles from Cadbury's world.
C. T.
Brilliant place to buy food or to eat in. Friendly and helpful staff
D. H.
Travel here for my oh so natural honey and have recommended also to my friends theses fish through
A. G.
Excellent choice of fresh bread and veg. Also a large counter selling a range of fresh meat and cheese and a deli counter, etc Good range of bottled ales and cider. My only was with the very high price of the bottled beer. Not that cheap overall but would recommend a visit. Reasonably easy to get to off jnc 3 of the M42 motorway
K. S.
Best carvery staff great just a real nice restaurant 5 star
M. M.
Becketts breakfast. 7 of us - 4 adults and 3 children. Had 2 of the sharing platters for 4. Absolutely lovely excellent service. Waitress was brilliant. Very good value for what we had. Not an awful lot left!
d. h.
Went to the restaurant at 4.30pm after a long day at a craft fayre thought we was to late as it closes at 5pm. Last orders are at 4.45pm. The host was really accomadating. The food was amazing. The chefs are brilliant! whoever cooked the food thank you.
J. A.
Lovely breakfast, friendly staff
j. g.
Lovely food. Pay a visit
M. G.
Visited today (18/07/2018). Food excellent as always, however, service was very slow. We were greeted with a smile and seated immediately, however, it, took around 10 minutes before the waitress took our order. It was around 30 minutes after this before the foid arrived. The staff were courteous and polite. I asked for the bill (which arrived quickly) there was No one to take payment. After nearly 15 minutes, I took the bill to the counter, where our waitress said goodbye and have a great day. I had to remind her we hadn't actually paid ! As I say great food and friendly staff, however, quite slow on service
M. R.
wonderful experience. took advantage of the private room offer. literally waited on hand and foot. Smiling staff, wonderful food and very happy family members.
D. P.
This is a lovely place, they do amazing breakfasts, very good staff too. Very reasonable price considering the very high quality of the food. The farm shop is great, with all kinds of produce. We'll worth a trip 👍
K. C.
Always a pleasure visiting Becketts farm. Breakfast is the best around and the farm shop has everything you want or need.
J. J.
Absolutely amazing ! I can't fault anything at all the food was amazing and the service was even better !!
J. F.
One of the tastiest breakfasts I've ever had, their 'Rise & Shine' is particularly recommended, made with local ingredients and at a good price.
Fresh filter coffee and bottomless tea, coming here is a real treat, whatever time of the day, as the food served throughout the day is delicious.
Beckett's Farm is not only famous for its breakfasts though as they have a superb farm shop selling an amazing range of meat, produce, breads and many other food types!
M. M.
A good place to shop fresh ingredients
A. B.
Nice selection of outlets. Many new builds. Like the big warehouse there. Some good prices.
The farm shop was good.
Only thing I didn't like was the crazy parking. Cars and people walk on the same bit of road. Paths for pedestrians would be better.

Nice food, pleasant staff, waitress service, busy but a little pricey mainly the drinks. "Bottomless tea' £2.95. Don't think anywhere should charge more than £2 for a pot of tea. Despite this we would go back.

I went here for breakfast and had their award winning breakfast. I wasn't blown away to be honest and have had better. The bacon was dry and hard. Kept at four stars as other with me really enjoyed what they had and it looked goog. I think award winning is very subjective to be honest. Friendly staff and reasonably quick service.

We had a delicious brunch here, the breakfasts are very good and there's plenty on the plate. The saff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive and the surroundings pleasant. Booking is recommended as this is a very popular place.

Lovely food and drink as always

Attentive staff and gorgeous local food. Excellent!

Great hearty, home cooked food at a good price. Friendly attentive service. Bottomless tea and coffee a really nice touch and not common in the UK. A great place to stop for a bite to eat. We visited on a Saturday lunchtime hot lunch of the freshly cooked menu came to under £40 for three including two bottomless teas and a bottomless coffee.

Mixed experience -
Went to coffee shop on a sunny day for lunch... it doesn't do salads, nor does the restaurant. I was told to get one from next door from the takeaway deli.
Which i then tried to eat outside surrounded by wasps!!!
If they'd said grab a salad and come back to have a drink / cake to sit in, I'd of felt welcome and happy, not rejected and unhappy!!
That said, the girl on the salad bar was friendly and helpful , as was the lovely guy on the bbq meat counter. The choice is vast and the quality excellent.

Friendly staff and good food. Sunflower field was good.

Always a pleasure to eat here. Breakfast is amazing and staff are lovely.

A busy Friday but didn't have to wait very long at the sandwich bar or deli counter, and no queue to pay, so a very happy visit.

Great place tbh for food, little pricey but it's better quality grub. The pork baps are to die for, well worth £4..... Enjoy.

Good food and good service. Farm shop next door has huge selection. Large car park but it gets full when busy.

It's great here. Lovely restaurant (It gets very busy so book if coming at a popular time or wait with a buzzer system) and also a great shop with fresh produce and hot and cold food. The butcher's is great. I recommend the roast pork bap available from the hot food area in the shop. food

Great place to shop and relax. Becketts farm shop is wonderful to buy groceries/produce. The cafe is lovely to pop into after for a coffee and cake. Such a clean and tidy place with friendly and helpful staff.

We went on a Thursday lunchtime. Maybe book of you don't want to wait and you want to eat at peak time. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. Generally good service. My aunt had the senior citizen special which was good value. I had the fish and chips which was a bit bland and over priced.

LOVE the sandwich bar here!! Always grab one if I'm passing. Great range of farm foods. Flower shop, coffee bar, restaurant, bakery, deli, meat counter, grocers, gifts all in one place. Staff always courteous and helpful. A+

Great if a little on the expensive side. Wonderful homemade cakes, sandwiches for picnics and delicious items.

I always stop in here when passing for a freshly made baguette (cajon chicken smoked cheese with lots of salad toppings). Fairly priced and fresh, very tasty indeed. Its undergone a lot of refurbishment over the last few years and now it's a cracking stop off for baked goods, butcher items, and lots of interesting little independently made produce or items. Always lovely staff.

Becketts Farm shop is incredible for the variety of produce in store and Always something interesting to find. What is also great is it is around the corner from Wythall Transport Museum too

Lovely staff and even better food! Would recommend booking a table as they're so busy! Service can be a little slow when it's really busy but I don't mind that as I know it's all fresh! Seating is well thought out so you aren't having to ask people from tables next to you to move if you need to get in and out! I don't ever feel rushed to finish my food when they are busy either

Love this place. Food is always excellent

Great place to shop for a good selection of good quality fresh products 👌 highly recommend a visit

Good for almost any good you may need. Cafe and restaurant serving good food. A flower shop on site and various other shops. Went in to the cafe yesterday lunch time for a sandwich. Asked for egg mayo on granary was brought tuna. Then got egg on white served with a most horrible mess of leaves and stuff which wasn't mentioned on the board. Expensive and not very pleasant.

Food was very good but a little over priced, staff were really friendly.

This is the go-to place as you leave the M42 at Junction 3 and head into South Birmingham. It's very well appointed and serves magnificent breakfasts and lunches. The car parking is plentiful and there are good opportunities to buy farm produce here. I think it's pricey but it is pretty much unbeatable.

Love the farm shop, first visit. Lots of nick nacks to buy. Fresh food.will be visiting more. Reasonable prices.

Excellent breakfast. Super service from all the staff and great coffee.

Disappointing service 4 minutes late did not get served for an hour food was lovely but the ladies toilets are badly in need of some TLC walls doors everything is gruppy and sticky also entrance is shabby
S. C.
Sunday carvery is just excellent. Quality hot and served without rush, very impressed that the guys serving actually bent down to serve and talk to the children. All staff get 10/10 couldn't ask for anything better.
R. B.
Great food you've got to try the meaty pasty😊

All I can say is excellent value for money and very good staff
M. P.
Nice selection of foods. Prices are high and they live on the "fresh farm, fresh food" way of life but I wonder, since it's grown how much of it is made on site. Staff could react a bit quicker. It's gone from a really good farm shop in to a money printing factory in my opinion
V. T.
Nice people. Shops pricey £1.26 for a bag of sugar that around 70p anywhere else.
Restaurant food tasty but up all night feeling unwell
C.
Lovely salad bar. Although the prices are on the high side. Don't recommend the fruit, unless you intend to eat it on the same day.

Great fresh, seasonal produce and a fantastic bakery (small cakes and celebration cakes available.) They also offer baking parties and cookery classes for both children and adults. Beckett's Farm also has a delicatessen and a big butchers section. Attached is a cafe and a restaurant, both can get busy at peak times but the cafe is nice for a quick stop before or after going into the farm shop!
A. L.
Lovely shop, prices can be a tad high at times but that's more personal opinion.. produce and staff are lovely.
