L. J.He's an amazing butcher! We picked up two types of incredible homemade sausages and sirloin steaks for a Good Friday BBQ as well as some fantastically thick bacon for breakfast the next day. No fat or excess water blead out of the sausages at all, they were possibly the best sausages I've ever had.
I'm so glad we stopped in Rottingdean to visit this local butcher.
