Reviews of Flourish
J. H.
A high-quality farm shop with a restaurant serving brunch, lunch and afternoon teas. It was busy and the service was slow but the food was excellent when it arrived. The music was not to my taste - but I veer towards classical. Dogs are welcome.

Nice and comfortable place where you can have an Italian style pizza, sometimes revisited, but anyway good, just make sure that you read the ingredients to avoid unwanted surprises, especially if you are familiar with the Italian cuisine. Friendly staff, relaxing when not too crowded, I would avoid the rush hours because you could have to wait to be seated. They have outside tables, it depends on the weather of course. The entrance is through the food shop, where they have an amazing butcher's section and a variety of choices, European style, mind you, I mean like Italian inspired, not actually Italian, maybe just pasta is a proper one. Anyway pleasant, if you are not too fussy about it.

Went to the Flourish to have a Sunday branch, the place was really busy and we were told to wait for up to one hour which we agreed. I ordered "passion storm" smoothie and a vegan breakfast.
The smoothie was bland and my my plate of food despite of beautiful presentation lacked of seasoning. My husband had full breakfast and he enjoyed the meat. I might try the pizza there but won't come back for a breakfast. Staff was friendly and professional.

I stopped for lunch during a dog walk today. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did have to wait 45 minutes for my pizza. I understand it was busy, and there are a lot of covers here, but judging by previous reviews this has been an issue for a while. The pizza (bacon, wild mushroom and truffle crumb) was absolutely amazing and shiny fries were perfect... it was worth the wait but I was outside and it was cold (my choice as with muddy dog). Luckily their draft beer was also excellent which helped. I left more tipsy than I planned. Will definitely go again but hope they speed up their service. If you have a lot of tables and food this good, you need a lot more kitchen.

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. Incredibly friendly staff who go above and beyond. Genuinely think they have the best toilets I've ever seen. They are so beautiful! Charming decor, sustainable. What more could you want? Don't understand any of the negative reviews of this place. I'm currently sat in the restaurant and I'm already excited to come back. Thank you to all the people that work here!!

First visit here and wasn't disappointed. Lovely bright and airy space with great eco credentials. Plenty of room and fast, friendly service. The food was fresh, tasty and well presented. A lovely treat and worth the journey 😊

Really like its sustainability ethos throughout. I had a coffee and eggs with avocado on a toasted muffin which was great. Large free car park and outdoor seating area that is covered. Walking through the farm shop, it looked like there was a wide range of gorgeous foods and the butcher's counter & deli were immense. Highly recommended and I will definitely return.
L. R.
Very busy, but staff managing the queue really well. Despite being told there was an hour wait for food, ours came much more quickly. Great menu, fantastic quality produce, nice atmosphere & friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend a visit, just not on the day's that I want to go please 🙏🙂
M. V.
Good enough, good breakfast, although value for money ratio was not optimal… Benedictine’s eggs were overcooked

We had an amazing breakfast there last Saturday. Everything we ordered was plantbased and delicious. The coffee is average but the smoothies were great. The service was good even though they were really busy but the staff were so friendly.
I would say if you’re going on a Saturday morning, be there by 10:00 am maximum because it gets busyyyy. The store is also great. They have plenty of package-free items including frozen items so take your bags and pack your frozen croissants, frozen berries, nuts and everything else.
We’ll be back for sure!

Have visited Flourish several times now, mostly for the butcher which my husband loves. The displays are always immaculate and hygienic looking. Today we purchased some chuck steak & pork belly as a treat, the butcher was friendly as always and the meat itself top notch! We also were a bit naughty and purchased 2 of the peanut butter stacks from the deli - if you're a peanut butter fan I would highly recommend 🤤 till staff friendly as always and signing up for the rewards card was very easy 👍🏻
S. W.
Had a wonderful breakfast today at Flourish.
Full English for me, ‘proper’ made on site, sausages and bacon. Friends had eggs Benedict with ham and veggie breakfast. We all loved it.
Great waitress and all staff friendly.
Bought lots of lovely treats in the deli.
Can’t resist.
Totally recommend visiting here. 😄👍🏻

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. At every visit they have been unfailingly cheerful and polite and take time to answer any questions knowledgeably. They are a real credit to Flourish. The cafe and shop are both spotlessly clean and any food we have purchased has been delicious. The plants on sale today looked really healthy too. Thank you so much for making our visits so pleasant.
J. C.
Been going there since it has been open, and the quality of the food has always been outstanding. The choice in the food hall is amazing , the staff are helpful and polite. Will continue to go there as long as the standard of food stays the same. Keep up the good work.

Grabbed a very nice looking lamb joint for dinner on Sunday with some other bits and bobs. The joint was a great success but we weren't very impressed with the scotch eggs, left a bit to be desired. I didn't expect gristle for the prices paid, but we both found a number of bits. Hopefully just a one off.
T. F.
Epic! Flourish is amazing. There is a huge range of produce, both fresh and to cook with, mega-healthy to not so healthy. A butchers, fruit and veg range, sauces, spices, cakes, sweets, alcohol, a cafe/restaurant and much more. Very dog friendly outside, with seating areas and plenty of parking. 10 minute drive from Bath.
N. (.
Lovely place to go for coffee or lunch.
Massive car park (free) and lots of space in the restaurant.
Service was very quick despite it being peak time on as Saturday and staff very friendly.
Only downside is the food prices and the portion sizes- wouldn’t recommend the salads as they are £8-10 and they are very very light.
The french toast was fantastic however!
Farm shop has high quality local produce and cakes / pastries etc
S. R.
Glad we gave Flourish a second chance, when it first opened their social distancing measures were conspicuous by their absence. The food was good, however people still wearing masks are likely to be clinically vulnerable and possibly medically advised to avoid commercial ice machines (as they are a very high infection risk) so when a bottle is requested, DON'T then pour it over ice.
S. R.
Been here a few times, it is a lovely set up but as many comments on here,
If the service was improved it could be such a fantastic place to eat.
People become frustrated and confused when not being served for a long period of time.
Recruitment of staff in most places is incredibly challenging and I respect this but I thought I’d leave some constructive feedback
G. W.
Beautiful location and building. Great car parking. Lovely out doors area. But the service is so painfully slow. Of the x2 members of staff we spoke to, the lady was disinterested and we felt like we were a bit of an inconvenience to her, even though we only asked if we could please place an order (we had been at the table for 20 minutes already). The man, however.... super friendly, very welcoming and apologised for the delay. So a mixed bag of terrible customer service and great customer service. Just a shame that our coffees and cake took so long to get ordered and delivered to our table.
I.
I have very mixed reviews about this place, the butcher is always SO lovely, no ask is to difficult and he’s always chatting away. The meat quality is fantastic too.
Now for the cafe. Myself and my partner visited and it’s not great. I had a tiramisù which, had a layer on the top as if it had been sat for ages. It also had a long white hair in. I told the waitress about this issue and she swiftly removed my plate with no apology. She then inspected the hair and came back saying “I’ve refunded it for you”. She didn’t apologise, didn’t offer an alternative, nothing. At least you have a friendly butcher and shop staff which are the reason I return!
T. H.
We've been for breakfast/brunch here maybe three or four times? Always on a Saturday/Sunday. It's always extremely busy. The food is excellent but either due to COVID absences or just general issues with recruitment, the service here is slow, I mean, glacial.Which in itself is not a crime, but they're not great at setting expectations.. Nobody here is going to warn you about the extended delays..A customary ' Food orders are currently taking 30-45 mins' would go a really long way...So in the absence of that let me help you out..
If you're going at peak times expect to queue before going in. (I think the longest we've waited is 15-20mins) Then once you're seated there's likely to be another delay before anyone asks for your drinks order. Last visit, it was approx 20 mins before anyone approached our table..Honestly they might be better off taking orders at the counter if they are short staffed.. Then on average it's ranged from about 30 - 40 min wait for food. Which is always excellent btw. French toast is particularly good here.
So, consistently great food, just mentally prep for extended delays with every interaction with their service staff.
S. M.
Pizza-less one hour after ordering, I was raring to 0 star this place like a rabid Karen. They noticed, brought the pizza within 5 minutes, removed it from the bill, gave us free drinks and it was delicious!
Well played Flourish!
J. M.
We were staying near Flourish in an Airbnb and popped into the farm shop to check it out. The farm shop was spotless great selection of products and lovely friendly staff, we looked in the cafe which also was spotless with nice surroundings. We decided to go there for breakfast the following morning, arrived at 8.00am and seated by a charming friendly young lady who took the order for the 5 of us without writing it down, I thought well good luck with that, the order came and we got exactly what we ordered, one of our group had the French toast and said it was very nice, the rest of us had full English or bacon sarnies or muffin with bacon, sadly the food was cold and the quality was so so, muffin rock hard and dry, in fairness the waitress came over and asked if everything was ok and we did say it was. Typical English reply didn't want any fuss and just hit the road home. The food was overpriced in my view. Sadly it wasn't a good experience considering how lovely the place was. Need to sort the kitchen staff out. The place was lovely but let down by the food (shame)
A. W.
Mixed thoughts. Have been a few times since it opened. At first the service was awful, have since been back to give it another go and there is a slight improvement but still extremely slow to come over and take an order, ( it wasn’t very busy when we came) when we did eventually order the cake was nice, the staff are pleasant just not very attentive. Shop is great. Would be great if they opened a little bit later on a Friday/ Saturday evening so we could try it for dinner.
A. T.
First visit. Large car park, has a couple of charging points. Entrance to the cafe is though the shop so if you're not too able, bit of a problem. Had tea, coffee and cake, exceptional cakes. Very pleasant staff. Card only payments. Very light and spacious with loads of seating.
S. R.
Good menu options and tasty food and friendly staff. Loved the decor and fresh bouquets on the tables, adds to the experience. Expect longer wait times for food during busy hours (Sat/Sun).
R. L.
Amazing selection of meat cuts cured in Himalayan salt. Hugh hooked me up on the cheese and deli counter with his top selection from Neals Yard. Outdoor dining area was lovely to enjoy a pizza, although service was a bit slow and not very attentive, which can be forgiven for only being opened a week.
M. T.
Food very nice but ludicrously overpriced for what it is. Service is consistently woeful - you have to light the beacons of Gondor to order a drink/get your bill/pay your bill.
Excellent meat in the shop itself but the rest of it isn't that great and, again, well overpriced, even by farm shop standards.
T. L.
Excellent Mocha, just sweet enough. Excellent Veg Tartlet, all the food we've tried so far tastes nourishing. Come away feeling better about yourself!
C. P.
Very popular place. Lovely food and excellent selection of food available. The meat looked exceptional in the shop plus eco friendly products. Not cheap but everything looked excellent quality. Planning to return for breakfast next week!
S. C.
We have been here many times, food is always amazing, services can be slow, but the restaurant is very popular, so you expect it. Highly recommended.
A. G.
Lovely brunch 😋 and a great range of products, fresh meat, and veg. Plus dog friendly. We'll definitely be back.
P. L.
Just had the most delicious brunch. The staff so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
T. W.
What a wonderful place. Well done to all associated with it. Great design, great service, very good choice and very good food! What more would you want? We had breakfast there yesterday and then went shopping in the well stocked farm shop, both were excellent.
The full English was faultless, full of quality ingredients.
The farm shop is well laid out, produce beautifully presented and very clean. We had the lamb cutlets we bought for dinner and they were delicious!
Complete with big car park Flourish is a must.
l.
Lovely breakfast and coffee this morning. Really helpful staff with excellent service. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection! The staff in the farm shop were so friendly too. Really good morning at Flourish and will definitely be back again. It's really nice to have a new quality place to eat and shop!
P. B.
Very nice coffee and delicious pastry 🤗 and cake.
A bit of a long wait to get them but worth it.
Waitresses/waiters very lay-back approach, but friendly.
We turned up at 11.10 for breakfast or brunch, but we were told on arrival that they stop breakfast at 11 and lunch is from 12 🤷♀️. So you can only have drinks and cakes between 11 and 12.
J. E.
Really great breakfast/brunch food and coffee, loads of good choices. Looking forward for coming back and trying some other bits!
It’s very popular though, so recommend booking/getting there early. Downside is service is pretty slow, although it was busy.
m. e.
Very popular and great place to visit, decided to try the Signature Flourish Burger, not impressed at £13 was expecting something reasonable. The lower part of the bun was soggy caused by too much Relish, the Burger needed more seasoning, the Deli meat was over powering and the Gherkin was sliced too thick causing it to be sharp all in all not impressed. That said on my previous visit I had the open Steak sandwich and would give that 4.8 out of 5.
D. B.
Well what can I say!!!YOU GUYS HAVE NAILED IT!!! Literally the best time I had eating out. The staff that runs this funky little place are absolutely brilliant. It's just down the road from me in brislington. And at last super amazing food that's not over priced and pretentious. The farm shop has everything you need. Yes it's a little pricy. But what do want from amazing produce. Huge car park. And next Friday there's a live band. I'm sold my new favourite place. Much love ❤ Lisa and Danny
V. P.
Very clean and tidy and the shop is a wallet busters paradise. Great deli selection and quality meats. The breakfast was pricey but that comes with quality ingredients. They serve cake from crumbs so doubley delicious. If you need a breakfast treat, visit. You'll go away with quality ingredients as well. Only had breakfast and can't comment on lunch. Definitely go again.
A. I.
brought my Nan here for breakfast last week and the service was exceptional and are food was delicious, are waitress was called Holli, and i felt that she was understanding of my nans gluten allergy, as she guided us on thing she was able to eat on the menu. would recommend this restaurant to friends and family! will definitely be making a return!
M. G.
Lovely design, nice atmosphere but limited menu and quite overpriced. Not likely to be returning. The toasted sandwiches are £8 each, they were small and did not represent good value. Not many smaller bites on the menu - we were going for the pate but it was sold out. I feel some more choice is needed for those of us not wanting a full meal. It has real potential but not there yet.
K. B.
Called in unplanned as we were just passing.
Had heard about it but, having visited, left decidedly underwhelmed !
The food shop itself is relatively small with the bulk of the space being given over to the restaurant.
As per usual for a "Farm Shop" prices were high...even for items l could buy at my local Sainsburys !
My partner is Dairy Free so we need to read labels carefully....we found this difficult as we were continuously interrupted by staff asking if they could help.
I'm sure they felt they were being helpful but we just found it a bit annoying ! (If we need help we'll ask !)
A sign outside said please wear a mask.... obviously most of the customers can't read !!
On the plus side the car park is a good size !
Won't be returning in a hurry !
C. D.
Delicious food, it was busy with lots of full tables but food was delivered promptly. Will visit again. I was starving so forgot to take a pic this time.
M. S.
Have heard only good things about this place locally and I wasn't disappointed. Had a lovely breakfast and coffee. Did some shopping also in the shop. It is a bit pricey but you have to pay for quality goods. The service in the shop and the cafe was great and very friendly staff. Will definately go again. Need to try the Pizza!!
M. B.
Loved visiting Flourish and is just what the area needs! We ate in the cafe and the service was great, staff very friendly and the food is so tasty - loved the pizzas! The food hall has so much variety and everyone is happy to help. The quality of the meat/cheese in the deli is amazing and I bought loads to try. Would definitely recommend!
F. A.
God knows the amount of investment this place took to build as it is beautiful. Food is great, shop is really good too. Sadly, the only thing that lets it down is the customer service. Not sure how much training the staff in the restaurant had but after visiting twice for coffee/food and both times we were forgotten about by the staff. If you can improve the training then definitely onto a winner! ✌🏼
R. M.
Very nice farm shop, large and fully stocked with all manner of fresh and packaged produce, lots of locally sourced products, bring your own bottle milk dispencer and the same with nuts and pulses, very helpful butchers onsite with a very comprehensive deli counter, and a very nice cafe/restaurant serving hot and cold drinks, smoothies, cakes and pastries also light bites and pizza nights to boot, a very warm and welcoming atmosphere definitely one to visit.
K. P.
What a wonderful little gem of a place this is ...food was awesome the staff including Deb were so helpful and friendly .
The shop had everything and more.
Will definitely be heading back there soon
C. B.
Great place for a treat, of course the food is expensive but you only come here if you want local artisan specials. Only niggle is the cafe food hours not being readily advertised on the website. It would help to have the food service hours advertised by the opening hours so we’re not disappointed when given a good menu after 3pm when food is not available (except cakes). It states this on the actual menu but clearer forewarning before a visit would be helpful as this is somewhat a destination venue.
S. W.
Went here last week with my sister and had a lovely time. Lovely fresh Avacado on sourdough with a poached egg, delicious! It was the young lady who served us first day and she did brilliantly. Will definitely come back to try the lunch menu next time.
J. A.
Nice food, reasonably priced, decent coffee.
As a party of two, we weren't allowed to sit outside as they weren't using the small tables and we weren't allowed to sit at any of the empty large tables.
Staff not wearing masks. Not great ventilation.
Would be nice for those not worried about Covid measures - better avoided if you're anxious.
E. S.
Went to this lovely restaurant for lunch and the service was great and the waitress we were served by (Holli) was very smiley and made great conversation with my children. The food was delicious we had fish cakes and a kids burger and it was great value for the money. Overall we felt very welcomed and will be going there again!
A. B.
Our restrauant experience was excellent and also bought some products from the shop. First time here, will definitely be back.
N. C.
REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!
The place is amazing with an excellent butcher
Who is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Had a really tasty breakfast in beautiful surroundings BUT upon getting the bill could not believe they would not accept cash.
We did not see one sign to suggest this.
Can see this not going down too well in this area and you will only lose custom.
CASH IS KING 💪💪
C. L.
We Stopped to use the shop bought eggs beef and venison the butcher was excellent new his job the venison was beautiful full of flavour will be back for more
M. H.
food was fantastic but we were a bit mift when seating waitress asked several times when remainder of our party would be arriving even asked us to phone to find out how long they would be, which ment our daughter in law arrived very stressed because they were late.
J. “.
Staff were really friendly even through this tough time with covid restrictions, the place was clean, tidy and looking very modern, food on the other hand was very poor, bread was stale and not remotely what it was supposed to be, the cheese was dry and had mould on, steak was really fatty more fat than actual meat considering we walked round and seen some absolutely beautiful looking steak on the counters.
On a small note the outside seating was to small for the tables making it a uncomfortable dine.
S.
A wonderful place with lovely, friendly staff. There's plenty of parking, the shop is beautifully presented, with a lot of fresh, local produce. We had pizza in the cafe, which was superb. I would highly recommend and I'll definitely be back soon.
J. W.
Really delicious food, so clearly from local growers and farms. The only issue was the very long wait for food to arrive, but it was worth it.
J. G.
Great place for informal eating. Best English breakfast for £10...plus a veggie variant. Coffee is good. Attached is a smart farmers shop. Meat looks good quality. Good parking.👍
D. P.
Too many good things to mention. Meats, pies, pastries, bread an so many other tasty looking things. Also had lunch, which was excellent. Good value for money and nice surroundings. Will definitely come again and recommend.
C. C.
Great new farm shop. Lots of great looking local produce. Stopped off for cake and drinks which were tasty. Only downside is proximity to Bath road when sitting outside. We will be back to try out the pizza!
S. J.
Had a lovely vegetarian breakfast here this morning. Was delicious. Only reason it's 4 * and not 5 is because around the cap of the sauce bottle when taken off was thick with dried sauce. Perhaps make it a job to wipe bottle necks daily
J. W.
Had lunch at Floursih yesterday and what a wonderful lunch it was - the food was outstanding, the service was impeccable, the produce for sale looked amazing. The environment was spacious, light and airy and lovely to see them so busy. Would definately recommend.
K. W.
Went here last weekend, and the vegan breakfast was actually incredible!! Everything was so tasty, particularly loved to chickpeas and the avocado portion was v generous. Servers were really attentive - shout out Robert and Ffion. Such a great atmosphere and will defo come back again soon 😍
C. M.
Farm shop is more a deli but with a good stock of local produce. The cafe is superb and very popular.
T. D.
Been here twice now for breakfast. First time had a full English and second time the French toast. Both times delicious food. Have also had cake here which I believe is provided by crumbs at keynsham which is delicious!
A. L.
Great service and introduction to all the food at the Deli from Jac. Breakfast was delicious and a real treat.
L. J.
Went there one Monday for breakfast with my daughter, I was really impressed, yes a bit pricey, but portions and quality fit the prices.
C. S.
Fantastic farm shop, amazing produce, great food and fabulous service
E. W.
I went here today with 2 friends - the place is beau-ti-ful .. such a nice atmosphere and a great selection of food and drinks. Staff were very attentive and efficient - would highly recommend it for a casual lunch or coffee and a cake (or both!). Great farm shop as well. Need more photographs of the lovely place on the website - it's stunning. Will be back and very soon.
J. B.
Went on a very busy Saturday lunchtime. Waited about half an hour to be served but was worth it! The food was lovely and the staff worked very hard.
D. L.
Manic lunchtime !! Too busy but could do with more server's. Food was good , not cheap but good . Didn't realise it was Valentines day !!
K. T.
Lovely meat, veg, cheese and other foods. Restaurant is great, the but is.... It's not the cheapest, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.
L. R.
Brilliant, so good to see a new spot open up that supports small and independent producers. Ignore the moany types on here who will always find something to gripe on about. (If a member of staff doesn't want to wear a mask that's their decision, end of). Steak, veg and cheese was fresh and of very high quality, will definitely be back.
A. G.
Fabulous food let down by 5 staff standing around chatting ignoring us whilst we waited to order. Asked for milk and unfortunately never came but would certainly go back again. First tried yesterday so return today for breakfast. Shop is amazing what a variety.
N.
Food was well presented and posh and very lovely, nice little place during summer.
Not great customer service that was disappointing as was ignored twice when asking for something.
And the young girls when asked if we could get water she brought one small cup and another server brought a whole jug of water 2nd time asked.
Also it's not kid Friendly wouldn't advise on taking kids there there's no kids menu.
HYGIENE menus not regularly wiped and tables were not cleared and cleaned. But letting still new customers come in.
And when being served we were never asked if food was okay and they had 3 opportunities to take our playes and glasses but never did until we were finished.
G. L.
Good, well stocked shop and butchery. Very nice restaurant too, an all round pleasant experience.
T. R.
Looked very nice, I little on the pricey side, quite a few products I can buy anywhere, and was disappointed with the restaurant- only did pizza after 3pm which was ok and the 2 pizzas and 2 pints for £25 seemed good But ... I don't drink and they wouldn't change it for a cuppa tea so I left without eating. £3.50 for a tiny slice of cheese cake or a tarte de citron but you can go to the freezer and buy 2 tarte's for £4 or a whole chocolate tort for £8.50 can't remember the price of a whole cheese cake, we bought a chocolate tort, a tomahawk steak instead. So some good bits and some not so good, oh and some of the waitresses said they are not serving outside because it kept raining yet I saw other waitresses show people outside....
D. E.
Had lunch with friends yesterday - didn’t have to wait long for a table. I asked for my sandwich to served with the olives on the side which they happily did. We were served by Louie— very kind, helpful and smiley
L. C.
Flourish certainly has the wow factor, I was there with 2 friends today and we all enjoyed an amazing & delicious lunch. So much to choose from but decided on the flatbread with falafel, houmous, avacado etc. The flatbread was made in the pizza oven by Angelo & was quite simply lush, can't wait to try one of his fabulous pizzas next time. It was very busy so well done to all the staff for being friendly & approachable, a special mention to Laura who was our server. After lunch a little bit of shopping is a must where the choice of products is excellent, the fruit & veg looks so fresh & colourful there really is something for everyone. A 5* restaurant & a 5* shopping experience. Well done everyone, keep up the good work👏 can't wait to visit again.
L. J.
What a fantastic place! Been there twice. Fabulous cafe, brilliant food and service.
Shop has some different foods to your local supermarkets.
Refreshing to see something different locally.
Well done to you all!
S. R.
Lovely new development, service a little slow but that’s ok as they’re just starting out. However just been charged £7 for a bacon sandwich because it’s not on the menu. So they had to put it through as avocado on toast, really £7 ?
J. M.
Have been a few times. Great breakfast and lovely place. Be aware they don’t serve breakfast between 11-12pm which is absurd. Make sure you time it right!!
T. F.
Great good, staff friendly and attentive. Love the decor and relaxed atmosphere.
Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, and are looking forward to visiting again for breakfast.
S. N.
Wonderful but expensive (£4.10 one small pork pie. Scotch eggs £6 each) and rammed. 20 min wait for table. Tables are not sufficiently distanced.
T. N.
Loved the food and the atmosphere . It’s a great quality farm shop between Bath and Bristol only recently opened and it’s great .
Quality of food was excellent, coffee good and ooooh the cakes !
Definitely visit again
D. G.
Premium place with nice food and drinks. Only criticism is that the tables are very close together, the place gets very busy and noisy. More space between tables would improve the experience.
H. D.

Really wonderful place to exist, and finally solves the where to meet between Bath and Bristol quandary. A cracking shop with plenty of treats and a café with indoor and outdoor seating and fab breakfasts, pastries, and really nice service. Will be back

The food is lovely but it's really busy and the queue was long

Absolute quality. If they can keep the high quality ingredients, excellent menu options, and a good kitchen/ chef then they'll be very successful. Gteat service too! Very impressed indeed. 👏

An excellent place to get fresh produce both local and further afield. The cafe is also proving to be a real hit. Friendly service and well cooked and presented food. Highly recommended.

We went for coffee, ended up having breakfast. It was delicious and a popular place as constant queue for the cafe the whole time we were there. Plenty of staff on duty.

Helpful & knowledgeable staff and good food. A few teething problems whilst they’ve overcome excessive heat, wasps & volume of customers but a wonderful addition to our local community.

Very enjoyable meals. On the two occasions I have visited, I had vegan meals, both were excellent... Staff, very helpful. Well worth a visit.

I visited flourish with two friends for the first time and really enjoyed it,we really enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast and and the coffee was very strong quality, the shop had lovely products from independent suppliers, if there was a downside service was a little slow in general, but we weren't in any hurry, but it won't deter us from returning.

Nice place, but be prepared for the prices... The shop has some great things there and you can't knock the quality... But, makes the nearby Waitrose look like poundland

What an amazing place! So good for delicious treats, not necessarily every day stuff as all rather pricey but to be expected. I had a tricky problem with a lost gift card but it was resolved so quickly by Sam, she was so helpful and really kind as I was a bit anxious I'd lost the value of the card. But Sam just put everything right so easily and I was able to spend my gift card with no trouble at all. A bag full of treats - would recommend the Garlic Farm Chilli Oil and The Slabs crisps were fab!
