Been going since it opened and they are definitely a quality butcher. Whole chickens that actually taste of chicken. Chicken breasts great foe chicken Milanese. Tender and tasty lamb from Stirlingshire. Steak pie top quality. Still to sample rolled pork shoulder. Maybe this weekend. Will report back. A great addition to the area...Rolled pork shoulder was slow roasted for four hours. Delicious and tender. Great day one and several meals later. Great value, super texture and flavour...
